Layered organic-inorganic hybrids containing bilayer perovsikte (R-NH3)2(CH3NH3)Pb2I7 (where R=C12H25,C6H5C2H4) were synthesized by reactions in solution. The influences of the solvents and the reactant ratio on the structures of the products were investigated. The structures and the properties of the hybrids were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet and visible (UV) adsorption spectra. For comparing with the bilayer perovskite hybrids in structure and band gap magnitude, the hybrids containing monolayer perovskite (R-NH3)2PbI4 were also synthesized and characterized. The results demonstrate that the thickness of inorganic layer has obvious effect on the tunneling magnitude of the band gap but the organic part can be micro actuator of band gap.  相似文献

用溶胶凝胶法在FTO导电玻璃基片上沉积LiTaO3薄膜,采用TG-DTA、SEM、XRD、UV-Vis光谱法分析薄膜的表面形貌、结晶性能和光学性能。结果表明,650 °C下退火的薄膜具有在(006)晶向上强烈的择优取向性,表面形貌均匀致密,薄膜裂纹减少,杂质LiTa3O8峰的半高峰宽和光学带隙Eg明显受到薄膜结晶性能的影响,光学带隙值Eg随着杂质LiTa3O8半高峰宽的降低而增加,LiTaO3薄膜的光学带隙Eg蓝移从3.87 eV增加到3.91 eV。  相似文献

The effects of different firing temperatures on the stability of perovskite phase, grain size, and dielectric properties were investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM and dielectric measurements. The dielectric ceramics of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3 system were obtained by chemical coprecipitation in water. The ceramics have higher dielectric constant (7003-9714), lower firing temperature(950-1150℃), quite uniform microstructure with grain size less than 2.5 mp, and lower temperature coefficients of capacitance. As a re-sult, it was confirmed that the simple and low cost chemical route used namely coprecipitation in water is a desired method for preparinghigh property dielectfic materials applicable to multilayer capacitors.  相似文献

以对硝基偶氮间苯二酚为表面修饰剂,将硫酸镁溶液与氢氧化钠溶液在80℃下直接反应,制备出片状的纳米氢氧化镁。所得样品用XRD,TEM和SEM等技术进行表征,考察了实验条件对样品形貌的影响。结果表明,氢氧化镁纳米片的直径为100~200nm、厚度15 nm左右,比表面积129 m2.g-1。初步讨论了Mg(OH)2片状纳米晶的生长机理。  相似文献

合成了二种新型杂多酸荷移盐(C3N5H4NH3)4SiMo12O401和(C3N5H4NH3)4GeMo12O402.并用元素分析、红外光谱对其进行表征.对化合物1和2的结构分析表明,化合物中的多阴离子仍保留着其Keggin结构,但其特征振动谱带有一定的红移或蓝移.结果表明,形成电荷转移盐之后的杂多阴离子是一个独立的单元,它通过静电引力与C3N5H4NH3+作用.  相似文献

以取代苯甲醛,乙酰乙酸乙酯和尿素为原料,以溶胶凝胶法制备的H3PW12O40/Ti O2-SiO2为催化剂,催化合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮衍生物,考察了三组分摩尔比、反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间对反应收率的影响。研究表明,H3PW12O40/TiO2-SiO2是合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮衍生物的良好催化剂,在取代苯甲醛的用量为0.04 mol,n(取代苯甲醛)∶n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(尿素)=1.0∶1.2∶1.5,催化剂的用量占反应物料总质量的2.5%,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为75min。在此优化条件下,3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮衍生物的收率可达53.7%~94.3%。催化剂经IR、XRD、SEM表征。  相似文献

以乙酸锌为原料、乙酸钴为掺杂剂,采用水热法制备得到了Co掺杂氧化锌纳米结构材料,并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)等测试手段对所得产物的性能进行了研究。XRD的分析结果表明Co的掺杂并未改变氧化锌本体的晶型结构;SEM照片显示了Co的不同掺杂量对样品形貌有较大影响;DRS结果说明Co的引入有助于提高可见光区的吸收强度,并可使得其带隙宽度E_g在3.25~2.85 eV之间进行调节。  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备了(Ba1-xPrx)Ti1-x/4O3(x = 0.10-0.20)(BPT)的陶瓷。由X射线衍射(XRD)和电子顺磁共振(EPR)技术研究了BPT陶瓷的固溶度及Pr离子的位占据情况。结果表明: BPT陶瓷的固溶度为x = 0.17,且在固溶限制范围内BPT具有单相立方钙钛矿结构;Pr离子支配性地占据Ba位。  相似文献

多功能铁电材料是近年来的热门材料,为了研究铁电材料在光催化中的应用,通过溶胶-凝胶法在空气氛围下制备了铁酸铋(BiFeO3)和不同Y3+掺杂浓度(Bi1–xYxFeO3)的纳米粉体材料。通过X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD),扫描电镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,XPS)表征了样品的结构、形貌和表面化学组成等物理化学性质。并利用分光光度计和光化学反应实验测试了样品的吸收谱和在紫外灯照射下的光催化效果。研究发现,掺杂Y3+不会改变晶格结构,但是减小了晶粒尺寸和禁带宽度。同时,根据O 1s的XPS窄谱扫描的拟合分析发现,引入Y3+可以有效提高氧空位的含量,而氧空位可以降低空穴-电子对的复合率,提高载流子利用率。因此,掺杂Y3+可以提高BiFeO3的光催化效率,使其成为一种很有潜力的光催化材料。  相似文献

In this study the structural and electronic properties of III-nitride monolayers XN(X=B, Al, Ga and In) under different percentages of homogeneous and shear strain are investigated using the full potential linearized augmented plane wave within the density functional theory. Geometry optimizations indicate that GaN and InN monolayers get buckled under compressive strain.Our calculations show that the free-strains of these four monolayers have an indirect band gap. By applying compressive biaxial strain, a transition from indirect to direct band gap occurs for GaN and InN, while the character of band gap for BN and AlN is not changed. Under tensile strain, only BN monolayer behaves as direct band gap semiconductor. In addition, when the shear strain is applied, only InN undergoes an indirect to direct band gap transition. Furthermore, the variations of band gap versus strain for III-nitride monolayers have been calculated. When a homogeneous uniform strain, in the range of [.10%, +10%], is applied to the monolayers, the band gap can be tuned for from 3.92 eV to 4.58 eV for BN, from 1.67 eV to 3.46 eV for AlN, from0.24 eV to 2.79 eV for GaN and from 0.60 eV to 0.90 eV for InN.  相似文献

在无蒸馏和无惰性气氛保护的条件下,快速制备了用于组合合成Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3薄膜的前驱溶液PT和PZ。采用组合法在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了一系列Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3组分梯度薄膜。经XRD分析表明,薄膜具有钙钛矿结构,择优取向为(111)。SEM结果显示薄膜厚度在500nm左右。电滞回线的测试表明,下梯度薄膜PZT-654表现出良好的铁电性能,明显优于其它薄膜。PZT-654梯度薄膜的剩余极化强度Pr为38.4μC/cm2,矫顽场Ec为75.0kV/cm,有较大的极化偏移,Poffset为12.9μC/cm2,表现出梯度铁电薄膜的特性。  相似文献

Fe doped In2O3 samples (In1-xFex)2O3 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) on glass substrate were prepared by sol-gel method. The XRD results demonstrate that the solubility of Fe ions in In2O3 matrix is around 20%, above which impurity phase can be observed. The transmittance of the samples with x=0, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 are above 80% in the visible region while the transimittance of the glass is 90%.
