N,N′-二(β-十八酰氧基)乙基乙二胺二乙酸钠的合成及性能研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
用 N,N′-二羟乙基乙二胺、氯乙酸钠合成了 N,N′-二羟乙基乙二胺二乙酸钠(中间体),中间体再与硬脂酰氯反应制备了一种新型 Gemini 两性表面活性剂 N,N′-二(β-十八酰氧基)乙基乙二胺二乙酸钠。对产物合成条件进行了考察,优化的反应条件为:n(硬脂酰氯):n(中间体)=2.5,溶剂 V(水):V(氯仿)=1:2,pH=9.0~10.0,反应温度15~20℃,反应时间5 h。通过红外光谱和质谱分析确定了产物结构,并测试了产物的表面性能。结果表明,在25℃时,该产物的临界胶束浓度为0.24 mmol/L,临界胶束浓度下的表面张力为35.7 mN/m;即时泡沫高度为250 mm,5 min 后泡沫高度为220 mm;乳化时间为22.48 min(甲苯-水物系)和4.65 min(正己烷-水物系),亲水-亲油平衡值为5.4,等电点为 pH 3.3~6.5。 相似文献

Cu-Cr催化N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺加氢 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
研究了N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺的催化加氢反应,通过将Cu-C r催化剂与传统的加氢催化剂(如Cu-N i,Pd/C,Raney N i)进行对比,对加氢催化剂进行了筛选,实验结果表明,Cu-C r催化剂在N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺的催化加氢反应中具有较高的活性,当n(Cu)∶n(C r)=1∶1、还原温度200℃时,Cu-C r催化剂的活性最高。考察了反应温度、反应压力以及通入二甲胺气体对反应的影响,实验结果表明,二甲胺气体的通入有利于抑制副反应的进行;在反应温度230℃、反应压力3.0M Pa、反应后期通入二甲胺气体的条件下,N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺的转化率达99.5%,产物中N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺的质量分数达到85.3%,N,N-双十二烷基甲基叔胺的质量分数达到9.5%。 相似文献

本文以乙二胺、溴代十四烷和顺丁烯二酸酐等为主要原料,通过亲核取代、开环、中和等系列反应合成了一种阴离子型双子表面活性剂GMAS-14,采用红外光谱(IR)对中间体N,N′-双十四烷基乙二胺和目标产物GMAS-14进行了结构表征,并测试了GMAS-14的表面活性和起泡性能。红外光谱结果表明:合成的中间体及终产物的结构与设计相一致,可以确定合成的物质即为目标产物。GMAS-14性能测试表明:在25℃时,GMAS-14的临界胶束浓度c_(cmc)为0.048mmol/L,对应的表面张力(γ_(cmc))为27.5mN/m;当临界胶束浓度下,10mL的GMAS-14溶液的最大起泡体积为23mL,泡沫半衰期为590 s,表现出良好的起泡与稳泡性。 相似文献

以N,N′-二甲基乙二胺和溴代十二烷为原料合成中间体叔胺,再以叔胺和1,3-丙烷磺内酯合成磺基甜菜碱型Gemini两性表面活性剂1,2-双[N-甲基-N-十二烷基-N-磺丙基]乙二胺甜菜碱(GBS12),通过红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析方法对合成产物的结构进行了表征。测定了两性Gemini表面活性剂水溶液的表面张力和临界胶束浓度(cmc)。探讨了无机盐对磺基GBS12溶液的临界胶束浓度(cmc)及表面张力的影响,考察了两性表面活性剂GBS12与阴离子表面活性剂间SDS的协同效应,测试了GBS12在砂岩上的吸附性能。实验结果表明,GBS12产物纯度高,其水溶液的cmc为0.05mmol/L,对应的γcmc为24.84mN/m。加入无机盐对降低两性Gemini表面活性剂的cmc和γcmc作用较小,相比而言,二价盐比一价盐对两性表面活性剂的活性影响程度要大。两性表面活性剂与阴离子活性剂SDS之间有较好的协同作用。固液比为30∶1时,GBS12在35~65℃吸附平衡时间为12h,吸附量随温度上升而下降,1.2mmol/L的GBS12在45℃的吸附量为4.845mg/g。 相似文献

以十二酸、二乙烯三胺等为原料,经酰胺化、甲基化反应合成了N,N-双-(十二酰胺乙基)-N-甲基胺,继而与氯乙酸钠反应制得双十二酰胺基甜菜碱。用红外光谱、质谱分析表征了目标产物的结构。结果表明,所合成的双十二酰胺基甜菜碱具有较好的表面活性,25℃时的临界胶束浓度ccmc为1.2×10-5 mol/L,最低表面张力γcmc为25.38mN/m,饱和吸附时在气/液界面上的分子截面积为0.28 nm2,小于双十二烷基甲基甜菜碱。双十二酰胺基甜菜碱的耐盐能力较好,0.01 mol/L NaCl对其表面活性的影响很小,ccmc和γcmc有微小下降。将双十二酰胺基甜菜碱与其他表面活性剂复配,在无碱和混合表面活性剂质量分数0.05%~0.3%范围内,大庆原油与模拟地层水相间的界面张力最低达7.16×10-4 mN/m(45℃)。 相似文献

