The main objective of this study is to develop a new asphalt binder using waste engine oil (WEO) and improve its properties especially the resistance to rutting, reduces thermal susceptibility as well as the solubility in kerosene. The properties of WEO binders were modified further by chlorine. All blends were evaluated using Fourier transform infrared (FT–IR) spectroscopy, Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and dynamic shear rheometer (DSR). Asphalt binder specimens containing different concentrations (0, 2, 4, 6, and 8) % of waste engine oil with and without chlorine gas were fabricated.  相似文献

In this research, a polyphosphoric acid (PPA) additive was used to modify a performance graded binder (PG 58-22). Experimental program included use of three PPA contents (0.5%, 1%, and 1.5%) by weight of bitumen and use of antistripping limestone aggregates. High-temperature rheological properties of asphalt binders were evaluated through the frequency sweep test. Complex modulus test was also used to evaluate rutting characteristics of asphalt mixtures. Results showed that PPA significantly improved rutting resistance of both unmodified asphalt binder and unmodified asphalt mixture, especially for the asphalt binder.  相似文献

In this research study, Sasobit as warm additive was used to modify original binder (60/70 penetration grade). The binder fatigue and rutting performance was evaluated through linear amplitude sweep (LAS) and multiple stress creep and recovery test, respectively. Results indicated that 3% Sasobit modified binder has the highest percent recovery value and the lowest Jnr value, but had the highest sensitivity to a sudden increase in the stress level inside the asphalt mixture. The LAS test results demonstrated that the fatigue behavior of asphalt binders modified with 1% Sasobit is the highest one.  相似文献

在实验室将沈铁、北环等公路段的5种废旧道路沥青混合料,采用工业苯作溶剂抽提回收出约占沥青混合料2.06%~2.79%的旧沥青,并根据其理化性质及组成选择适宜的润滑油精制过程中产生的废油作复合再生剂,与所回收旧沥青性质类似的新沥青一起,调配出符合重交通道路石油沥青质量标准(GB 50092—96)要求的AH90和AH70重交通道路石油沥青。该方法简单、易操作,预计可以节约50%以上的铺路沥青。  相似文献

Use of warm mix asphalt (WMA) technology to reduce construction temperatures of asphalt mix has gained strong interest worldwide. However, the technology is still in its inception stage in India. Present study evaluated the rheological properties of polymer- and crumb rubber-modified bitumen with various doses of WMA additive Sasobit (1%, 2%, and 3% by binder weight). Frequency sweep and temperature sweep results showed that increase in Sasobit content improved elastic properties of binders. Creep, repeated creep recovery, and multiple stress creep recovery results showed better resistance toward permanent deformation for Sasobit-modified binders in comparison to control binders.  相似文献

利用由结构导向集总新方法构建的延迟焦化动力学模型计算了渣油掺炼废道路沥青的共焦化效果。结果表明,废道路沥青能够作为延迟焦化掺炼原料。小试试验表明,在470 ℃,0.15 MPa,零循环比条件下,80%渣油和20%废道路沥青共焦化比80%渣油焦化气体收率增加2.3百分点,液体收率提高2.91百分点,焦炭收率增加14.79百分点。通过焦化产物性质对比和经济性估算证实,废道路沥青作为延迟焦化掺炼原料是其再利用的一条新途径。  相似文献

Performance of the nanoparticle-modified asphalt binder is greatly influenced by adhesion properties between asphalt binder and nanoparticle. In this work, the adhesion properties of crude oil fractions (e.g., Saturate, Asphaltene, Resin and Aromatic components of asphalt binder), graphene and mineral aggregates (silicon dioxide) at various temperatures are investigated through molecular dynamic simulation and REAXFF force field. The results from SARA-graphene interface demonstrations that aromatic and asphaltene have 30% higher adhesion properties than saturate and resin. Also, while using graphene is valuable for the adhesion properties of the binder, it has no significant advantage over binder in binder-aggregate interactions.  相似文献

