在很多人看来,今年SAP似乎已经成为SMB市场的赢家,但表面繁荣的背后,也许隐藏着四伏的危机。作为ERP市场的老大,SAP拥有着其他竞争对手所不可企及的成绩和荣誉。但是在中国,SAP的市场份额远不如其在国外市场的表现,甚至在CCID和CCW的评比中,还落后于用友和金蝶。特别是在二者赖以成名的中小企业市场,SAP更是毫无优势可言。虽然SAP品牌在全球如雷贯耳,但在中国,很多中小企业用户甚至还从来没听说过。而在产品上,由于SBO在财务方面的本地化劣势,更突显了两个国内竞争对手的优势,毕竟它们都是从财务软件起家的。到目前为止,仍有不少已经实施了SBO的企业仍在继续沿用原有的财务软件。看来,虽然SMB市场是个香饽饽,但吃起来并不那么容易,即便是在大型企业市场呼风唤雨的SAP。

SEC Y2K lawsuit

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against a US-based software company claiming the company misrepresented the capabilities of its Y2K repair tool software. The lawsuit also charged three members of the company’s senior management with filing false earnings claims.
