HS-SPME-GC法测定水中典型嗅味物质 总被引:6,自引:1,他引:6
研究了气相色谱仪(GC)测定水中典型噢味物质(土臭素、2-甲基异茨醇、2-甲氧基-3-异丙基吡啶、2-甲氧基-3-并丁基吡嗪和2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚)的改进方法。采用新型顶空-固相微萃取(head-space solid-phase microextraction,HS—SPME)方法对水样进行前期富集处理,然后利用气相色谱氢离子火焰检测器(FID)进行测定。在优化试验条件下对嗅味物质的测定结果显示,5种嗅味物质的峰面积与其浓度有较好的相关性,其相关系数〉0.87;该方法对5种嗅味物质的检出限值较低,其中对土臭素的检出限为0.4ng/L。改进后的测定方法适用于气相色谱仪,操作简单省时,对于推广嗅味物质的检测具有重要的实际意义。 相似文献

For the determination of micro order bromide in waters, a rapid, selective and sensitive method was studied. Bromide reacted with citric acid and potassium permanganate to form pentabromoacetone, which then turned into bromoform. The bromoform was measured by a head space gas chromatograph. The ion-exchange chromatograph (Amberlite CG-400, 10 mm i.d. × 70 mm; elutant, 0.1 M sodium nitrate, 70 ml and 0.5 M sodium nitrate, 25 ml) was applied to bromide without interfering substances such as chloride and phenols. Bromide of ppb levels in water can be accurately determined by ion-exchange chromatograph, potassium permanganate oxidation and head space gas chromatograph (ECD). 相似文献

Concentrations of ethylene, acetylene and propylene at Trombay, Bombay for the year 1982 are given in this paper. The method of measurement consisted of pre-concentrating the atmospheric hydrocarbons in short U-columns kept at dry ice temperature and then analysing in a gas chromatograph with a chemiluminescent detector. The data is based on 2-h samples collected daily in the forenoon and afternoon periods. A minimum concentration of 0.2 ppb of ethylene could be detected by this method. The ground level ozone concentrations at Trombay correlated with ethylene concentrations (correlation coefficient = 0.70) and with the product of ethylene and propylene (correlation coefficient = 0.40). These correlations are significant at 99.5 and 95% confidence levels respectively, and indicate that these reactive hydrocarbons contribute to ground level ozone concentrations.Measurements at Trombay showed that the concentrations of the hydrocarbons are below the air quality standards. The chemiluminescent method of detection was found to be very convenient for selective determination of ethylene and other reactive hydrocarbons. 相似文献

A method is described for the identification and quantification of compounds emitted into indoor air. In this method we have selected certain compounds from among the many emitted by various sources to perform as standards in screening the quality of the indoor air sample. Identification and quantification of the compounds found in a sample are made with a two-channel high resolution gas chromatograph with two FIDs. Identification is based on linear retention indexes. For comparison, the TVOC of the air sample is calculated in two different ways. This method allows rapid identification and quantification of the main compounds present in indoor air if the VOC air mixture is not too complex. 相似文献

A technique is described for measuring air flows between internal zones of houses. The theory is given for measuring one- and two-directional flows and the equipment used for practical measurements is described. The tracer gases used are Freon 12, Freon 114 and BCF. Their concentrations are measured using a gas chromatograph. Specimen results of one- and two-directional air flows between a house and its roof are included.
