XG 型保鲜膜,是一种特制的改性聚乙烯保鲜薄膜,具有一定的杀菌作用和较好的透湿性。四年中,经多种果蔬产品的贮藏试用,结果表明:XG 保鲜膜可延缓果蔬衰老,减少失重率,维持良好的贮藏品质和降低产品的腐烂率。 相似文献

以小果油茶的油茶籽为研究对象,分析了7种贮藏方法对其及相应的油脂品质的影响。研究了油茶籽鲜果的含水率、出仁率,不同贮藏条件下的鲜果和风干籽的含油率,油脂的酸值、过氧化值、不皂化物含量。结果表明:12个月贮藏期后,不同的贮藏条件对油茶籽的含油率和油菜籽油不皂化物含量没有显著影响;对油菜籽油酸值和过氧化值的影响较为显著。综合考虑油茶籽油酸值、过氧化值两个指标的变化规律,干籽玻璃瓶包装冷冻(-18℃)贮藏法是最适宜贮藏油茶籽的方法,经12个月的贮藏,其油茶籽含油率和茶油不皂化物含量稳定,茶油的酸值和过氧化值均处于较低水平分别为1.46 mg/g和16.60 mmol/kg。 相似文献

Storage conditions of oil seeds before industrial extraction might influence the quality of the crude oil. The objective of this work was to study the influence of sunflower seed storage conditions (temperature and time) on the quality of the resulting oil in terms of its wax content and composition. Sunflower seeds were stored under different conditions, 10, 21 and 37 °C, in sealed recipients. Extractions of the seeds with hexane were made to obtain the oil at different storage times. The amount of oil extracted (25–40%) showed no significant differences with storage conditions. Wax content of the samples was determined with two different methods (laser polarized turbidimetry and microscopy), and results showed that wax concentration increased with storage conditions (time and temperature). Composition of wax components, determined using capillary gas chromatography, during storage was approximately constant for C35–C39 and showed significant differences for C40–C48 components. Waxes with high carbon number cause more turbidity than waxes with low carbon number, due to their higher melting point, resulting in a low‐quality crude oil and therefore in variations in processing conditions during the oil refining. According to the data showed in this study, seed storage at low temperatures during short periods of time may be the more adequate conditions to obtain high‐quality oil. 相似文献

Storage conditions can affect the stability and quality of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). While many studies have reported the influence of high temperature and light exposure during storage, little is known on the influence of the cold storage. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different storage conditions (25, 4.5 and ?27 °C) on the various compositions of EVOO and to determine if cold storage will prolong shelf‐life by retarding hydrolysis and oxidation. The changes of quality indices (FFA, PV, and UV) and natural antioxidants such as α‐tocopherol and phenolic compounds were evaluated periodically during storage. The characterization and quantification of phenolics were achieved by ultra‐performance liquid chromatography—diode array detector (UPLC‐DAD). In addition, 1, 2‐diacylglycerols (DAGs), pyropheophytin A (PPP) were measured to indicate thermal degradation during storage. 相似文献

CeO2- and Ce0.63Zr0.37O2-supported noble metal catalysts were studied. Samples were fully characterized using TEM, XRD, N2 adsorption and H2 chemisorption. The oxygen storage process was investigated focusing on the evolution as a function of temperature of both the oxygen storage capacity (OSC) and the oxygen storage complete capacity (OSCC). Aging effect on OSC was also examined in details in the case of Rh catalysts. Finally, the major role of oxygen diffusion, partly influenced by the metal/support interface quality, was confirmed. 相似文献