以不同碳链长度的脂肪酸、N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺、3-氯-1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺及其季铵盐。在酰胺化反应中,n(脂肪酸)∶n(N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺)=1∶1.8,在135~145℃反应8~10h,产率为89.8%;在季铵化反应中,n(脂肪酰胺二甲基叔胺)∶n(3-氯-1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.1,在80~90℃反应4~6h,产率为90.1%。测定了该类阳离子表面活性剂的表面张力以及泡沫、乳化、增溶、抑菌等性能。其中十二碳季铵盐产物的CMC为5.012×10-4 mol/L,γCMC=24.21mN/m,同时该产物的泡沫、乳化、增溶等性能均优于十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB),对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性也明显强于DTAB。 相似文献

Disposal of solid wastes is a stinging and widespread problem in both urban and rural areas in many developed and developing countries. Municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and disposal is one of the major problems of urban environment in most countries worldwide today. MSW management solutions must be financially sustainable, technically feasible, socially, legally acceptable and environmentally friendly. Solid waste management issue is the biggest challenge to the authorities of both small and large cities’.Valorization of food organic waste is one of the important current research areas. The conventional landfill, incineration, composting, and ways of handeling solid wastes are common as mature technologies for waste disposal. Traditionally, the most commonly used technologies for the treatment and valorization of the organic fraction of MSW are composting and anaerobic digestion (AD). The generation of organic solid waste (OSW); worldwide; is dramatically increasing each year. Most of the OSW’s are composed of agricultural waste, household food waste, human and animal wastes, etc. They are normally handled as animal feed, incinerated or disposed to landfill sites. 地下储气库多周期运行盘库,是研究气库运行规律、分析漏失、进一步提高气库运行效率和降低气库运行成本的关键环节。已建立的未水淹气藏型地下储气库盘库数学模型却并不适用于水淹枯竭气藏型地下储气库,评价结果明显高于实际注采气量。为此,通过深入分析水淹枯竭气藏型地下储气库气驱排水扩容机理、多周期注采运行过程中气水两相宏观与微观运动规律及可能的分布状态,创新性提出了可动用库存量的概念,以注采气量与视地层压力在一个注采周期内满足定容压升降方程为评价准则,建立了水淹枯竭气藏型地下储气库盘库模型。实例验证结果表明,该模型计算的结果与实际吻合,可用于水淹枯竭气藏型地下储气库多周期运行盘库计算和分析。为储气库运行、管理及调整提供了依据。 相似文献

实验以乙二胺、烯丙基氯和碱为原料,分二步合成了N,N,N′,N′-四烯丙基乙二胺(TAEDA)。考察了乙二胺、烯丙基氯和碱的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和相转移催化剂用量等因素对TAEDA收率的影响。合成TAEDA较佳工艺条件为:第一步,n(乙二胺):n(烯丙基氯):n(碱)=1:2.2:2.1,反应温度60℃,反应时间6 h。第二步,烯丙基氯和碱的用量与第一步相同,反应温度70℃,反应时间9 h,相转移催化剂的加入量为烯丙基氯质量的1.8%;反应后将所得水相和低沸点馏分返回参加下一轮反应,TAEDA收率由69.75%提高至79.29%。 相似文献

Permian to Tertiary faunas along the eastern margin of Africa, and on Madagascar, are presented, described, and discussed. Presentation of the faunas is made in four charts: Permo-Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous, and Tertiary. A correlation chart provides tentative time-rock units. Paleogeography northeast and east of Africa is derived from the writer's analysis of marine invertebrate fauna, and is delineated in sketches for Late Permian, Jurassic, and Cretaceous times. Limitations exist on the conclusions that can be drawn from fauna alone. Pelagic waters can be indicated, but their extent cannot be specified, and lack of diversification in some of the pelagic genera results in unavoidable ambiguities of interpretation. Nothing in the faunal evidence so far available, however, disproves unequivocally the existence of an ancestral Indian Ocean from Late Permian onward. Even if such an ancestral ocean did not exist the pattern of pelagic waters that can be inferred from marine invertebrate fauna constitutes an impediment to models that suture Australia or India to Africa or Madagascar. Peninsular India, on readings of its own geology across the foreland-orogen boundary, may have occupied its present position through the whole of geologic time. 相似文献
