光致变色的PWl2/1,10-DAD自组装超晶格多层膜   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文报道了在固体基底表面上用PE方法连续自组装沉积PWl2和1,10-DAD分子,构建了PWl2/1,10-DAD自组装多层膜.紫外一可见吸收、X射线衍射等分析结果表明此多层膜有好的超晶格结构,层间距为3.19nm.与真空蒸镀WO3薄膜相比,PWl2/1,10-DAD自组装多层膜表现出更好的光致变色特性.  相似文献

利用表面硅烷化方法对化学氧化的单晶硅表面进行修饰,成功地将抗生物素蛋白固定在表面上,并且用囊泡融合法成功得到了大面积、连续的磷脂双层膜。由于成功地在基底与磷脂膜间引入了5nm左右的水层,原子力显微镜观察表明这种锚定的磷脂双层膜(tethered bilayer lipid membrane, tBLM)表现出与磷脂支持膜不同的相形为。两种膜相形为的不同可以用磷脂分子与基底间相互作用的不同来解释。  相似文献

单晶硅表面上自组装单层有机分子巯基硅烷单层膜,将这层巯基原位氧化成为磺酸基,在氢氧化铁溶胶形成过程中同时放入带有磺酸基层的硅基底进行薄膜组装,由于溶胶颗粒极小、分布均匀,可以得到表面粗糙度仅为0.164nm、颗粒小于10nm的均匀的氧化铁薄膜,并采用原子力显微镜(AFM)进行了表面形貌的表征.  相似文献

对长碳链硅烷在玻璃片表面自组装形成单分子层膜进行研究。以甲苯为溶剂,使辛烷基三乙氧基硅烷(OTES)、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(DTMS)、3-胺丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)在玻璃表面进行生长,考察反应时间、反应浓度和可水解基团对自组装单分子层膜的影响。用接触角仪和全反射红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对单分子膜进行表征。结果表明:带有—Cl水解基团的OTS最易生长,而带有乙氧基离去基团的OTES比带有甲氧基的DTMS容易反应。在24℃时,1 mmol/L OTES反应20 min自组装单分子层膜生长很好,并且表面比较规整均一。  相似文献

火焰喷涂尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层的干摩擦磨损性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用均匀试验设计方法,利用摩擦磨损试验机及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层的干摩擦磨损性能进行了测试,并利用SPSS统计软件对实验结果进行了回归分析,得到了复合涂层的干摩擦系数及磨损量与PV值之间的数学模型。结果表明:在实验速度(0.26~0.92-n/s)及实验载荷(100~350N)范围内,复合涂层的干摩擦系数为0.395~0.419;在实验时间(20min)内,涂层的磨损量为3.0~14.5mg,均优于纯尼龙涂层。涂层的摩擦磨损机制主要为疲劳磨损和黏附磨损。  相似文献

为了实现表面自清洁功能,材料通常需要进行疏水整理。但是,现有的疏水整理难以达到150°接触角的超疏水效果,且疏水效果很难持久,往往在使用或洗涤后迅速减弱。研究以可再生可生物降解的松香衍生物作为致孔剂,制备高表面粗糙度的聚乳酸微纳米多孔膜,随后使用十八烷基三氯硅烷进行纳米涂层,得到具有持久超疏水性和自清洁功能的聚乳酸疏水膜,水接触角最高为150.6°,具有自清洁功能。经过5个高强度的摩擦循环后,水接触角可以保持95%以上。  相似文献

以PET薄膜为基底,钭含氟硅氧烷与y-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷形成的溶胶涂敷于其上并加热固化。经测试,此氟碳涂层/PET薄膜在可见光范围内,光透过率达到90%以上,表面疏水性优异,涂层力学性能优良。探讨了溶胶氟含量与涂层接触角的关系,研究表明:当含氟硅氧烷添加量为1%(体积分数),涂层表面氟含量为0.7%(质量分数)时,接触角达到118°,之后再增加含氟硅氧烷添加量,涂层表面接触角基本保持不变。本研究为拓展PET膜应用提供了基础。  相似文献

针对传统有机凝胶力学性能差、响应速率低的问题,设计合了氨基酸衍生低聚肽与硅烷的有机无机杂化水凝胶。选择低聚肽(TEA)与硅烷作为杂化前驱体,并在体系引入亲水的羧基普朗尼克,TEA与羧基化普朗尼克在分子间氢键以及芳基堆砌作用下,自组装超分子体系,这一超分子体系阻碍了硅烷的缩聚,破坏了GPTMS(环氧硅烷)的自聚合,形成了有别于传统倍半硅烷的超分杂化水凝胶。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪、电子万能试验机等测试方法分析表征了杂化水凝胶内部的超分子作用、凝胶的断面及表面形貌、凝胶的热分解性能及不同老化时间干燥凝胶的抗压性能。结果表明,TEA的引入,有效地干预了硅烷水解后的自缩聚的笼状结构;TEA的氨基的得环氧硅烷水解后环氧端部分开环,与TEA缩聚,形成有机网络,而羧基化的普朗尼克之间在分子间作用力下形成了超分子自组装体系;自组装体系的力学性能取决于老化时间,老化24 h的凝胶具有最高抗压强度8.6 MPa。  相似文献

