随着现代冷轧带钢产品的多样化和计算机技术的发展,我国冷连轧生产主要依靠传统经验的工作方式已经难以满足现代生产厂家对产品质量和生产效率的要求。针对以上问题,提出了冷连轧二级控制系统。着重介绍了冷连轧二级控制的系统组成和主要功能,对钢卷管理、轧机设定、模型计算、生产报表、在线自适应学习等功能进行了研究。最后,在福建某850mm四辊六连轧生产现场的实际应用证明,此系统不仅保证了带钢产品的质量,还提高了生产企业的生产效率,为厂家带来了更高的经济效益。  相似文献

One of the main concerns of strips producers is to measure strip thickness accurately as it is produced. Correct modelling of the sensitivity of output variables to input variables in a rolling mill model is one of the keys to obtaining more accurate data. An adaptive control system that uses an artificial neural network (ANN) creates a model of the process directly from measurement data. Using the model, the control system can predict how the process will react to control actions. The creation of the model and the computation of the control strategy are carried out automatically by the control system. The proportional–integral–derivative controller is used in this method to increase accuracy of final estimated variables and to increase accuracy of control of the system. To determine the correct tuning for thickness control, three control parameters are considered: the roll gap, and front and back tensions. A predictive model is used, based on the sensitivity equations of the process, where the sensitivity factors are computed by differentiating a previously trained neural network. Results of a case study in a real plant show that this online-offline model is effective in reducing thickness variations in produced strips.  相似文献

针对某公司六辊冷轧机,采用影响函数法建立了辊系变形计算模型并开发了相应的计算程序。利用所建辊系变形模型结合轧机的板形控制策略,建立了针对轧机的理论和在线两种弯辊力预设定模型。实例计算表明,所开发模型精度符合实际要求,可用于生产实际,为提高轧机板形控制预设定精度,改善轧机产品的板形质量提供了理论依据。  相似文献

冷带轧机是典型的复杂机电系统,其控制系统日益精密化和智能化。目前广泛应用于现场的PID控制策略,由于其鲁棒性较差,已经不能满足冷带轧机控制系统日益精密化和智能化的要求。针对冷带轧机液压压下伺服系统,应用模型算法控制算法,设计预测控制器,采用了滚动优化、反馈校正的控制策略。该控制算法基于受控对象脉冲响应,具有较强的稳定性和鲁棒性。同时,提出了上述控制策略的计算机控制实现方法,实验研究结果表明该方法远比目前带钢生产中广为采用的PID控制策略优越,且易于实现。  相似文献

随着国民经济的高速发展,高性能、高附加值的冷轧薄板消费量在急剧增加,对冷带轧机板厚控制技术的要求越来越高。针对燕山大学300可逆冷带轧机,对液压AGC(Automatic gauge control)系统板厚控制策略进行了研究,实现了液压压下位置闭环和轧制力闭环、测厚仪闭环以及预控AGC等板厚控制技术,实验结果表明所采用的控制策略能够有效地消除成品带钢厚差,提高板厚控制精度。  相似文献

The problem of real-time tension control in a metal-strip processing line is addressed. The tension in a metal strip changes due to not only the speed difference but also thickness changes at the ends of a span. The mathematical dynamic model which describes relationship between the tension change and the roll-speed change is improved to include the effect of the strip thickness change on tension variation. Through the computer simulation of this model. the parameter sensitivity analysis and the static and dynamic characteristic study are carried out. The tension variation in a metal strip turned out to be very sensitive to the thickness variation as well as to the speed difference at the ends of the metal strip. In the rolling process, the master speed drive is usually located at the last stand. The speeds of rollers in upstream stands are adjusted with respect to the speed of the last stand to compensate the speed change for the tension regulation. A new tension control strategy in a multi-stand rolling process is suggested. The tension transfer phenomena is used in the design of the suggested controller. The developed mathematical model is used to design a controller for the real-time control system. A set of requirements for the real-time tension control is suggested. Based on the requirements, a real-time software for the tension control in a multi-stand system is designed and real-time simulation was carried out by using the Vx Works real-time scheduler and the Force Target board. The cancellation mechanism of the roll gap control due to the tension interaction is clearly defined by using the mathematical model derived in this study. It is confirmed that the suggested control strategy needs less control efforts and shows better performance than those of the existing control method in a rolling process.  相似文献

