镁合金电镀镍涂层的耐蚀性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以化学镀镍作为保护层,对AZ91D镁合金进行直流电镀镍涂层以提高其耐腐蚀性能,并对镁合金表面两个不同厚度的镀镍涂层进行了比较.采用SEM对涂层的表面形态进行了研究.在X射线下纹理明显.镍涂层硬度约560VHN,远远高于AZ91D镁合金基底的硬度(约100VHN).电化学测量结果表明,在已经研究的镁合金涂层中,镍镀层有最低的腐蚀电流密度和最高的腐蚀电位.加速腐蚀实验中AZ91D镁合金镀镍具有很高的耐腐蚀性能.  相似文献

利用交流恒压微弧氧化技术, 通过Ce改性镁合金基体制备高耐蚀微弧氧化膜. 在100、120和 140 V的外加电压下, 对3种试样: AZ91, 质量分数w(Ce) 分别为0.92%和1.80%改性的AZ91微弧氧化过程、微观结构和组成及氧化膜的耐蚀性能进行研究. 应用电子扫描显微镜(SEM), 电子能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等表征氧化膜的微观结构和化学组成. 利用稳态极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试了氧化膜在质量分数w(NaCl)为3.5%的溶液中的腐蚀过程. 实验结果表明氧化膜成膜过程可以分为3个阶段; 氧化膜主要由MgO组成, 镁合金中的稀土元素Ce促进成膜过程, 增加膜层的致密性; 稀土改性后镁合金氧化膜的耐蚀性比镁合金基体提高4个数量级, 腐蚀电流密度低至10-8 A/cm2.  相似文献

在镁合金AZ91D化学沉积了镍涂层,研究了非铬化预处理及表面活性物质对涂层腐蚀特性的影响。通过盐水试验(1mol/L HCl)和电化学极化试验(3.5%NaCl)检测了腐蚀性能。试验表明:化镀镍溶液中添加的表面活性剂可提高镁合金镍涂层上的抗腐蚀能力。此外,表面平整均匀的纳米和非晶相涂层提高了其抗腐蚀能力。极化试验表明,其腐蚀电位向正方转移,且腐蚀电流密度减低。浸泡试验和电化学极化试验都表明阳离子表面活化剂具有更好的提高抗腐蚀性能的作用。  相似文献

Plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) coatings were prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy using alkaline phosphate as base electrolyte system, and with the addition of sodium silicate(Na_2SiO_3), sodium aluminate(NaAlO_2) and potassium fluorozirconate(K_2ZrF_6) as additives. The microstructure, phase composition and element composition as well as surface profile of the PEO coatings were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), and threedimensional(3 D) optical profilometry. The corrosion and wear properties were evaluated by electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization in 3.5 wt% Na Cl solution and ball-on-disc wear tests, respectively. The results showed that the anions of the additives effectively participated in the coating formation influencing its microstructural features, chemical composition, corrosion resistance and tribological behaviour. It was observed that the sample treated by PEO in the electrolyte solution containing K_2ZrF_6 as an additive showed better corrosion and abrasive resistance.  相似文献

采用大气等离子喷涂技术在AZ91D镁合金表面制备Al2O3-TiO2陶瓷涂层。对涂层的显微组织、化学成分、相组成及显微硬度进行表征,并对涂层的耐磨损和耐电化学腐蚀防护性能进行研究。结果表明,Al2O3-TiO2陶瓷涂层的组织呈现层状结构,主要组成相为α-Al2O3、γ-Al2O3和金红石TiO2。涂层平均硬度654.2HV,涂层具有良好的抗磨损和抗电化学腐蚀防护性能。  相似文献

磷化液的pH值对AZ61镁合金锌系磷化膜的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
探讨了AZ61镁合金在不同pH值的磷化液中制得的磷化膜的性能和表面形貌。通过腐蚀失重试验、阳极极化曲线测试和交流阻抗测试对磷化膜的耐蚀性进行了研究,利用金相显微镜、热场发射扫描电镜分析了磷化膜的外观结构。实验结果表明:磷化液的pH值对磷化膜的耐蚀性和表面形貌有很大影响。在低pH值的磷化液中得到的磷化膜疏松多孔、耐蚀性差;在高pH值的磷化液中得到的磷化膜外观粗糙、耐蚀性差;在磷化液pH值适中(pH值为2.5)的磷化液中所得的磷化膜外观细致均匀、耐蚀性好。  相似文献

