Through measuring the alkali resistance of the invert glass and the quanity of SiO2 and TiO2 migrating fron the glass into the solution, the influence of TiO2 on the alkali resistance of the glass is discussed and its structure is also analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. It is concluded that TiO2 has double functions for the alkali resistance of the invert glass. On the one hand, both TiO2 polarizing the secondary ions in glass and TiO2 isomorphism replacement of SiO2 make the alkali resitance of the glass decrease. On the ther hand, TiO2 patching network and anti-erosion covering help to increase the alkali resistance. 本文研究了耐碱40SiO2·30TiO2·30RO(BaO,SrO,CaO)玻璃在耐碱性和结构两方面的逆性现象。即在桥氧数小于3的玻璃中,随着RO的种类增多,玻璃结构变得致密,耐碱性能得到改善。通过玻璃摩尔体积计算,玻璃致密化过程得到进一步且更精确的证实(逆性现象符合离子半径规律)。玻璃的耐碱性通过粉末失重法和分光光度法测定,玻璃结构通过红外光谱进行研究。上述现象可用以改善玻璃的耐碱性能。  相似文献

通过研究玻璃粉的几个重要控制指标如析晶、玻璃化温度,确定了玻璃粉的最佳配比.以总质量为20g的玻璃粉计算,m(Ph0)控制在16.634~17.188g,m(Pb0):m(SiO2)=7.56-9.55.试验表明,Al2O3可增加玻璃粉的化学稳定性、韧性;ZrO2能显著提高玻璃的耐碱性;P2O5是典型的网络形成剂之一.经试验,由银粉最佳性能参数决定的玻璃粉配比量制备的玻璃粉不析晶,且在形成玻璃粉的前提下使玻璃化温度控制在最佳温度区380~400℃,满足银浆的使用要托  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法在普通载玻片上制备TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜,研究SiO2添加量对光催化活性的影响,探讨TiO2光催化的机理.结果表明:光催化性随SiO2含量的增加而增加。但SiO2添加量过大,煅烧过程中对TiO2锐钛矿相晶粒生长有抑制作用,而且光催化活性有所下降.当SiO2添加量为30%时,在紫外光照1h时TiO2-SiO2薄膜的光催化活性最佳.  相似文献

用分光光度法测定了耐碱玻璃中SiO2、ZrO2转入碱侵蚀液的量,在此基础上,系统地研究了该玻璃中SiO2、ZrO2的表观活化能Ea和频率因子实验值K0对速率常数的影响,并讨论了影响碱蚀过程的动力学因素。实验表明:评价氧化物自身的耐碱性,不能仅根据Ea值,还应考虑K0的大小。  相似文献

以溶胶-凝胶法为基础,在普通玻璃表面制备了具有纳米尺寸气孔、纳米及微米尺寸复合气孔结构的TiO2薄膜或TiO2/SiO2复合薄膜,并考察了它们的亲水性能及表面经空气中灰尘污染后,其超亲水性能在紫外光照射下的恢复能力。所有纯TiO2薄膜于制备后测试的表面水接触角均达到0°。SiO2的掺杂量较小(10%)时,SiO2的掺入增大了薄膜的水接触角,但随着SiO2掺杂量的增大,接触角减小,可达到超亲水效果。表面污染的薄膜经紫外光照射后,其超亲水性的光致恢复能力基本不受前驱体溶胶的陈化时间、SiO2掺杂浓度、表面形态的影响,但与薄膜的光催化活性有关。4层以上的薄膜或带有SiO2中间隔离层的薄膜由于可以抑制玻璃基底中Na+扩散至薄膜表面,光催化降解灰尘污染物的能力较高,紫外光照射后均能恢复其超亲水性能。  相似文献

TiO2-SiO2 thin films have been prepared on slide glass substrates by sol-gel method, and the effect of SiO2 additive on photo-generated hydrophilicity of TiO2 thin film was investigated by measuring the contact angle of water, the microstructure, the transmittance, the photocatalytic activity and the specific surface area . The results showed that 10mol% of SiO2 additive was the most effective for decreasing contact angle of water. The SiO2 additive of less than 30mol% has a suppressive effect on the crystal growth of anatase in calcinations, resulting in a large surface area. 以CaO Al2 O3 SiO2 系统为基础玻璃 ,以粉煤灰为主要原料制得以透辉石 (CaO·MgO·2SiO2 )和钙黄长石 (2CaO·Al2 O3 ·SiO2 )、霞石 (NaAlSiO4 )为主晶相的微晶玻璃。用DTA、XRD和SEM等现代测试方法 ,研究了Fe2 O3 ,TiO2 ,Cr2 O3 对粉煤灰玻璃的晶化行为的影响。结果表明 :Fe2 O3 有利于形成尖晶石型MgFe2 O4 晶核剂 ,从而促进玻璃的微晶化。Cr2 O3 、TiO2 均是有效的晶核剂  相似文献

