With high levels of variable renewable generation in distribution or transmission systems, the application of demand and generation time series to power flow analysis can be advantageous. Demand data are often available from historic measurements, while renewable generation such as wind turbine output may be recorded or can be derived from resource measurements over the corresponding period of time. Power flow solutions with hourly time steps over a year or more can then be used to produce load duration curves for system components. This paper shows, by example, how utilities can use the method to determine overload conditions or to specify non-firm connection agreements for new generators. 相似文献

Abstract—Harmonic levels in distribution power systems are expected to rise in the future. Understanding the consumer load composition of each individual circuit and maximum harmonic limits can help utilities plan and mitigate power quality issues. This paper presents a sensitivity analysis approach of IEEE Standard 519 total harmonic distortion (THD) current limits on an actual utility model. A new dynamic harmonic index method for characterizing distribution power circuits is proposed, which utilizes the short circuit ratio (SCR) as the main parameter. OpenDSS is used as a modeling platform to study the THD of the voltage (THDv), while increasing the harmonic spectrum of random consumer load points. The main goals are to: (1) identify voltage behavior in power utility networks when an increasing number of consumers operate at the Std. 519 limits, and (2) categorize utility circuits using available information. The short circuit at the point of common coupling, maximum demand load currents, and the circuit configuration are considered. Three actual utility circuits are analyzed and compared in terms of their SCR and one of these circuits is analyzed in depth as part of the sensitivity study. The proposed method is also compared with the conventional pure capacitor and tuned filter bank methods. Finally, a recommendation for new harmonic distortion current limits is provided. 相似文献

Power electronic systems generate harmonics. Harmonic attenuation is important in the improvement of power quality. For power control, using specified pulse width modulated (PWM) phase control per cycle of the AC supply reduces the harmonic impact of many AC-to-AC electronic controllers. This paper describes a novel power controller that uses an integral cycle-PWM phase controlled converter with one bi-directional semiconductor switch. The converter does not need synchronization with the supply. The controlling PWM signal is modulated to generate maximum fundamental component and minimum harmonic content of the load voltage and current. The circuit topology presented in this paper diminishes the inherited drawback of using the phase or integral cycle control concept used intensively for electric heating applications. The technique offers the advantages of simplicity and reliability of controlling high power and low harmonic levels. Power injected to the load can be precisely controlled resulting in high conversion efficiency. 相似文献

说明了负荷管理的手段及方法,并以南京供电局在南京市实施负荷管理的情况为例,从负荷特性分析、峰谷分时电价的实施及大用户的负荷管理等方面,阐述了负荷管理对电网运行和电力经营产生的影响。南京市实施的部分结果表明,负荷管理可以改变电力系统负荷曲线的形状,从而达到期望的目标,同时还可以为电力负荷的预测提供修正的参数。 相似文献

基于利用直流潮流模拟电力系统连锁故障的OPA模型,研究了电力系统线路可靠性、线路容量增加方式以及负荷波动对复杂电力系统停电分布的影响和电力系统的自组织临界性。结果表明:输电线路可靠性和小的负荷波动对停电分布影响不大,而大的负荷波动对停电分布影响很大,可能导致连锁故障的发生;加强传输线路的建设可以有效减少停电频率,进而降低系统的运行风险;此外,可从系统总负荷需求和网络总传输容量比值的角度初步揭示电力系统的自组织临界性。 相似文献

This paper presents a comparison on power decompositions in a simple single phase circuit with nonsinusoidal waveforms of voltage and/or currents by giving particular emphasis to Reactive Power compensation. The experimental circuit is analysed by using exact analytical expressions for current and voltages determined via considering source impedance and nonlinearity, which is introduced due to supply side harmonics. Results demonstrate that; power decompositions proposed by Kusters and Moore, Fryze, Shepherd and Zakikhani, Sharon, and Czarnecki provide correct information regarding Power Factor improvement with passive compensation in nonsinusoidal voltage source–linear load, nonsinusoidal voltage source–nonlinear load and sinusoidal voltage source–nonlinear load cases. In these cases, Reactive component of Kusters and Moore's power decomposition can completely be compensated when Power Factor is maximum if there is no resonance or significant changes on load voltages in the case of compensation capacitance is inserted. The Reactive components of Fryze, Shepherd and Zakikhani, Sharon, Czarnecki's power decompositions attain minimum value when power factor is maximum. Furthermore, Kusters and Moore's Reactive Power could directly be related to the power of optimum compensation capacitance. On the other hand, power decompositions proposed by Budeanu, Kimbark and Depenbrock do not provide any useful information about optimum Reactive Power compensation with a basic capacitance in the cases nonsinusoidal voltage source–linear load and nonsinusoidal voltage source–nonlinear load although they can completely be compensated in these cases. An important observation is that; Distortion Powers of Budeanu and Kimbark, and Depenbrock's Residual Power have compensable parts; on the other hand, Kusters and Moore's Residual Reactive Power, Sharon's Complementary Power, Depenbrock's In Phase Power and Czarnecki's Scattered Power are almost constant when the power of compensation capacitor is varied. 相似文献

