Conclusions  
1.  Recrystallization of steels after hot rolling with a low reeling temperature begins and ends at a higher temperature and a longer hold than in steels obtained with reeling at a higher temperature.
2.  After hot rolling with a high reeling temperature the recrystallization of steel not bearing excess elements in the solid solution (Nb/C ef ≅1) begins and ends much more rapidly than recrystallization in the other steels.
3.  After continuous annealing, the ferrite grains in steel with Nb/C ef ≅1 have a maximumsize, which is connected with the leading recrystallization of this steel.
4.  The growth of ferrite grains in steel subjected to high-temperature reeling is accompanied by a decrease in the yield point and an increase in the specific elongation and coefficient of normal plastic anisotropy. Steels with Nb/C ef ≅1 have maximum mechanical properties.

采用RE-Al-N对M2铸造高速钢进行变质处理,消除了钢中网状共晶碳化物,细化了基体组织,减轻了W、Mo元素的偏析,并在不降低M2高速钢硬度的条件下,使韧性大幅度提高。变质处理后的M2铸造高速钢具有优异的抗热疲劳性能和抗高温磨损性能,用于制造热轧无缝钢管均整机顶头,具有良好的使用效果。  相似文献

采用高温激光共聚焦显微镜对6 mm厚Q890高强钢板进行了焊接热模拟试验。通过原位观察研究了不同焊接热输入条件下钢板显微组织的形核和核长大过程。结果表明:焊接后在t8/5为300 s的条件下冷却的钢板奥氏体晶界析出块状铁素体,室温组织为先共析铁素体、粒状贝氏体和少量板条贝氏体;在t8/5为60 s的条件下冷却的钢板,贝氏体转变从奥氏体晶界开始,室温组织主要为针状铁素体、板条贝氏体和粒状贝氏体;在t8/5为30 s的条件下冷却的钢板,板条贝氏体呈缠结互锁状,室温组织主要为板条贝氏体和板条马氏体;在t8/5为15 s的条件下冷却的钢板室温组织为板条马氏体及少量板条贝氏体。通过采用高温激光共聚焦显微镜进行焊接热模拟试验并结合组织转变的原位观察来判定高强钢钢焊接性能是可行的。  相似文献

对45Mn2V/Q345复合锯片用钢进行了系列温度的回火处理,测定了试验钢的强度与伸长率,并观察了其显微组织,分析了回火温度对复合钢板组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:45Mn2V覆层淬火后得到针状马氏体,Q345钢基板形成板条马氏体。回火温度在400 ℃以下时,45Mn2V钢组织中析出的碳化物细小且弥散,超过400 ℃后则明显粗化,达到480 ℃时粗大的碳化物大量析出,导致试验钢的强度先随回火温度的升高而降低,但在480 ℃时有明显的增加。基板组织在回火过程中则主要发生马氏体板条的合并粗化,达到480 ℃后开始出现等轴的再结晶晶粒,但这一变化未能改善复合钢板的塑性。  相似文献

以真空感应熔炼(VIM)+电渣重熔精炼(ESR)生产的CLAM钢为研究对象,在1000℃淬火后,分别在690、725、760、795℃下回火,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等研究了回火温度对CLAM钢组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:在不同温度回火后,试验钢显微组织均为回火马氏体;随着回火温度的升高,试验钢中析出相数量逐渐增多;725℃回火后,试验钢析出相的尺寸细小,但出现偏聚现象,回火温度为760℃时,析出相分布较为均匀;随着回火温度的升高,试验钢强度逐渐降低,冲击韧性逐渐提高;760℃回火时试验钢具有较优的综合力学性能。725℃回火对试验钢的位错密度和强度影响最大,相比690℃回火,试验钢的位错密度、抗拉强度及屈服强度分别下降了2.575×10^14 m^-2、109.6 MPa和118.1 MPa。  相似文献

通过扫描电镜、透射电镜等技术定量研究了T92耐热钢服役80 000 h后的微观组织结构和力学性能,并与未服役的同批次材料进行了对比。结果表明,在服役80 000 h后,T92钢管材的马氏体板条上析出了大量的M23C6相和Laves相,在板条内部析出MX相,马氏体板条宽度明显增加,但仍然保持着典型的马氏体板条形貌。T92钢室温和610 ℃高温抗拉强度、屈服强度均较未服役样品的低,但室温条件下性能相差较小,而高温条件下的下降幅度较大,且屈服强度接近标准要求的下限。析出相强化和板条强化是T92耐热钢在长时服役后仍具有较高性能的原因。  相似文献

The impact of a temperature excursion on the subsequent stress corrosion crack growth at the normal operating temperature has been investigated for 321 stainless steel (UNS32100) and 316L stainless steel (UNS31603) using precracked compact tension specimens. Although the data are preliminary the indication is that once crack growth has initiated in 321 SS at the elevated temperature, 130 °C in this study, the crack growth may be sustained at the lower temperature (40 °C), at least over the exposure time of about 700 h. However, the growth rate of 316L SS at the lower temperature was significantly lower than for 321 SS and tended to zero after 2000 h. For the 316 SS a temperature transient should not impact on structural integrity, provided it is short in duration.  相似文献

