基于燃料电池有轨电车的整车工况,设计了"燃料电池+动力电池"的动力系统结构。以燃料电池功率和动力电池单体并联数量作为优化参数,设计了联合优化算法结构。采用庞特里亚金极小值原理分配燃料电池和动力电池功率,确定燃料电池功率和动力电池容量参数组合可行区域,并解决在不同参数组合条件下最优状态初值的选取问题,得到了成本最小的最佳参数组合并作为参数优化结果。研究结果表明:随着燃料电池功率逐渐增加,燃料电池工作点移动到高效率区域,同时燃料电池最大效率点在约为占总功率的18%上,参数优化结果为今后的工程化设计提供技术支撑。 相似文献

介绍了Pro/Mechanica,并针对结构优化设计给出了具体设计步骤。以一扳手为例,在Mechanica模块下对其结构进行了灵敏度分析,通过灵敏度分析确定结构的重要设计参数,并以质量最小为目标函数,完成了结构的优化设计。研究表明利用Pro/Mechanica可以将设计和分析结合起来,实现智能设计,从而为解决其他复杂结构的优化分析提供了新途径。 相似文献

针对实际工程复杂优化问题,通常难以获得优化设计变量与优化目标之间的显示函数关系表达式,以SZJY-14型加工中心的立柱作为研究对象,研究了一种基于径向基组合近似模型技术的立柱结构优化设计。首先,针对径向基近似模型预测精度较低等问题,研究了一种基于多策略的径向基近似模型技术,并以改进径向基近似模型技术为基础,构建了组合近似模型技术。其次,利用有限元分析软件Abaqus对立柱三维结构进行网格划分,并对其进行静动态性能分析确定优化目标,采用灵敏度分析法确定优化设计变量,利用组合近似模型技术建立了立柱优化设计模型。最后,采用改进回溯搜索优化算法实现了立柱结构优化设计。求解结果表明,与立柱原结构相比,优化后质量减小了3.77%,最大变形量降低了5.14%,一阶频率提高了5.9%,达到了预期效果。 相似文献

A light?weight design method of integrated structural topology and size co?optimization for the force?performance?structure of complex structural parts is presented in this paper. Firstly, the supporting function of a complex structural part is built to map the force transmission, where the force exerted areas and constraints are considered as connecting structure and the structural configuration, to determine the part performance as well as the force routines. Then the connecting structure design model, aiming to optimize the static and dynamic performances on connection configuration, is developed, and the optimum design of the characteristic parameters is carried out by means of the collaborative optimization method, namely, the integrated structural topology optimization and size optimization. In this design model, the objective is to maximize the connecting stiffness. Based on the relationship between the force and the structural configuration of a part, the optimal force transmission routine that can meet the performance requirements is obtained using the structural topology optimization technology. Accordingly, the light?weight design of conceptual configuration for complex parts under multi?objective and multi?condition can be realized. Finally, based on the proposed collaborative optimization design method, the optimal performance and optimal structure of the complex parts with light weight are realized, and the reasonable structural unit configuration and size charac?teristic parameters are obtained. A bed structure of gantry?type machining center is designed by using the proposed light?weight structure design method in this paper, as an illustrative example. The bed after the design optimization is lighter 8% than original one, and the rail deformation is reduced by 5%. Moreover, the lightweight design of the bed is achieved with enhanced performance to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

液压6自由度并联机构存在固有频率低成本高体积大的缺点,在动态响应要求较高的场合使用常用的优化方法较难得到最佳性能,提出了基于固有频率的参数优化方法,建立了数学模型。考虑了液压系统主要运动部件活塞杆和油缸的摆动惯量,经过准确性验证后分析了液压缸面积、构件质量和结构尺寸等参数对系统固有频率的影响,实现了参数的优化。该优化方法简单、精确、高效,为固有频率较低的液压6自由度平台的参数优化及固有频率指标校核提供了新的理论研究手段,对实际工程具有指导意义。 相似文献

The mobile phone has become thinner even while its functionalities are ever increasing. Therefore, the importance of structural
design to prevent structural failure is of increasing importance. To address this situation, a systematic optimization approach
for shape design of a mobile phone folder module is utilized in this research. The structural strength and the exactness of
the folder module assembly are considered as performance requirement of the optimization problem. Five shape parameters of
the folder module assembly are used as design variables. In this research, the finite element method (FEM) is used to acquire
the structural strength of the folder module assembly, and the morphing technique is applied to change the shape of the finite
element (FE) model. However, manually performing the morphing and FEM for the simulation model is complex and time consuming
especially for a model with complicated shape such as the mobile phone. Therefore, shape optimization involving FEM is known
to be very difficult task for actual industrial applications. To overcome this deficiency, two types of approaches are applied
in this research. First, process integration and design optimization (PIDO) technology is applied to integrate and automate
the analysis processes needed for evaluating structural performances. In addition, a metamodel that can substitute for expensive
simulation is employed for the optimization process. From this research, an optimum design for the folder module of a mobile
phone enhancing the structural strength is acquired. In addition to the optimum solution, a metamodelbased shape optimization

针对不确定参数结构,提出一种结构区间优化设计方法.由于区间优化问题一般要比确定性优化问题的求解复杂得多,因此,通过优化结构动力响应区间值的上界,将区间优化问题转化为近似的确定性优化问题.区间优化方法可以得到比传统确定性优化方法更多的优化信息.把该方法应用于典型桁架结构,优化结果表明,区间优化方法不仅能得到与传统优化方法大致相当的设计变量最优值,还能得到目标函数相应于设计变量最优值波动时的一个变化范围. 相似文献
