随着石化工业的飞速发展,海洋工程技术足的进步,针对化工和海洋苛刻腐蚀环境下多结构件,设备,装置的防护提出了更高的要求,重防腐蚀涂为就是在这种情况下应运而生的。本文介绍了重防腐蚀涂料和防护作用机理及其应用情况,着重阐述了重防腐蚀涂料“长效性”的重要影响因素,同时分析了我国重防腐蚀涂料在发展中的不足,并指出了重防腐蚀涂料的发展动向。  相似文献

Reduction of copper loss in potable water in domestic installations by water treatment In the scope of examinations for water-supply companies the effects of water treatment processes on the corrosion behaviour of materials which are used for water distribution (unalloyed steel, asbestos-cement, galvanized steel and copper) were tested by the Rhenian-Westphalian Institute of Waterchemistry and Watertechnology (IWW), Institute at the Gerhard-Mercator-University-GH Duisburg. Experimental studies have been made with copper sections and weighed ring specimens. The testing conditions were similar to those in a real domestic installation. Specimens taken at different testing times have been investigated with respect to mass loss measurements. The testing results demonstrate the possibility to estimate the concentrations on copper transported into the sewage sludge by domestic sewage. The testing conditions are described and the dominant influence of the water characteristics with respect to the water treatment processes are discussed. The experiments have shown that the central dosage of inhibitors, especially phosphate-products, is able to reduce the load of copper in domestic sewage in water systems with high concentrations of natural salts. The deacidification associated with water softening and slow-decarbonisation is qualified to reduce the load of copper in water systems with high concentrations on carbon dioxide.  相似文献

以采用Ni、Cr做粘结相的碳化钨基硬质合金为研究对象,采用失重法、电化学测试方法,研究合金在室温和60℃下,在体积浓度10%稀硫酸、10%稀盐酸、10%稀硝酸溶液中的腐蚀行为,并与传统的WC-8Co,WC-13Co硬质合金进行比较。试验结果表明:在浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学试验中,WC-Ni-Cr合金的耐腐蚀能力明显优于传统的WC-Co类合金,具有较强的抗腐蚀能力,可应用作矿砂、钢渣的提炼、污水处理领域的耐磨耐腐蚀材料,有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

To present simulative study on corrosion of metal by sewage sludge, three kinds of gel-like systems based on SiO2 gel and polyacrylamide gel are proposed. Comparative results of electrochemical polarization and impedance studies together with coupon test of SAE1045 steel under these gel-like surroundings and deionized water are investigated. Obvious pitting corrosion characteristic of the steel can be seen in gel-like systems with decreasing Icorr and more negative value of Ecorr. It is considered to be caused by electric field concentration effect at defected sites in covering layer on the surface of the steel formed by gel particles.  相似文献

The need for producing better paint finishes more economically has demanded higher operating efficiency from spray booths and ovens. Developments in spray booths described include comments on water wash chambers, exhaust air volumes, tests for air washing efficiency, importance of regular testing, pressurised vestibules, cleaning and heating of air, sludge disposal systems, conveyorized floor gratings and new dry type booths. One of the problems in modern grinding processes is the use and disposal of coolants, which are expensive and which can lead to ecological problems. This paper describes some experiments with a novel method of cooling the grinding process which relies on nothing but air and water for its effect, thus removing ecological hazards in a most economical way. By injecting a small amount of water into air jets which strike the grinding wheel at speeds near mach 1, it is possible to maintain a sharper wheel and better cooling than with conventional coolants and delivery systems. It is relatively simple and cheap to set up the delivery system proposed, provided the correct nozzle designs are used.  相似文献

Depending on the lifetime and level of radioactivity of radioactive wastes, different disposal facilities are considered. Though low- and intermediate-level short-lived waste can be disposed in surface disposal facilities, deep geological disposal is considered for high- and intermediate-level long-lived waste. In France and Belgium, long-term disposal is studied in clay host rock media. For aluminum, the disposal concept is based on encapsulation of the waste in a cement-based matrix. It is also well-known that aluminum is prone to severe corrosion in sufficiently alkaline environments leading to possible hydrogen production. To ensure the safety of the disposal facilities and the integrity of the cement capsules, the amount of aluminum that is disposed in each waste package must be specified and is limited to mitigate the level of hydrogen production by aluminum corrosion. In the present study, the corrosion resistance of an aluminum alloy (grade EN-AW-5754/H111) in two different cement matrices was studied in different configurations at room temperature. In each case, the evolution of hydrogen production was monitored to address the corrosion rate variation versus time.  相似文献