探讨了锌系磷化液中主要的成膜物质ZnO的质量浓度对AZ61镁合金磷化膜的微观结构和性能的影响.利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪观察和分析了磷化膜的结构、表面形态和组成成分,并通过阳极极化曲线测量评价了磷化膜的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:在低ZnO质量浓度的磷化液中,获得的磷化膜比较疏松且不完整,其并未表现出优异的耐腐蚀性;在高ZnO质量浓度的磷化液中,得到的磷化膜晶粒较粗大,厚度不均匀,耐腐蚀性不佳;在中等ZnO质量浓度2.0g/L的磷化液中,得到了均匀、完整的磷化膜层,极化曲线测量表明了其在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中具有较好的耐腐蚀性.  相似文献

为了改善AZ91镁合金的耐蚀性,采用包括加热固化、碱液固化和微电水固化在内的3种不同固化方式制备了硅烷膜,并对其耐蚀性进行了研究.采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了试样的腐蚀形貌,并采用极化曲线分析了硅烷膜的耐蚀性.结果表明,经硅烷化处理后,AZ91镁合金表面可以形成一层硅烷膜,且很好地抑制了镁合金的腐蚀;对比3种不同固化方式后发现,碱液固化效果最佳,其次是加热固化,微电水固化效果虽不及前两者,但也有较好的效果.  相似文献

Electroless Ni-P deposition on magnesium alloy from a sulfate bath   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A technology for electroless Ni-P deposition on AZ91D from a low cost plating bath containing sulfate nickel was proposed. The seal pretreatment was employed before the electroless Ni-P deposition for the sake of occluding the micro holes of the cast magnesium alloy and interdicting the bubble formation in the Ni-P coating during plating process. And pickling pretreatment can provide a better adhesion between the Ni-P deposition and AZ91D substrate. The deposition speed of the Ni-P coating is 29 μm/h. The technology is employed to AZ91D magnesium alloy automobile parts and can provide high hardness and high wear-resistant. The weight losses of Ni-P plated and heat-treated Ni-P plated magnesium alloy specimen are only about 1/6 and 1/10 that of bare magnesium alloy specimen after 10 min abrasion wear, respectively. The hardness of the electroless Ni-P plated brake pedal support brackets is 674.1 VHN and 935.7 VHN after 2 hours heat treatments at 180 C. The adhesion of Ni-P coatings on magnesium alloy substrates meets the demands of ISO Standards 2819. The technology is environment friendly and cannot cause hazard to environment because of absence of chromate in the whole process.  相似文献

采用氧乙炔火焰喷涂法,在AZ91D镁合金表面制备Al-Al2O3/TiO2梯度涂层。利用扫描电镜和电子探针对涂层的组织形貌、成分进行了分析。采用热震法测试了涂层结合强度,并对涂层耐磨性进行了测试。实验结果表明:Al梯度层与基体及陶瓷涂层结合良好。涂层具有较高的硬度、耐磨性及抗热震性。  相似文献

采用重力铸造方法制备了3种Ho改性AZ91镁合金。通过腐蚀实验对改性合金的自腐蚀和电偶腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着Ho含量的增加,改性合金的自腐蚀性能和电偶腐蚀性能逐步提高,当Ho的质量分数为1.10%和2.16%时,合金的耐蚀性能较佳。此外,阴极的特性对改性合金的腐蚀性能有明显影响,4种材料的阴极作用由弱到强依次为:铝硅合金,纯铝,45#钢和球墨铸铁。Ho通过抑制β相的阴极作用,增加自腐蚀电位,提高了合金的腐蚀性能。  相似文献

A top electrophoresis coating was deposited on the surface microarc oxidation (MAO) modified ceramic coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy. Microstructure and corrosion resistance of this composite coating were studied by SEM, electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization, and acid corrosion test. The results showed that the composite coating with a top electrophoresis coating on the surface of ceramic coating exhibited a better corrosion resistance compared with the coating formed by chemical conversion film combined with electrophoresis process. Corrosive ions could permeate into the substrate with corrosion time, and the composite coating was firstly destroyed around the scratch. The formation of composite coating with a higher adhesive force due to the porosity of the ceramic coating contributed to the improved corrosion resistance property.  相似文献

