涉及一种连铸连轧用浇注系统、模具及热喷涂用的铁铝金属间化合物/氧化锆陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法。本材料以氧化锆(ZrO2)、铁(Fe)粉、铝(A1)粉及微量添加元素为原料,通过机械合金化工艺制备Fe-Al基合金粉末材料,然后与ZrO2微粉球磨混料制粉,在保护气氛下或在真空条件下热压烧结成形。利用金属间化合物中温性能优异的特点来弥补氧化锆陶瓷材料的不足,从而生产出一种性价比合理、性能优良、先进实用的陶瓷复合材料。  相似文献

TiAl基金属间化合物作为一种新型轻质高温结构材料,在航空航天和汽车等领域具有广阔的应用前景。熔模精密铸造是当前普遍采用的制备TiAl基金属问化合物的方法。主要介绍了熔模精密铸造TiAl基合金的铸件以及型壳用粘结剂及耐火材料的发展现状,TiAl合金的熔炼技术及最新研究进展,并对TiAl基金属间化合物熔模精密铸造技术的不足进行了分析并提出了展望。  相似文献

对Fe-Al金属间化合物基复合材料及相关领域的研究现状进行了综合评述。着重介绍了增强相与基体界面的相容性、连续纤维及颗粒增强Fe-Al金属间化合物基复合材料的制备工艺和弥散强化Fe-Al金属间化合物基纳米复合材料的合成与烧结,以及Fe-Al金属间化合物基复合材料的力学性能等方面取得的研究成果。并就目前研究的不足以及该研究领域的发展方向提出了一些看法。  相似文献

以WC,NiAl,NiB和Ni粉末等混合球磨、烧结制备复合材料焊条,在球磨过程中,WC颗粒被破碎,NiAl,NiB和Ni反应生成金属间化合物Ni3A1。用氩弧焊将这种复合材料焊条堆焊在1Cr25Ni20Si2不锈钢的表面,形成5mm厚的金属间化合物耐磨复合材料。堆焊过程中,部分WC溶解,析出新碳化物W2C,Ni3Al转变成新金属间化合物Ni3(A1Ti)C。这种复合材料的耐磨性可达45钢的3倍以上。  相似文献

综述了Nb-Al系金属间化合物作为高温结构材料的最新研究进展和发展趋势。对目前国内外Nb-Al系金属间化合物及其复合材料的制备工艺、组织结构控制和力学性能的研究现状进行评述。结果表明:通过延性相增韧、合金化、层状结构设计、复合材料设计等方法,可以显著改善Nb-Al金属间化合物的室温脆性、抗氧化能力、高温强度及抗蠕变性能。Nb-Al系金属间化合物的研究方向应集中发展以Nb3Al及NbAl3金属间化合物为基体,以SiC、Al2O3及TiC等陶瓷相为增强相强化的陶瓷-铌基合金复合材料。  相似文献

采用等离子喷涂铝粉作为打底材料在碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料(PMC)基体上制备了Al2O3和ZrO2轻质陶瓷防护涂层,测试了涂层的剪切结合强度、耐热循环性能、抗冲蚀性能、隔热性能。结果表明,等离子喷涂铝粉作打底层的涂层系统,性能优于电弧喷铝或电弧喷锌作打底层的涂层系统。带有Al2O3涂层的试样失重不到基体材料失重的1/3,Al2O3和ZrO2陶瓷涂层都可以为聚酰亚胺复合材料基体提供有效的冲蚀防护。Al2O3和ZrO2陶瓷涂层都可以为聚酰亚胺复合材料基体提供有效的隔热防护,ZrO2涂层隔热性能优于Al2O3涂层。  相似文献

Al2O3(1)/TiAl composites were synthesized by an exothermic reaction method using Ti, Al and TiO2 powders doped with Nb205 and La2O3. The effect of Nb205 and La2O3 additives on the growth and morphology of the fibers, the phases and microstructure of the composites were investigated by means of XRD and SEM. The result indicates that the in situ alumina fiber can be developed in Ti-Al matrix with the Ti/Al mole ratio of 1:2 1:7, and the addition of rare earth powders can improve the dispersion of the fibers in the matrix and increase the length-to-diameter ratio of the fibers.  相似文献

