A differential high-to-low voltage input interface fabricated in an unchanged 5 V standard CMOS technology is presented. The interface translates a differential input signal in the 0-70 V range to an analogue output signal in the 0-5 V range. A 1.5 V resistive fuse for image smoothing and segmentation using bulk-driven MOSFETs is presented. The circuit switches on only if the differential voltage applied across its input terminals is less than a set voltage; it switches off if the differential voltage is higher than the set value. Describes a 1.5 V single-supply one-transistor p-channel CMOS EEPROM array which is fabricated with a double polysilicon gate 7-mask CMOS technology. Avalanche injection and Fowler-Nordheim emission are used as very low power programming mechanisms. A thin oxide of 28 nm allows write and erase voltages below -30 V. They are generated on-chip by voltage multipliers and fed by 1.5 V logic circuitry to the matrix array. Results measured on a 16/spl times/4 bit word-erasable test array are presented.  相似文献

Considering that the data dissemination in multi-channel VANET (vehicular ad hoc network),a cooperative data dissemination scheduling algorithm was introduced for V2R(vehicle to roadside unit) and V2V(vehicle to vehicle).The algorithm created initial scheduling operators according to data requisition of vehicles.Then,initial collision graph and collision matrix were generated based on the conflict among initial scheduling operators.After proving the positive semidefinite of collision matrix,SDP (semidefinite programming) was used to channel allocation and collision graph creation.The algorithm then assigned weights for each data requisition according to dwell time and data volume of vehicles in RSU service region.Furthermore,it selected maximum weighted independent set of collision graph.The goal was to satisfy the most urgent data requisitions by V2R/V2V cooperate transmission.Transportation simulation results demonstrate that the proposed solution effectively promotes the service capacity by utilizes the multichannel of VANET and V2R/V2V transmission scheduling.  相似文献

A CMOS capacitor-free low-dropout regulator (LDR) operated at 0.65-0.95 V supply is presented. This LDR has been fabricated in 0.18 mum CMOS technology. 针对车联网V2I/V2V用户异构性需求以及V2V用户复用V2I链路引起的复杂干扰,本文基于超图划分的思想,提出了预先V2V用户分簇、允许接入多V2I链路的资源共享机制。首先,在被动簇集模型基础上依赖车辆节点干扰强度将车辆划分为不同的簇,从而减少了同簇车辆节点的相互干扰;然后,通过最大化V2I总吞吐量来设计车辆节点的最佳功率;最后,利用3维匹配算法完成基站、资源块和车辆节点三者之间的匹配。仿真结果表明,所提机制满足V2V链路可靠性,同时使得V2I链路总吞吐量最大,分析结论为智能交通中车联网通信应用提供了理论参考。   相似文献

Although the health data exchange standard of Health Level 7(HL7) V2.x (Version 2.0-2.5) has been widely used in hospital and has served well in these few years, the process that hospitals apply the standard of data transfer is very difficult. Because there is no explicit methodology in the HL7 V2.x development process, the gateway design is very complex. However, V3 strives to improve the V2 process and its outcomes. In this paper, the authors present an HL7 V3 gateway design based on the Web Services which can solve the problems of the HL7 V2.x. Web Services is an information exchange protocol regardless of the implementation pla(form, and is currently the main technology in enterprise application integration (EA1). We firstly introduce how to build HL7 V3 gateway with Web Services, then focus on the design of ilL7 gateway, finally realize the parsing and transmission of ilL7 V3 message.  相似文献

基于二维(Two-Dimensional,2D)双环和三维(Three-Dimensional,3D)双圆柱体散射模型,在视距(Line-of-Sight,LOS)和非视距(Non-Line-of-Sight,NLOS)场景下,利用宽带2D和3D几何散射模型开展信道仿真,基于实现的MIMO信道矩阵,结合空-频区块编码(Space-Frequency Block Coding,SFBC)和正交频分复用(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing,OFDM)技术,研究了收发终端的移动速度、天线阵元间隔等对宽带车辆到车辆(Vehicle-to-Vehicle,V2V)多输入多输出(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output,MIMO)通信系统误码率(Bit Error Rate,BER)和信道容量的影响.结果表明:随着收发终端移动速度增大,信号衰减加快,宽带MIMO V2V通信系统的BER增大;随着收发端天线阵元间隔的增大,MIMO信道的相关性减小,通信系统的BER减小,MIMO信道的信道容量增大.文中研究方法和结论将对V2V MIMO系统性能分析有一定的指导意义.  相似文献
