我国电力市场初期,AGC机组的选择和考核补偿两大问题亟待解决。基于层次分析法(AHP-AnalyticHierarchyProcess)提出一种综合评估AGC机组的方法。讨论了AGC机组提供辅助服务的特点,并以AGC机组容量价格、电量价格、调节容量、调节速度4个指标为例说明了利用AHP综合评估AGC算法的实施方法。该方法用于在市场环境下选择性价比高的AGC机组运行,根据考核评估结果补偿AGC机组,提出2种补偿算法,构造出一套完整的评估补偿机制。算例说明该机制能鼓励发电商报低成本,积极提供性能优良的AGC机组,促进调节性能差的AGC机组进行技术改造。该算法灵活、简便,具有实用价值。 相似文献

Distributed power generators, such as cogenerators and renewable energy systems, have continued to advance and their penetration capacity is increasing. However, they may cause power quality problems in voltage regulation because of the reverse power flow. At present, when the distribution line voltage exceeds the limit value, distributed generators control reactive power to reduce the voltage, and if the reactive power output is not enough, they reduce the active power output. Therefore, an imbalance of active power output between distributed generators may occur because the voltage of generators varies by location and generators at lower voltage locations do not control the reactive power. A power control method for distributed generators needs to be established to solve these problems. In this study, an autonomous reactive power control method of sharing reactive power between distributed generators is proposed. The availability of this method is discussed experimentally and its applicability area is considered analytically by use of a model distribution system. © 2006 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. Two‐pole large generators are extensively used in power utilities. Growing demand for electric power in recent years has led to substantial increases in the capacity of generators. In line with this trend, our company has manufactured two‐pole turbine generators in the 900,000‐kVA to 1,200,000‐kVA classes. As the capacity of generators becomes larger, equivalent circuits are increasingly expected to improve their precision in estimating operation characteristics. The Park model has been widely used as an equivalent circuit model. The Park model with quadrature axis transient reactance $x_{q}^{\prime}$ is claimed to be useful for accurately estimating the load rejection characteristics of turbine generators. However, it is difficult to measure $x_{q}^{\prime}$, few studies based on measured data have appeared. As one of the few examples, we have conducted a measured data on a 500,000‐kVA‐class generator. Recently, the authors obtained test data on $x_{q}^{\prime}$ of a 900,000‐kVA‐class generator. In this study, based on these data, we studied the effect of $x_{q}^{\prime}$ using the finite element method and a transient analysis program (EMTP‐ATP). © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Much of the new generation capacity installed during the next millennium will be accomplished through the construction of independent power producer (IPP) generating facilities. These facilities can take the form of small dispersed generating units, or large-capacity plants owned and even operated by nonutility personnel. 为使发电机与改造后的汽轮机容量相匹配,华电国际邹县发电厂对300MW双水内冷(QFS)发电机进行了增容改造,进行了定子绕组端部模态试验、发电机最大负荷温升试验、发电机进相运行试验、发电机损耗及效率试验等性能试验。解决了QFS型发电机原有的一些问题,如因结构原因端部漏磁较大、定子端部压圈局部温度较高、不具备进相运行能力和发电机效率低等。改造后发电机运行可靠,功率由300MW提高到335MW,提高了11.67%,经济性和调峰性能均有显提高,为类似发电机的改造提供了经验。 相似文献