利用不同掺量(1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%)废食用油作为改性剂制备废食用油改性沥青,通过三大指标试验、黏度试验及动态流变剪切试验、弯曲梁流变试验、多重应力蠕变恢复试验,对其物理性能及流变性能进行研究。试验表明:废食用油的添加,针入度有所增加,软化点降低,延度增大,黏度则有所减小,说明了废食用油的添加可以显著改善其低温性能,但对其高温性能有不利影响。同时,由MSCR与DSR的SHRP车辙参数及弯曲流变梁试验可以得出:废食用油的添加会降低沥青的抗车辙能力,从而对其高温稳定性有不利影响。当控制其掺量在2%以内时,其影响很小,同时可提高其低温性能。  相似文献

The waste engine oil (WEO) on the rheological characteristics of asphalt were studied. Two types of asphalt binders and five WEO contents (2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% wt. %) were selected to prepare WEO modified asphalt samples. Results indicated that both WEO modified asphalt had lower elastic portion, thermal susceptibility, Zero shear viscosity (ZSV), and rutting resistance, but had higher fatigue resistance and temperature sensitivity. Moreover, the effect of waste engine oil on pure asphalt is more significant than SBS modified asphalt.  相似文献

The characteristics of the high viscous crude from No. 1 Shuguang Zone of Liaohe Oil Field are similar to those of residue distillates of general crude such as high density(ρ 20=0·9977 g.cm-3),high viscidity υ 100= 1223·9 mm2.s-1) and high carbon/hydrogen ratio. This oil contains less wax, but rich in resin and asphalt, which belongs to low sulfur naphthene-base crude oil and can be used as feedstock to produce high paving asphalt. But now it is used as fuel after emulsificating. In order to make full use of this oil and resolve the problem of paving asphalt demand-supply, various paving asphalts conforming to GB50092-96 standard were produced by blending vacuum residue of the high viscous crude from No.l Shuguang Zone of Liaohe Oil Field and waste oil which is rich in aromatics and poor in wax. The laboratory test results show that modified paving asphalts have good low-temperature properties and antiaging feature.  相似文献

The highly viscous crude oil from Shuguang No.1 zone of Liaohe oifield features high density,high viscosity and low wax content.It contains no gasoline fraction and its diesel oil fraction yiled is only 7.19%,which belongs to the low sulfur naphthenic stocks crude oil.Its heavy fraction is not suited for producing lubricating oil.Its heavy oil,whick contains more resins nd asphaltens and less wax,is not an ideal feedstock for catalytic cracking ,but is the ideal raw material for producing high-grade paving asphalt.Now this highy viscous crude oil is used as fuel oil after being emulsified in Liaohe oilfield,but its viscosity is so hight tha it cannot be atomized uniformly and burned completely,resuting not only in waste of oil resource but also in reduction of economical benefit.To make full use of this oil resource and alleviate the shortfall of high grade paving asphalt in China,various brands of asphal meeting Q/SHR003-1998 and ESSO specifications were developed by blending vaceuum residue of the said oil and a blending compo-net which are rich in aromatics and deficient in wax.The impct of blending component on proerties of blended ashalt has been investigated and road perfomances of these blended asphalts were studied.The labroatory test results show that the blended asphalts have good road performance and antiaging property.  相似文献

二硫代氨基甲酸盐是一类除油速率快、效果好的新型油田污水处理剂。为了推动二硫代氨基甲酸盐在我国油田污水处理中的应用,合成了4种简单分子结构的二硫代氨基甲酸盐,并探讨了其除油机理。结果表明,二硫代氨基甲酸盐是通过与污水中的Fe^2 反应生成絮体,在搅拌过程中依靠絮体卷扫污水中的分散油滴而达到除油的目的。污水中金属亚铁离子的含量越多,生成的絮体越多,除油效果越好。二硫代氨基甲酸盐的除油效果与其分子结构有关,分子中含有两个以上二硫代甲酸根的二硫代氨基甲酸盐,能与污水中的Fe^2 生成卷扫能力较强的网状絮体,因而除油效果好。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the thermal cracking resistance of asphalt binder using monotonic test by 4-mm dynamic shear rheometer (DSR). The asphalt binder used in this study was extracted and recovered from four field sections of Rochester experimental pavement in Olmsted County, Minnesota. Fracture energy and failure strain obtained from the stress–strain curve were found to be potentially good indicators to investigate low-temperature performance of asphalt binder. It was observed that the fracture energy and failure strain correlate well with transverse thermal cracking in the field. The frequency sweep test to determine shear modulus and the bending beam rheometer (BBR) test to determine the creep stiffness and m-value were conducted to verify the test result.  相似文献