Based on the composition of float glass, the resistance of glass to water, in which a small amount of K2O (0-1.0 wt% ) was substituted for equivalent amount of Na2O, was investigated by means of glass grains testing. The components extracted from the glass and total alkalinities in extraction solution were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy and neutralizing method, respectively. The composition of the glass was 14.4 K2O Na2O, 4.0MgO, 8.2CaO, 1.4Al2 O3, 72.0 SiO2, and the minimum extraction ratio of oxides (maximum durability) occurred at a K2 O/Na2O ratio of 0.051( by weight) due to the presence of the mixed-alkali effect. The relative extraction ratio of alkali oxides (R2O) was greater than that of alkaline earth oxides (RO) . By means of mixed-alkali effect and lowing relative contents of R2O in the glass, the resistance of float glass to water was improved and its mildew-proof ability was therefore increased.  相似文献

采用硅改性法对TiO2/ZnO复合粉体进行表面改性。通过在聚酯中添加改性TiO2/ZnO复合粉体形成共混体系,对TiO2/ZnO复合粉体的抗紫外性及其与聚酯共混纺丝后改性涤纶纤维的力学性能进行了研究。研究表明,经过表面改性后的改性剂最佳质量分数为0.1%,TiO2和ZnO粉体的添加量为1∶1时抗紫外线的效果最好,且粉体添加量越大,纤维的力学性能下降越多。  相似文献

SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 glasses with different nucleating agents were crystallized under special processing schedule. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the glass-ceramics in SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 system were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and three-point bending method. The results show that ZrO2 is not an effective nucleating agent in SiO2-Al2O3-ZrO2 system, while TiO2 is effective for the separation of spinel, and P2O5 facilitates solubility of ZrO2 in glass and crystallization. The main crystalline phases of the glass-ceramics are spinel, anorthite and tetragonal zirconia. With the increase of ZrO2 content in the glass, glass-ceramics show higher bending strength (120 MPa) than others.  相似文献

采用水热法,以钛酸正丁醑为初始原料,在FTO基底上沉积了金红石型TiO2纳米棒阵列,然后利用锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粒子及无定形SiO2对纳米棒进行了表面修饰,获得金红石型TiO2/锐钛矿型TiO2/SiO2三元复合薄膜.扫描电镜及X射线衍射分析结果表明,在FTO表面上沉积的TiO2为金红石型单晶纳米棒,其尺寸随反应时间的增加而增大.电化学测试结果表明,随着纳米棒尺寸的增大,相应复合薄膜的电化学反应电荷转移阻力增大.2种TiO2晶型混合引起的电子-空穴分离效应及混合的均匀程度直接影响到复合薄膜的光催化活性.水热反应7h得到的纳米棒阵列相应的复合薄膜显示了较好的电化学性能及光催化活性.  相似文献

Cu2+-doped nanostructured TiO2-coated SiO2. (TiO2./SiO2) particles were prepared by the layer-by-layer assembly technique and their photocatalytic property was studied. TiO2 colloids were synthesized by the sol-gel method using TiOSO4 as a precursor. The experimental results showed that TiO2 nanopowders on the surface of SiO2 particles were well distributed and compact. The amount of TiO2 increased with the increase in coating layers. The shell structure appeared to be composed of anatase titania nanocrystals at 550℃. The 2-layer coated TiO2 particles on the surface showed a higher degradation rate compared with all the dif-ferent-layer samples. The photocatalytic activity of Cu2+-doped TiO2/SiO2 was higher than that of undoped TiO2/SiO2. The optimum dopant content was about 0.10wt%.  相似文献

本文在洛阳浮法玻璃组成中添加一定比例的SnO2取代相同质量的SiO2,用粉末法测定各试样的耐水性。结果表明,在玻璃组成中添加2%左右的SnO2时,玻璃的耐水性有明显提高,为浮法玻璃的防霉提供了一条可能的途径。  相似文献
