在DMF为溶胀荆条件下合成了一种用乙酰苯胺修饰的新型超高交联吸附树脂AM2JX101和另一种以用邻苯二甲酸酐修饰的新型超高交联吸附树脂ZH2—01。测定其对水中苯酚,对苯酚、对甲苯胺、β-萘磺酸、2-萘酚的吸附性能。结果表明:用乙酰苯胺修饰的超高交联吸附树脂和用邻苯二甲酸酐修饰的超高交联吸附树脂具有良好的吸附性能,取得了令人满意的结果。 相似文献

通过静态吸附和动态吸附法研究了水杨酸修饰的超高交联吸附树脂(SYS树脂)对苯酚的吸附行为,实验静态数据分别用Langmuir、Freundlich和Dubinin-Radushkevich等温方程拟合,动态数据用准一级动力学和准二级动力学模式拟合。结果表明,SYS树脂在一定的温度下对苯酚既存在物理吸附又存在化学吸附,吸附过程为一级动力学吸附过程。 相似文献

通过后交联反应,用乙酰苯胺修饰氯甲基化的低交联大孔聚苯乙烯-二乙烯(氯球),合成了一种超高交联吸附树脂ZH-05。用活性炭GAC和Amberlite XAD-4树脂作为参照,测试了ZH-05吸附树脂对2,4-二氯苯酚的吸附性能。讨论了静态平衡吸附行为和化学吸附特征的证实。结果表明:吸附等温线都能用Langmu ir方程很好的拟合,且2,4-二氯苯酚在ZH-05吸附树脂上的吸附是一个吸热过程,吸附量随吸附温度的升高而增加,和活性炭一样,ZH-05树脂对水溶液中2,4-二氯苯酚的吸附过程中同时存在着物理吸附和化学吸附。 相似文献

将树脂吸附法治理化工废水与环境科学专业实验教学相结合,设计了一个境科学专业研究性综合实验——没食子酸修饰超高交联吸附树脂对邻氯苯酚的吸附性能。实验以没食子酸为修饰剂,通过后交联与化学修饰反应制备了没食子酸修饰的超高交联吸附树脂(GAMR),优化了GAMR树脂对水中邻氯苯酚的吸附附条件,通过等温吸附实验和脱附实验探讨了GAMR对邻氯苯酚的吸附性能。该实验涵盖了环境化学、环境工程、物理化学、材料化学、仪器分析等课程中吸附技术、吸附模型拟合、材料制备、污染物的定性与定量分析等知识。通过本研究性综合实验的探索与实践,有利于提高学生综合实验技能和科研创新能力。 相似文献

微波法合成硫脲树脂及其吸附性能研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
研究了硫脲、甲醛、对苯二酚的聚合,比较了微波辐射和常规加热对树脂产率的影响,考察了不同条件下树脂对金属离子的吸附情况。用核磁共振和红外光谱对树脂可能含有的官能团进行表征。结果表明:微波辐射与常规加热相比具有反应时间短、产率高的优点。酸性条件下树脂对Ag 的最高吸附量可达2.2mmolg-1,而相同条件下对Ni2 、Cd2 、Co2 等过渡金属离子基本不吸附,体现了该树脂在对金属离子的选择分离方面有较高的应用价值。利用含8%硫脲的1molL-1HNO3溶液洗脱经吸附过的树脂,洗脱率可达95%以上,再生的树脂吸附量仍可达到前一次的98%。 相似文献

球形Ni2+模板壳聚糖树脂吸附性能及物性研究 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
以Ni^2 离子为模板剂,环氧氯丙烷和乙二醇双缩水环氧丙基醚(ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether,简称EGDE)作交联剂,用滴加法合成了新型球伏Ni^2 模板壳聚糖螯合树脂。得到的树脂颗料均匀、强度大,在填料塔中压降小,耐酸碱,重复使用性能好。研究了树脂对Ni^2 、Cu^2 、Zn^2 、Cr^6 的吸附性能,实验证明:模板与非模板相比,树脂对Ni^2 、Cu^2 、Zn^2 的吸附容量提高1倍左右,而对Cr^6 的吸附容量基本不变。同时研究了树脂对Ni^2 的吸附等温线以及pH、颗粒孔径及比表面、模板中金属离子含量、交联剂种类对吸附容量的影响。 相似文献