将AZ91D镁合金无铬处理后,以硫酸镍和钨酸钠为主盐,柠檬酸钠和碳酸钠为复合络合剂,在碱性镀液中通过调整镀液组成,得到W含量较高的Ni-W-P合金镀层。此镀层中W及P的质量分数分别为4.50%和4.84%。通过孔隙率和极化曲线测量了此镀层的耐蚀性能,表明该镀层能够很好地提高AZ91D镁合金的耐蚀性。  相似文献

Galvanic corrosion on samples of AZ91D magnesium alloy coupled with 2A12 aluminum alloy during neutral salt spray test was investigated.The variations of the surface potential were measured using scanning kelvin probe(SKP).The results showed that galvanic effect on the corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy is closely related to the potential difference between the anodic and cathodic materials.In the initial period,corrosion only occurred in a narrow area at the coupling interface because of the limited distance galvanic current.Then,the corrosion rate of 2A12 aluminum alloy was accelerated due to its poor stability in strong alkali environment,which was attributed to the strong alkalization caused by the corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy.With the increase of the potential of 2A12 aluminum alloy as a result of the continuous covering of corrosion products,the potential difference between the two materials was enlarged,which enhanced the galvanic corrosion.  相似文献

针对风电机组在生命周期内始终受到盐雾、湿热环境影响的问题,研究了发电机中永磁体在海洋盐雾环境下的性能变化.通过盐雾腐蚀试验,模拟发电机用N38SH永磁体的服役环境,研究其在盐雾腐蚀条件下磁性能的变化,为海上风电机组永磁体的保护提供理论依据.试验结果表明,无论有无镀层保护,盐雾腐蚀将极大程度影响永磁体的磁性能,特别是在剩余磁感应强度和矫顽力等性能指标下降较多时,需要专门的保护措施.  相似文献

为了提高生物镁合金羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层的耐蚀性能,在微弧氧化电解液中加入羟基磷灰石/碳纳米管(HA/CNTs)复合粉体添加剂,制备HA/CNTs复合涂层。分别对制备的HA/CNTs复合粉体和HA/CNTs复合涂层进行表面形貌和物相组成分析,并对HA/CNTs复合涂层在模拟体液(SBF)中的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,HA/CNTs复合粉体在微弧氧化过程中能均匀地沉积在镁合金表面,结晶良好且无任何杂质;与HA涂层相比,HA/CNTs涂层具有较小的腐蚀电流密度值和较大的阻抗值。此外,在SBF中浸泡4d后,HA/CNTs复合涂层表面出现大量的亚微米级颗粒产物且没有任何腐蚀裂纹。  相似文献

Anodization of AZ91D magnesium alloy in the electrolyte solution of 0.5 mol/L of sodium silicate and 1.0 mol/L of potassium fluoride was investigated. The anodic films were characterized using optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The corrosion resistance of the various anodized alloys was evaluated by a fast corrosion test using the solution of hydrochloric acid and potassium dichromate. The results showed that the addition of KF resulted in the presence of NaF in the anodic film. The thickness of the anodic film formed under a constant current density of 20 mA/cm2 for 16 min at 60℃ exceeded 100 μm. The growth of the anodic film could be divided into three stages based on the anodizing time; the growth rate was much faster during stage Ⅱ than in stages Ⅰ and Ⅲ. The anodic film exhibited the highest corrosion resistance for the AZ91 alloy,which is attributed to the fact that the anodization was maintained until the end of stage Ⅱ.  相似文献

采用固体培养基贴片法研究了镁合金的微生物腐蚀行为。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、极化曲线研究了AZ91镁合金在无菌和有硫酸盐还原菌体系中的腐蚀行为。通过形貌对比及电化学分析发现,硫酸盐还原菌加速了镁合金的腐蚀。细菌影响下的腐蚀形貌的主要特征是点蚀。细菌的代谢过程所导致的电极的阴极去极化加速了镁合金的点蚀的形成和发展。  相似文献
