A new thermosyphon cooling module (TSCM) has been designed, fabricated and tested to cool the multi-chip module plugged into a planar packaging system. The cooling module consists of a cold plate and an integrated condenser. With an allowable temperature rise of 56°C on the surface of the heater, the cooling module TSCM can handle a heat flux of about 2.7 W/cm2 using R11 as working fluid. The transient characteristics of the cooling module have been proved to be excellent: that is, when a heat load is applied inside of the system, steady state can be achieved within 10 to 15 minutes. It has been found that the length of the vapor channel between the cold plate and the condenser in addition to the ambient and the condenser temperatures affect the system performance.  相似文献

提出了金属蒸气激光器中金属原子在激光器隔离头中运动的理论模式──无规行走模式.从实验上验证了该模式.在此理论模式的基础上.设计出一种新的抗金属蒸气污染的隔离头.其原理是.在金属蒸气原子无规行走过程中.用多片高凝结系数的金属片来吸附碰撞在它上面的金属蒸气原子.从而实现对窗口的保护作用.还用MonteCanlo数值模拟方法.模拟了金属原子的运动,显示了新型隔离头的抗污作用.它的抗污能力比普通的隔离头有明显的提高.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel superconducting device that provides essential voltage support. A superconducting synchronous condenser is basically an electric generator that is optimized and operated to act like a capacitor or inductor, providing the grid with reactive power, an abstruse but absolutely vital element in any power system relying on alternating current. The condenser quickly provides large quantities of reactive power to support grid voltage - as much as double the rating for up to a minute from a single unit and to supply controllable continuous-duty reactive compensation for optimizing grid-transmission effectiveness. It promises to do the job more effectively, and possibly more economically, than other solution, especially for industrial voltage flicker applications and voltage regulation of transmission lines with large isolated nodes.  相似文献

We have developed a reliable and efficient battery-charging system for the field emission (FE) gun system of high voltage electron microscopes, where the operating condition of the whole FE gun system can be controlled and monitored through a bi-directional optical fiber system, and the control and monitoring circuits located on the high potential of 1 MV are driven by rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries. The power transmission from ground to the high potential is performed through filter condenser circuit. Under the condition that the filter condenser current is limited to 0.2 A(rms) (root-mean-square value), it is possible to transmit the maximum power as high as 65 W, which is enough for the daily operation of the FE gun system. The charging circuit has a function of protecting the batteries from over-charging.  相似文献

The technical feasibility of utilising 70–90°C waste heat for the production of 0–4°C cold using ejector technology and water as sole refrigerant was successfully tested at a 10 kW pilot installation. Achieving high values for the condenser temperature is critical for process stability at increased ambient temperatures and depends on the specific consumption of motive steam. At the pilot plant the stability limit for 90°C of the motive steam temperature was found to be 29.5°C. Such high condenser temperature values open the possibility to reject condenser heat against air all through the year via a cooling tower. The coefficient of performance (COP) depends on the motive steam temperature and achieved values of 0.23 up to 0.42 at the test rig. Currently the economic competitiveness of the technology is investigated for application in case of milk production at large scale.  相似文献

心音、脉搏是人体生理及病理的两项重要指标,针对这些信号一般比较微弱、且采集过程中也容易受外界干扰等特点,设计开发了一种能提取微弱心音、脉搏信号的电路。该电路采用驻极体话筒和红外光电法提取心音和脉搏信号,并采取了一系列放大、滤波措施,滤除噪声干扰。该电路较好地解决了外界干扰问题,具有采集数据准确可靠,噪声小,成本低等优点。  相似文献
