为了研究水润滑推力轴承,通过有限差分法联立求解水膜雷诺方程,能量方程和温粘关系式计算水膜的压力分布,温度分布,承载能力及其功耗。据此,开发了一套水泣滑推力轴承性能计算分析程序。利用这套程度对09-Ⅲ主泵屏蔽电机推力轴承的各种运行工况进行了全面的计算与分析,并通过试验对该轴承的水膜厚度进行了测试分析,计算结果与试验结果基本一致,反映了该轴承的实际运行情况。 相似文献

To visualize the physical processes that occur in the journal bearings of the shafting of power generating turbosets, a technique for preliminary calculation of a set of characteristics of the journal bearings in the domain of possible movements (DPM) of the rotor journals is proposed. The technique is based on interpolation of the oil film characteristics and is designed for use in real-time diagnostic system COMPACS®. According to this technique, for each journal bearing, the domain of possible movement of the shaft journal is computed, then triangulation of the area is performed, and the corresponding mesh is constructed. At each node of the mesh, all characteristics of the journal bearing required by the diagnostic system are calculated. Via shaft-position sensors, the system measures—in the online mode—the instantaneous location of the shaft journal in the bearing and determines the averaged static position of the journals (the pivoting vector). Afterwards, continuous interpolation in the triangulation domain is performed, which allows the real-time calculation of the static and dynamic forces that act on the rotor journal, the flow rate and the temperature of the lubricant, and power friction losses. Use of the proposed method on a running turboset enables diagnosing the technical condition of the shafting support system and promptly identifying the defects that determine the vibrational state and the overall reliability of the turboset. The authors report a number of examples of constructing the DPM and computing the basic static characteristics for elliptical journal bearings typical of large-scale power turbosets. To illustrate the interpolation method, the traditional approach to calculation of bearing properties is applied. 针对某在役百万千瓦级核能发电机用可倾瓦轴承瓦温过高的问题,给出了优化的轴承结构参数,并对两个不同参数的全尺寸三瓦可倾瓦轴承在动平衡试验机上同时进行了瓦块温度、油膜厚度、瓦块摆角等润滑性能及轴系振动性能试验,提出了基于瓦块自适应摆动特性的油膜厚度测试方法和瓦块摆角识别方法。结果表明:1号轴承相比2号轴承具有更好的润滑性能;利用瓦块随转子自适应摆动特性识别的油膜厚度相比理论结果具有较高的识别精度,同时依据试验膜厚信息识别的瓦块摆角相比理论结果具有较好的一致性;在振动性能方面,依据转子振动数据识别了转子的一阶临界转速及临界时轴承的综合刚度k_X、k_Y,其与理论综合刚度keq相比平均误差约50%。 相似文献

考虑了可倾瓦滑动轴承的非线性油膜力,对Jeffcott转子-可倾瓦轴承系统的不平衡响应进行了非线性分析。以非定常雷诺方程和雷诺破膜条件为依据,生成了单瓦非线性油膜力数据库。根据可倾瓦滑动轴承的结构特点,对单瓦数据库进行插值和拼装以获得可倾瓦滑动轴承的非线性油膜力的瞬时值。通过计算得到了不同参数下,Jeffcott转子-可倾瓦轴承系统的轴颈和转子的涡动轨迹及振幅。计算结果与线性动力学所得的结果进行比较。两者在不平衡量比较小的情况下结果吻合良好,但在不平衡量很大时结果却有较大差别。可见在进行转子-可倾瓦轴承系统的非线性动力学分析时有必要计入可倾瓦滑动轴承油膜非线性的影响。 相似文献

为了研究轴承振动对油膜涡动的耦合影响,分析了轴承振动的运动机理,建立了轴承振动对油膜涡动影响的动力学方程,指出轴承振动将改变润滑油膜的边界条件,对润滑流场产生扰动,这一方面可能加剧油膜涡动,产生明显的半频振动波动;另一方面还可能改变油膜厚度,使油膜刚度发生变化,引起基频振动波动。随后在现场实际机组上进行了验证试验,结果表明:小型、轻载轴承振动对油膜涡动影响明显,会激发剧烈的基频和半频振动波动;但大型、重载轴承振动对油膜涡动的影响不大,只会引发一定程度的基频振动波动。 相似文献

本文以流体润滑理论为基础,在计入润滑油粘温效应、表面形貌参数等影响因素的前提下,分析了轴承表面受载变形对滑动轴承润滑性能的影响。结果表明,润滑表面变形对轴承油膜压力分布、油膜厚度分布、轴心轨迹及摩擦功耗都有较大影响。在压缩机滑动轴承润滑性能分析时须考虑润滑表面变形的影响。 相似文献

Several steps are involved in predicting the temperature rise within the babbitt/oil film of sleeve bearings. Initially, the viscous friction loss developed in the oil film is determined. This loss depends on the speed, length, and diameter of the journal, oil viscosity, and diametral clearance. A heat balance study then compares heat loss generation and dissipation rates. The final consideration is the ability of the oil rings to deliver the necessary oil flow rate. An approach for predicting sleeve bearing temperature rise and the adequacy of oil ring lubrication is described. It is shown that some of the design variables affecting the bearing temperature rise also influence the bearing oil film stiffness. The value of this stiffness plays a vital role in determining the shaft critical speed. 相似文献

针对大跨度汽轮机转子在运行中转子挠曲变化引起轴颈油膜振荡的问题,笔者建立了线支撑四瓦块可倾瓦滑动轴承油膜模型,分析了汽轮机运行中转子挠曲变化对线支撑可倾瓦轴承油膜特性的影响,得到了挠曲变化下油膜温度和油膜压力的变化规律.通过数值模拟计算,结果表明,随着汽轮机轴挠曲转角的逐渐增大,轴承油膜压力极值向轴颈内侧偏移,使油膜温度分布不均匀,造成油膜破裂,影响汽轮机组安全经济运行。 相似文献