高温树脂基复合材料防护用轻质陶瓷涂层的制备   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
研究了采用Ni-3%Al粉末和纯铝、纯锌作为打底材料在碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料(PMC)基体上制备Al2O3轻质陶瓷防护涂层的可行性,测试了涂层的剪切结合强度和耐热循环性能。结果表明,等离子喷涂Ni-3%Al粉末会对PMC基体造成破坏,不适合于作为PMC基体上的打底材料。电弧喷铝也会对基体造成一定程度的破坏,结合强度和耐热循环性能较低。采用低电压、小电流电弧喷锌,可以获得和基体结合良好打底涂层,涂层剪切结合强度达10.45MPa。在其上制备的Al2O3陶瓷防护涂层耐热循环性能良好。  相似文献

Continuous oxide fiber/oxide matrix composites are attractive for use as high temperature structural materials because they can combine composite properties with long-term oxidative stability. The development of a matrix for such a composite and prevention of matrix-fiber coating interaction is described here. The goal use temperature of this composite is 1100°C to 1200°C. The composite is being developed by the M C Consortium comprising 3M, Rockwell International, and SRI International. The composite consists of an alumina-based woven-tow fiber preform, coated with lanthanum phosphate (monazite) to promote fiber debonding and pullout, in an oxide matrix derived from a preceramic-polymer slurry filled with active and inert powders. This approach to the matrix enables conventional polymer matrix composite technology to be used in composite part fabrication. Only one infiltration of the matrix is required, a critical factor in keeping the cost low.  相似文献

以AlCl3·6H2O代替异丙醇铝作为原料,合成了AIOOH溶胶,再在多孔α-Al2O3基体上,通过浸提法制备了α-Al2O3陶瓷复合膜,研究了基体质量对膜和成膜过程的影响.研究发现,基体的质量不但对膜的制备工艺过程有很大的影响,还对最终膜孔的结构及热处理烧结机理过程有重要影响.考察了γ-Al2O3薄膜的孔径和分离渗透性能随温度变化的规律,以便利用γ-Al2O3的相变烧结过程原理,控制复合层陶瓷膜的孔径大小和分布.  相似文献

Metallization of the ceramic surfaces of Si3N4 and Al2O3 was carried out in a composite diffusion coating vacuum furnace using a Ti-Cu composite target. The experimental process and influencing factors were discussed. Optical microscope (OM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffusion (XRD) and sound emissive scratch test (SEST) were applied to evaluate the alloy layer formed on the ceramic surface. It was indicated that the diffusion coating alloy layer contained Cu, Ti, Fe, Al and Si etc. XRD result indicated that the diffusion coating alloy layer was composed of CuTi2, Cu, Si2Ti and CuTi, Al2TiO5, Ti3O5. It was found that the diffusion coating alloy layer got bonded with ceramic well, and no spallation occurred under the maximum load of 100N. Deposited Si3N4 ceramic was welded with Q235 and the joining quality was examined. Robust joint was formed between Si3N4 ceramic/Q235. This present method has advantages in high efficiency and low cost and provides a new approach for producing ceramic and metal bond.  相似文献

Conclusion The wire arc spray process is a viable method for fabricating advanced MMCs and IMCs. A significant degree of maturity has been developed in fabricating refractory wire-reinforced MMCs and SiC-reinforced titanium-base composites, the properties of the latter being among the best reported for that material system. Approaches for using the process in fabricating Al2O3-reinforced composites have been demonstrated and warrant further development.  相似文献

The reinforced phase of in-situ formed intermetallic compound Al3Ti with grain size about 0.5μm in the aluminum matrix composite was achieved by the method of liquied-solid reaction under specific condition.The orientations were also studied.The results show that under T6 heat treatment regime,the tensile strength,hardness,elastic modulus and elongation of Al3Ti/ZL101 in-itu composite are increased by 32.8%,14.4%,19.2% and 14.6% respectively in comparison with those of Zl101,Al3Ti is uniformly distributed in α(Al)matrix with a clear phase interface,and the orientation relationship between Al3Ti and α(Al)is (006)AlTi∥(022^-)Al3Ti∥(022^-)Al,[122^-]Al3Ti∥[110^-]Al.The strengthening mechanisms of Al3Ti/ZL101 in-situ composite is proved to be caused by fine grain size,spreading distribution and dislocation multiplication.  相似文献