对2205双相不锈钢采用不同温度进行热处理,然后用光学显微镜和电子扫描电镜观察其在0.33mol/L FeCl3+0.05 mol/L HCl溶液中腐蚀后的形貌;测试其显微硬度的变化、在沸腾的65%的硝酸溶液中浸蚀24 h的腐蚀速率和在25℃的3.5%NaCl溶液中的点蚀电位。研究表明:2205双相不锈钢在750~900℃保温4h有σ相析出,材料的显微硬度增大。同时随着热处理温度的升高,2205双相不锈钢的点蚀电位降低,腐蚀速率增大。  相似文献

对二次冷轧后高温退火前3.2%Si取向硅钢在实验室自主设计研发的脉冲磁场预退火管式炉内进行不同温度的预退火处理,通过光学显微镜与XRD对其组织织构进行分析,利用硅钢片磁性能测试系统对高温退火后的试样进行磁性能分析。结果表明,经脉冲磁场预退火处理后,整体上取向硅钢平均晶粒尺寸随预退火温度升高略微减小,晶粒尺寸主要集中在10~25 μm范围内;通过ODF图及{200}极图分析可知,经脉冲磁场预退火后,最强织构随预退火温度的升高从{112}<110>织构变化到{223}<110>织构和{111}<110>织构;随着预退火温度的升高,高温退火后试样的磁性能反而降低。  相似文献

The oxidation behaviour of interstitial-free (IF) steel at high temperatures was evaluated at 868, 977, 1087, and 1200°C in air for 120?s. Scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis were performed to investigate the cross-sectional morphologies, microstructures, and phase constituents of IF steel after isothermal oxidation. Kinetic results showed that the weight gains of IF steel increased with increasing temperature and exhibited an exponential relationship with temperature. Linear and parabolic laws were found to exist in the weight gain process. The activation energy was 89.12 and 274.12?kJ?mol?1 during the linear and parabolic stages, respectively. Non-adherent scales were formed on the substrates of IF steel. FeO was determined to be the major component based on the iron–oxygen atom ratios of the scales after oxidation at different temperatures.  相似文献

利用光学显微镜及SEM进行组织观察,通过拉伸和低温冲击试验研究了热处理对两种不同碳含量3.5Ni钢的力学性能和低温韧性的影响。两种3.5Ni钢热轧板分别经860 ℃×1 h空冷的正火处理和860 ℃×1 h水淬+(580, 610, 640)×1 h回火的调质处理。结果表明:含碳量较高的3.5Ni钢热轧态强度低塑性高,但-100 ℃冲击吸收能量低,经正火处理后试验钢的整体性能降低,而调质处理后强度和低温冲击吸收能量均明显提升,塑性略有降低;含碳量较低的3.5Ni钢热轧态已经具有优异的拉伸性能和低温冲击性能,经热处理后拉伸性能和低温韧性没有得到明显提升。  相似文献

采用喷丸处理对17-4PH不锈钢进行表面强化,研究了温度场对其残余应力和疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,结合扫描电镜等微观结构分析,采用X射线无损检测技术对室温下17-4PH不锈钢在不同喷丸参数处理后的表面残余应力进行了评价,利用旋转弯曲疲劳试验机测试了喷丸后样品的S-N疲劳曲线。然后,采用优化的喷丸处理方法,研究了17-4PH材料在150、300和450 ℃不同温度场下的高温疲劳性能和表面残余应力松弛特性。实验结果表明,17-4PH不锈钢的最佳室温喷丸工艺应选用低强度喷丸参数。同时,针对此最佳喷丸强化工艺的高温疲劳试验表明,当环境温度T<300 ℃时,喷丸能显著提高17-4PH不锈钢的疲劳寿命,当温度T>450 ℃时,17-4PH的疲劳性能反而显著降低。进一步分析表明,对于喷丸后17-4PH的高温服役,其疲劳性能降低机理是由于残余应力的严重松弛和表面完整性的降低。  相似文献

Mechanisms of structure fragmentation and strengthening of single crystals of a Hadfield steel after warm torsion under high-pressure torsion (HPT) and subsequent annealing in a temperature range of 400?C800°C have been studied. Multiple twinning and formation of ultrafine carbides upon HPT at 400°C (P = 5 GPa) promote rapid fragmentation of the microstructure. They are responsible for the high mechanical properties of the steel after HPT and the thermal stability of the microstructure up to an annealing temperature of 500°C.  相似文献

The paper reports the investigation results on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low-carbon pipe steel after helical rolling. The processing of the steel leads to the refinement of ferritic grains from 12 (for the coarse-grained state) to 5 μm, to the strengthening of ferrite by carbide particles, a decrease in the total fraction of perlite grains, a more uniform alternation of ferrite and perlite, and the formation of regions with bainitic structure. The mechanical properties of the steel have been determined in the conditions of static and dynamic loading in the range of test temperatures from +20 to–70°С. As a result of processing, the ultimate tensile strength increases (from 650 to 770 MPa at a rolling temperature from 920°С) and the viscoplastic properties at negative temperatures are improved significantly. The ductile–brittle transition temperature of the rolled steel decreases from–32 to–55°С and the impact toughness at the test temperature–40°С increases eight times compared to the initial state of the steel.  相似文献

结合近年来发展的钢管斜轧理论,采用Solidworks计算机应用程序模拟均整机的斜轧空间,对锥形辊均整机的导板进行了优化设计。介绍了Solidworks设计软件的特点,采用该软件进行导板设计的原则与步骤,导板基本尺寸及材质的确定,三维设计与传统设计方法的比较等。通过三维设计及优化,所设计的导板流线符合均整时金属流动原理,满足了均整时孔型封闭的要求,确保了均整后的钢管质量。  相似文献