提出了电力系统负荷模型中统一模拟配电网网络、无功补偿和感应电动机的模型,该模型可以简化电力系统仿真中配电网络的模拟,提高了配电网络中感应电动机模型的精度;同时提出了一种确定配电网络无功补偿容量的简便算法。所提出的模型和算法已在PSD电力系统分析软件工具(PSD Power Tools)中的中国版BPA暂态稳定程序和电力系统全过程动态仿真程序中实现,该程序可根据配电网络的综合阻抗和指定的电动机机端电压与系统母线电压的比值系数,自动求得无功补偿量和无功补偿电抗值。模型和算法可以提高电力系统仿真中计及配电网络和无功补偿的感应电动机模型的精度。并得到了验证。 相似文献

冬季电采暖负荷的准确预测对电网安全稳定运行以及电力系统调峰和调频具有重要意义。为充分挖掘冬季电采暖负荷数据中隐含信息,提出基于贝叶斯网络的多变量冬季电采暖负荷预测方法。首先将隐含信息数据中的多变量数据分为可观测数据和隐含数据,依据变量之间的影响机制搭建贝叶斯网络结构,并通过EM(Expectation Maximization Algorithm)算法训练可观测数据信息,获取隐含数据分布,进而基于可观测数据和隐含数据实现冬季电采暖负荷预测。采用北京电力公司提供的冬季电采暖负荷实测数据进行验证,结果表明,采用贝叶斯网络进行电采暖负荷预测具有较高的预测精度。 相似文献

复杂输水系统下的大型水轮机模型辨识对保证电力系统稳定分析与控制的质量具有重要作用。传统的PRBS方法需根据具体对象确定测试信号参数,若参数不当可能影响机组运行安全,限制了其在大型水电机组上的应用。该文提出一种基于随机负荷波动的水轮机模型辨识方法,并应用于北京十三陵抽蓄电站。北京十三陵抽蓄电站装机4′200MW,具有上、下游调压井,输水系统结构复杂。该辨识方法直接
以并网机组在随机负荷波动下的机端功率和接力器位移等量测数据作为原始数据,采用增广最小二乘法进行模型辨识,具有不需特意外加激励信号、不影响机组正常运行、安全简便的特点。对所得三种不同负荷水平下的二阶离散型水轮机模型,应用阶跃扰动法和自相关函数法进行检验。结果表明,所得辨识模型可信,并具有较强的负荷适应性。 相似文献

介绍了一种基于面向对象设计的发电厂继电保护综合分析管理系统。该系统将继电保护整定计算、潮流计算、故障计算、动作仿真集成于统一的图形数据一体化分析平台。图形平台以发电厂电气主接线为背景,提出了基于捕捉点的全网拓扑形成的三层模型,实现了电气接线图绘制、运行方式设置、参数查询、计算结果显示等功能。故障计算结果可转化为Com trade格式的录波文件,通过继电保护测试仪与继电保护实际装置接口,为保护装置测试提供了一个面向实际电网运行方式的分析环境。该系统已在珠海发电厂投入运行,效果良好。 相似文献

谐波分析是电能质量分析的重要组成部分。首先论述了谐波等电能质量问题的监控、测量、分析、决策与控制的现状,在此基础上,介绍了基于解耦-补偿理论的实用三相电力系统谐波潮流计算程序。以该实用三相电力系统谐波潮流计算程序为核心,开发了电能质量仿真决策系统平台。应用该平台可对电网中的谐波等电能质量问题进行模拟分析,并可为系统运行分析人员提供控制与决策的依据。该平台的建立为三相电力系统谐波潮流计算从理论到实际应用的实现奠定了基础。通过对实际电网以谐波为主的电能质量问题的计算分析,证明了该系统平台具有很强的实用性。 相似文献

针对电力负荷参数辨识中出现的参数不稳定问题,对参数辨识过程作了改进:一是将负荷参数分为重点参数和次要参数,只对重点参数进行辨识,对次要参数则直接采用其典型值进行计算;二是给出了参数初始搜索范围选取的一般方法;三是对系统容量基值和感应电动机容量基值下的参数作了一些说明,在进行联网计算时,感应电动机自身容量基值下的参数要根据系统容量基值折合;四是提出了模型类别的判别指标。基于以上改进措施,对河南电网和江苏电网的实测数据进行了参数辨识,表明以上改进措施使电力负荷建模达到实用要求。 相似文献
