This paper presents a novel approach to estimate the instantaneous position of the air-gap flux in standard induction machines at low and zero speed. The proposed approach is based on the generation of a high-frequency rotating field that, interacting with the main field, generates a high-frequency zero-sequence flux component. By demodulating such a component, which is always present, irrespective of speed and load levels, it is possible to detect the air-gap flux position. The proposed method allows one to overcome some key drawbacks of sensorless approaches based on high-frequency voltage injection and, compared to previous sensorless schemes exploiting the third harmonic voltage, improves the accuracy and extends the operating area up to zero speed. 基于对高频信号注入法和模型参考自适应法转子位置自检测原理和特性的讨论,提出了一种包含零速在内的全速度范围内均能实现转子位置/速度准确检测和控制的复合方法。分析了从旋转高频电压信号注入法过渡到模型参考自适应法的切换原则,给出了速度切换区内转子位置、速度和加权系数的估算方法,并对1台内插式永磁同步电机2种方法的切换过程进行了实验研究,成功地实现了无传感器矢量控制的起动与运行。实验研究表明,这种转子空间位置复合检测方法既能在低速时准确地观测出转子的空间位置和速度,也能保证高速运行时较快的动态响应,适合于全速范围内电机的无传感器运行。 相似文献

Speed sensorless control of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) based on direct torque control (DTC) is proposed in this paper. The rotor speed and position of the IPMSM are estimated based on an active flux concept, where, the active flux vector position is identical to the rotor position. The proposed algorithm does not require neither high frequency injection signal nor complicated schemes even at vary low speed operation. Torque/ flux sliding mode controller (SMC) combined with space vector modulation is proposed to improve the performance of the classical DTC. Stator resistance value is required for a stator flux and electromagnetic torque estimation. Its variation due to temperature or frequency degrades the scheme performance, especially, at low speed operation. To overcome this problem, a reduced order extended Kalman filter (EKF) is proposed to update online the stator resistance. The advantages of the direct torque control, sliding mode controller, and speed sensorless control are incorporated in the proposed scheme. Simulation works are carried out to show the ability of the proposed scheme at different operating conditions. The results demonstrate the activity of the scheme at wide range speed operation with load disturbance and parameters variation. 相似文献

针对零低速下永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)的无位置传感器控制方法存在精度低、稳定性差、算法复杂等问题,提出了一种改进的脉振高频注入法的无位置传感器控制方法。在利用PMLSM饱和凸极性进行初步位置估计的基础上,提出了特殊位置校正和磁极判断的方法,从而简便地获得较为准确的动子位置,实现PMLSM零低速下的无位置传感器运行。在此基础上,利用Simulink对PMLSM无位置传感器控制进行仿真建模,并搭建样机试验平台进行试验验证。通过仿真和试验结果表明,所提方法可以准确、快速地检测出PMLSM动子初始位置和低速运行时的动子位置,保证电机平稳起动运行,且具有良好的位置估计精度和动态性能。 相似文献

AbstractThis paper presents four-quadrant sensorless control in switched reluctance machine (SRM) over the wide speed range. The proposed sensorless control technique could be employed not only at low speed with current chopping control (CCC) but also at high speed with angle position control (APC). At startup and low speed, the narrow voltage pulse is injected into the idle phases and the rotor position zone is determined by comparing the measured flux linkage with four flux linkage-current curves. The same flux linkage-current curves also can be adopted for rotor positions estimation at medium and high speeds. Two flux linkage-current characteristic curves in the inductance rising zone are employed to estimate the rotor position for motoring mode and the other two curves in the inductance falling zone are used to estimate the rotor position for braking mode. The experiments on a three-phase 12/8?pole SRM drive platform are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed sensorless control technique. 相似文献

A novel control strategy to realize decoupled control of torque and reactive power for a doubly excited induction machine using a position sensorless scheme is proposed. The critical issues related to the torque angle estimation and control for a doubly excited induction machine are discussed. Compared to the other position sensorless schemes for a doubly fed machine, the proposed control method uses only the rotor voltages and currents as the feedback signals, which substantially reduces the costs and enhances the reliability of the position sensorless control of a doubly fed AC machine.