根据冷滚打花键的工艺特点和柔体动力学理论基础,建立柔体动力学数学模型;并依据有限元理论建立了冷滚打花键结构动力学模型;同时应用ADAMS和ANSYS进行动力学仿真.理论分析与仿真结果表明:花键毛坯在滚打过程中受到滚轮的滚打力由径向力FX、轴向力FY和FZ三个方向的分力合成.其中,径向力FX随滚打时间做近似于四边形的周期变化.同时得到了冷滚打加工中花键轴应变情况,精确找到加工中的辅助支撑点,可以大大提高冷滚打花键的加工精度.  相似文献

The existing research of the flatness control for strip cold rolling mainly focuses on the calculation of the optimum adjustment of individual flatness actuator in accordance with the flatness deviation,which can be used for general flatness control.However,it does not work for some special rolling processes,such as the elimination of ultra single side edge-waves and the prevention of strip break due to tilting roll control overshooting.For the purpose of solving these problems,the influences of non-symmetrical work roll bending and intermediate roll bending on flatness control were analyzed by studying efficiencies of them.Moreover,impacts of two kinds of non-symmetrical roll bending control on the pressure distribution between rolls were studied theoretically.A non-symmetrical work roll bending model was developed by theoretical analysis in accordance with practical conditions.The model was applied to the revamp of a 1250 6-H reversible universal crown mill (UCM) cold mill.Theoretical study and practical applications show that the coordination utilization of the non-symmetrical work roll bending control and tilting roll control was effective in flatness control when there appeared bad strip single side edge waves,especially when the incoming strip was with a wedge shape.In addition,the risk of strip break due to tilting control overshooting could be reduced.Furthermore,the non-symmetrical roll bending control can reduce the extent of uneven distribution of pressure between rolls caused by intermediate roll shifting in flatness control and slow down roll wear.The non-symmetrical roll bending control technology has important theoretical and practical significance to better flatness control.  相似文献

Lubrication in cold rolling plays an important part for process feasibility and process quality. The hydrodynamic process of lubrication is very complicated and affected by many material and process parameters. This paper examined partial lubrication in the cold rolling process. The average flow Reynolds equation for rolling lubrication was 2set, which considered the pressure?Cviscosity and average flow effects. Lubricating factors such as sidling, surface waviness, lubricant viscosity, surface roughness, and reduction ratio were investigated. The results of the lubrication equation show that sliding, lubricant viscosity, and surfaces roughness affect the values of rolling friction. Surface waviness and reduction ratio also influence both rolling pressure and rolling friction.  相似文献

根据花键冷滚压加工原理,按机床受力,将加工过程中的滚压力分为主轴转矩和径向进给力两部分。设计测试方案,用计算机数据采集系统测得了主轴转矩和径向进给力在滚压过程中的实时变化曲线,分析了它们的变化特征,得出压入阶段结束时滚压力取最大值。对不同的工艺参数进行实验,得到了工艺参数对最大滚压力的影响规律。  相似文献

The theoretical framework is developed for a new theory of cold rolling thin metallic foil. Unlike previous theories, the work rolls are allowed to deform to a non-circular profile and finite regions of no-slip between strip and work rolls are allowed to occur in the roll bite. The theory predicts that plastic reduction occurs near entry and near exit of the roll bite, separated by a central region where the strip does not suffer reduction and does not slip relative to the work rolls. As the reduction is decreased to zero the theory reduces to essentially the Johnson and Bentall theory [J. Mech. Phys. Solids 17, 253 (1969)] for the onset of plastic reduction in a strip. At large strip thicknesses and finite reductions the new theory approximates the Bland and Ford theory [Proc. Inst. Mech. Engrs 159, 144 (1948)] of cold rolling.  相似文献
