管道内壁缺陷漏磁信号的ANSYS仿真与分析 总被引:11,自引:2,他引:9
漏磁探伤法所检测到的缺陷除了可能是内表面或外表面、纵向或横向这些属性之外,它还有分等级的问题,即可能是一个导致管道报废的缺陷,也可能是一个不影响使用的”合格”缺陷,这要求检测系统有自动识别的功能。以管道内表面缺陷作为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件作为仿真分析工具,对不同内表面缺陷所产生的漏磁信号进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,不同缺陷所产生的漏磁信号不同,缺陷的参数与其所产生的漏磁信号的参数之间有一定的对应关系,通过大量的模拟仿真数据和实测数据可找出这种对应关系,从而为缺陷的鉴别和管道使用寿命的评价提供依据。 相似文献

在无损检测中,仅仅发现缺陷的存在是不够的,如果能从检测到的缺陷信号中,提取被检件上缺陷的参数,从而了解被检件受损程度,这对被检件合理使用具有重要意义。该文叙述了漏磁检测的原理,介绍了有限元分析方法在管道缺陷漏磁检测中的应用,利用ANSYS软件对不同大小形状的管道缺陷产生的漏磁信号进行仿真分析,并给出了二维仿真结果,由此推导出漏磁信号的参数与缺陷形状大小的对应关系,进而由所检测到的信号反推出被检件损伤情况,为缺陷鉴别及管道寿命评价提供依据。 相似文献

在介绍漏磁检测原理的基础上,详细论述了利用有限元法分析缺陷信号的方法以及利用ANSYS对漏磁信号的仿真过程和仿真结果,并对结果进行分析.仿真结果表明,这种方法不仅可以检测到缺陷的存在,而且还能根据缺陷产生的漏磁信号来鉴别缺陷大小形状,判断管道受损程度,对工件的科学合理利用有重要意义. 相似文献

提出了一种海底油气管道裂纹漏磁检测的有限元分析方法。首先根据麦克斯韦方程组和三维有限元分析原理建立了数学仿真模型,并将仿真结果与实际检测实验数据进行比较,验证了该方法的可靠性。最后,通过仿真分析得出了裂纹的深度、宽度等几何参数对漏磁信号特征的影响规律,并给出它们的关系曲线。该方法为实际利用漏磁场分布检测海底油气管道裂纹提供了重要的依据。 相似文献

漏磁检测技术广泛应用于管道等铁磁性材质的检测;由于常规漏磁检测的局限性,往往难以检测近表面和表面下缺陷;在分析漏磁检测原理基础上,采用脉冲交流磁化方式;介绍了脉冲漏磁检测系统,并对不同深度的缺陷钢管试件进行了试验,试验结果表明提取脉冲漏磁检测传感器(径向分量)输出的瞬态输出电压信号可对表面和表面下腐蚀缺陷进行有效识别;脉冲漏磁检测方法综合了漏磁检测和脉冲涡流检测的优点,具有快速、定量检测的特点,在管道等的缺陷检测中具有广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

针对单向碳纤维复合材料平板缺陷远场涡流检测存在的伪峰干扰问题,在分析远场涡流检测信号伪峰产生机理及伪峰特征的基础上,提出了利用对称双检测线圈构成远场涡流检测探头进行伪峰识别的方法,建立了利用该探头对单向碳纤维复合材料平板缺陷进行远场涡流检测的仿真模型,借助有限元方法进行仿真计算,得到了五组不同间距缺陷的检测信号,并利用所提出的伪峰识别方法对仿真计算获得的检测信号峰值进行分析识别,结果表明所提出的伪峰识别方法在不同的缺陷分布情况下都可以准确识别出伪峰和实际缺陷对应的真实峰值,从而验证了所提出的伪峰识别方法的有效性及准确性,为单向碳纤维复合材料平板缺陷远场涡流检测的伪峰消除问题提供了解决思路,有效提高了单向碳纤维复合材料平板缺陷远场涡流检测的准确性。 相似文献

To detect and evaluate weld defects, the skin depth and detection ability of magneto-optical imaging (MOI) for weld defects in alternating magnetic field were studied, and the application scope of MOI in alternating magnetic field was determined. A model of magnetic flux leakage testing (MFL) for weld defects is established by finite element method, and the reliability of the model is determined by law analysis and MOI experimental verification. Comparing MFL and eddy current detection with simulation method, the skin effect mechanism and rules of MOI for weld defects in alternating magnetic field are analyzed and obtained. Considering the effect of skin effect, different MFL detection models are established, and the detection ability of MOI for weld defects with different frequencies under corresponding models is studied and obtained. Finally, the MOI experiment is used to verify the results, which are consistent with the simulations. The skin effect rule and detection ability of MOI for weld defects obtained by simulation method can be used as the theoretical basis for practical experiments. 相似文献

高温钢管的快速无损检测对于保证管体质量、降低后续加工成本具有重要的意义;研制了漏磁检测系统和具有多种冷却方式的检测探头,研究了高温钢管实施漏磁检测的信号特性,证实管体温度在居里点以下时开展漏磁检测是可行的;试验和仿真结果表明,普通探头在15~780℃下检测时,探头受温度影响大,在室温和650℃时信号分别为2.12V和2.27V;高温探头采用风冷和水冷的方式,大大改善了探头的温度特性,信号在100~650℃范围内变化较小;铁磁性材料在居里点附近饱和磁化强度迅速下降,缺陷信号也随之减小,揭示了漏磁检测的适用温度范围。 相似文献

This paper presents an approach by combining the genetic algorithm (GA) with simulated annealing (SA) algorithm for enhancing finite element (FE) model updating. The proposed algorithm has been applied to two typical rotor shafts to test the superiority of the technique. It also gives a detailed comparison of the natural frequencies and frequency response functions (FRFs) obtained from experimental modal testing, the initial FE model and FE models updated by GA, SA, and combination of GA and SA (GA–SA). The results concluded that the GA, SA, and GA–SA are powerful optimization techniques which can be successfully applied to FE model updating, but the appropriate choice of the updating parameters and objective function is of great importance in the iterative process. Generally, the natural frequencies and FRFs obtained from FE model updated by GA–SA show the best agreement with experiments than those obtained from the initial FE model and FE models updated by GA and SA independently. 相似文献

In this paper the application of bees algorithm (BA) in the finite element (FE) model updating of structures is investigated.
BA is an optimization algorithm inspired by the natural foraging behavior of honeybees to find food sources. The weighted
sum of the squared error between the measured and computed modal parameters is used as the objective function. To demonstrate
the effectiveness of the proposed method, BA is applied on a piping system to update several physical parameters of its FE
model. To this end, the modal parameters of the numerical model are compared with the experimental ones obtained through modal
testing. Moreover, to verify the performance of BA, it is compared with the genetic algorithm, the particle swarm optimization
and the inverse eigensensitivity method. Comparison of the results indicates that BA is a simple and robust approach that