A chelating resin, PSGI, was synthesized by the radical polymerization of GMA‐IDA, DVB, and styrene for the removal of Cu(II), Co(II), and Cd(II) from an aqueous solution. The characteristic functional groups and chemical composition of PSGI were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis of C, H, and N. The equilibrium adsorption capacities of PSGI from their single‐metal ion solutions were 1.46 mmol/g for Cu(II), 1.02 mmol/g for Co(II), and 1.10 mmol/g for Cd(II). The adsorption isothermal of Cu(II) by PSGI followed the Langmuir isotherm. Increasing the concentration (0–0.1 M) of KCl in Cu(II) solution affected the adsorption behavior slightly. Within the pH range of 2–5.5, decreasing the pH of the Cu(II) solution did not produce remarkable changes in the equilibrium adsorption capacities. The adsorption capacities of PSGI for Cu(II) did not cause significant change during the repeated adsorption–desorption operations. The competitive adsorption tests verified that this resin had good adsorption selectivity for Cu(II) with the coexistence of Co(II) and Cd(II). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用静态及动态法研究了717强碱阴离子交换树脂对水中磺基水杨酸的吸附解吸性能. 实验结果表明,在pH 2.2~12时,该树脂对磺基水杨酸有较强的吸附能力,吸附曲线符合Langmuir等温方程,吸附过程为焓驱动的放热熵减过程,吸附动力学以颗粒内扩散为主. 通过实验测得303 K时树脂静态饱和吸附容量为508 mg/g. 在315 K下用10%NaCl+2%NaOH溶液可快速洗脱树脂上吸附的磺基水杨酸,洗脱率达99%. 该树脂吸附操作简便,易再生,可望用于磺基水杨酸废水的治理及富集回收. 相似文献

The adsorption and mechanism of Re(VII) on resin D318 were studied using chemical methods and IR spectrometry. At pH 5.2, the static and dynamic saturation adsorption capacities were 351.4 and 366.5 mg&;#8226;g&;#61485;1, respectively. The adsorption behavior obeyed the Freundlich empirical equation and the adsorption rate constant k298 was 6.37×10&;#61485;4 s&;#61485;1. The desorption percentage was up to 99.7% when 2.0 mol&;#8226;L&;#61485;1 KSCN was used for dynamic desorption. 相似文献

The extraction of heavy metals from industrial effluents using efficient adsorbents is crucial for wastewater treatment and beneficial for metal recycling. In this study, the removal of Cu(II) from an acidic solution by commercial resins Dowex G-26 and Puromet™ MTS9570 was investigated. The influences of contact time, solution concentration, pH, temperature, and a resin dosage on the adsorption process were studied with batch technique. The optimum adsorption conditions were obtained at a concentration of 1100 mg/L Cu, contact time of 30 min, pH 3.5, and resin dosage of 0.025 g/ml for the removal of 99.9% and 90% of copper ions by G-26 and MTS9570, respectively. The experimental data of copper adsorption were analyzed using the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin isotherm models. The highest metal uptakes of 41.67 and 37.70 mg/g were observed for Dowex G-26 and MTS9570, respectively. It was found that both resins had higher adsorption capacities than the substances reported in the literature. The adsorption kinetic studies showed that the copper adsorption process could be better described by the pseudo-second order model. Adsorption occurs spontaneously under endothermic conditions, which indicates the endothermic nature of the process. 相似文献

采用物理和化学双重方法对壳聚糖进行改性,得到一种性能良好的吸附树脂。试验中先采用滴加成球法制备球形壳聚糖,然后用呋喃甲醛对其改性,合成了球形壳聚糖呋喃甲醛树脂。用均匀设计方法对最佳合成工艺条件进行了探讨,利用红外光谱、X射线衍射分析和电镜分析对树脂进行了表征,研究了树脂的基本结构性能和在酸中的稳定性、吸附动力学和吸附容量等性能。结果表明,树脂具有发达的微孔结构,较大的比表面积,在酸性环境中不流失等特点,树脂的吸附容量大,吸附速度快。 相似文献