我国废食用油已成为环境污染物,并冲击食品安全,如近年来地沟油事件频发,严重危害着人们身心健康。废食用油中含有大量不饱和脂肪酸,类似于沥青中的油分,而沥青老化后其油分会减少。根据沥青再生理论与相关研究,废食用油可作为低粘度油分用于沥青再生,有望通过以废治废的方式,实现废食用油与废旧沥青路面材料的同时利用,有利于环境保护,具有广阔的应用前景。为了实现废食用油在沥青再生领域的应用,应该重点开展废食用油的分类与处理技术、废食用油对老化沥青的再生效果、再生机理以及应用技术等方面的研究。  相似文献

This research was performed to investigate the effect of nano-silica on the asphalt binder performance grade, rutting, and fatigue. The rutting and fatigue performance was tested by Multiple Stress Creep and Recover (MSCR) and time sweep test. The low-temperature cracking was tested by Bending Beam Rheometer test (BBR). The results showed the good performance of nano-silica in high and intermediate temperatures. The results of MSCR test show better performance in rutting and recovery as a result of the elastomeric property of nano-silica even in high temperatures. Nano-silica had a negative effect on the low performance grade of asphalt binder. The addition of nano-silica to asphalt binder increased the fatigue life up to 2.8 times. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis was used for chemical analysis.  相似文献

对废汽油机油再生工艺进行了考察,结果表明:电脱盐脱钙和白土吸附不适合废汽油机油的预处理,蒸馏-加氢工艺适合废汽油机油再生;再生油满足VHVI 5润滑油基础油性能指标要求,其中润滑油馏分(大于360℃)收率为77.09%,蒸馏塔塔底残渣在现有的90号沥青产品中添加量3%时仍可以满足90号JTG F40—2004道路沥青标准,添加量5%时满足110号JTG F40—2004道路沥青标准。该方法润滑油回收率高,产生的废渣得到利用。  相似文献

Different proportions of Sasobit (Sasol Wax, Hamburg, Germany) content were blended with 60–70 penetration grade asphalt binder type and were subjected to physical and rheological tests in order to determine the influence of Sasobit on asphalt binder. The test results indicated that Sasobit had different effects on temperature susceptibility of binders. Frequency sweep test showed that binders containing Sasobit had higher complex modulus compared to the control binders. In addition, lower phase angle values were observed for Sasobit-modified binders. FTIR analysis showed changes in the microstructure and weight distribution of Sasobit-modified binders.  相似文献

In this study, the effects of addition of waste polyethylene on asphalt binder and asphalt concrete mixture properties were studied. Four asphalt concrete mixtures (each mixture containing different percentages of shredded polyethylene material) were prepared and tested as per Indian specifications. Shredded polyethylene and hot asphalt binder were added to heated aggregate (in same sequence) until all aggregates were coated. The loose mixtures were compacted and tested for its mechanical and volumetric properties. Furthermore, compacted specimens were aged for short- and long-term conditions. The extracted binder from the aged and control mixtures was tested for its rheological properties using a dynamic shear rheometer. Mixtures containing shredded polyethylene showed improvement with respect to the Marshall strength, flow, and volumetric properties. The properties of recovered asphalt binder indicated that the addition of polyethylene improved complex modulus values and decreased phase angle values over range of frequencies.  相似文献

Warm mix asphalt using Sasobit® (Sasol Wax Company, Sasolburg, South Africa) is a new technology to reduce construction temperatures of asphalt mixes. This article presents the rheological properties of Sasobit-modified asphalt binder at high temperatures using response surface methodology. The results showed that the temperature at which the asphalt binder was blended with Sasobit had no effect on the high-temperature properties of Sasobit-modified asphalt binder, including viscosity and viscosity–temperature susceptibility, at each aging state. All empirical viscosity and aging models of Sasobit-modified asphalt binder follow second-order polynomial trends with test temperature, Sasobit contents, and their interactions at each aging condition.  相似文献