在XP-5高温摩擦磨损试验机上考察了La2O3-MoSi2与SiC摩擦副在1000℃、30N载荷以及不同滑动速率下的摩擦磨损行为。利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析了La2O3-Mosi2复合材料和SiC的磨损表面形貌与相组成。结果表明:La2O3-MoSi2与SiC摩擦副的摩擦因数随滑动速率的增加而减小,在滑动速率为0.084m/s时,La2O3-MoSi2复合材料磨损率最大;0.126m/s时磨损率最小。其磨损机理除氧化磨损之外,还表现为黏着磨损、研磨和疲劳点蚀。SiC的磨损率随滑动速率的增加而减小,始终表现为磨损质量增加,这归因于氧化质量增加大于磨损质量损失。  相似文献

2‐Hydroxyethyl methacrylate polymer brushes with various grafting densities and chain lengths were prepared through surface‐initiated atom transfer radical polymerization. X‐ray photoelectron spectra, ellipsometry measurement, contact angle measurement, and atom force microscope were used to characterize the prepared polymer brush. The biofouling assays of polymer brush were investigated by adhesion of Dunaliella tertiolecta, Navcular sp., and Bovine Serum Albumin protein and by static marine immersion field test. Besides, hydroxyl and sulfonate‐terminated self‐assembled monolayers, anionic charged 3‐sulfopropyl methacrylate potassium salt polymer brush were prepared for comparison. Results suggest that the settlement of microorganisms can be largely reduced by polymer with enough polymer chain length and grafting density. More importantly, static immersion field tests indicate that hydrophilic polymer film with enough hydration layer thickness is necessary for long‐term marine antifouling application. The layer‐by‐layer self‐assembled NDR‐PSS (nitro‐containing diazoresin‐polysodium p‐styrenesulfonate) films were fabricated. The crosslinking structure formed from the conversion of ionic bond to covalent bond after UV irradiation, confirmed by small angle X‐ray diffraction. The roughness and microtribological properties of NDR‐PSS films were investigated by atomic force microscopy/friction force microscopy. The ordered multilayer films after photoreaction are better in microtribological performance than that of the monolayer film. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 采用液相紫外光接枝方法,研究了室温硫化型硅橡胶与甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯的接枝反应。利用红外光谱、扫描电镜对接枝物进行了表征,并讨论了引发剂用量、辐照时间对接枝率和接触角的影响,以及不同接枝率下接枝膜的吸水性能。结果表明:引发剂质量分数为为0.25%,辐照时间为2 min时,接枝效果较好;接枝后硅橡胶的亲水性得到明显改善。  相似文献

The paper reports on the preparation and characterization of organosilicon thin polymer films deposited on glass slides coated with 5 nm adhesion layer of titanium and 50 nm of gold. The polymer was obtained by the decomposition of 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane precursor (TMDSO) premixed with oxygen induced in a N2 plasma afterglow using remote plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) technique. The film thickness was controlled by laser interferometry and was 9 nm. The chemical stability of the gold substrate coated with the organosilicon polymer film (p-TMDSO) was studied in different acidic and basic solutions (pH 1-14). While the gold/polymer interface showed a high stability in acidic media, the film was almost completely removed in basic solutions. The resulting surfaces were characterized using atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), water contact angle measurements, cyclic voltammetry, and surface plasmon resonance (SPR).  相似文献

A film of 1-octadecyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole (OTA) was formed on a fresh copper surface by self-assembly technique. The optimum concentration of OTA and immersion time for the formation of a protective OTA film have been established using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). These are (i) 15 mM concentration of OTA in methanol and (ii) immersion period of 48 h. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), reflection absorption FTIR spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy (AFM), and contact angle measurements have been used to characterize the OTA film on copper surface. The efficiency of OTA film to protect copper from corrosion in aqueous NaCl environment has been investigated using EIS, potentiodynamic polarization studies, cyclic voltammetry and weight-loss studies. All these studies showed that the OTA film affords excellent protection against corrosion of copper.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶凝胶法制备出降解率可达到83%的Ag—TiO2光催化薄膜。运用红外光谱、热重/差热以及原子力显微镜等分析方法对光催化剂进行了测定和表征。结果表明:光催化薄膜由粒径为10~20nm的AgNO,和TiO2颗粒构成,锐钛晶形结构在500~550℃转变充分。从光催化剂胶体的FTIR谱图看出,制备的具有超亲水性能的SiO2/TiO2薄膜符合结构组成;从水接触图及冲洗图中可以清楚地看出:制备的TiO2/SiO2薄膜水接触角最小约4°,其自清洁效果很好。对Ag—TiO2光催化薄膜和SiO2/TiO2薄膜进行了硅藻吸附能力测试分析。  相似文献

The effect of film thickness and surface preparation techniques on contact angles of water, 1-bromonaphtalene, and n-hexadecane on Teflon® AF 1600 polymeric surfaces is studied. It was found that contact angles of water on different thicknesses of spin-coated films ranging from 27?nm to 420?nm are essentially constant. This is due to the homogeneity and smoothness of the coating layers as shown by the scanning force microscopy of the samples. Furthermore, the contact angle measurements with these three liquids on both dip-coated and spin-coated films suggested that the film preparation technique does not affect contact angles dramatically. Interestingly, slightly higher contact angles on dip-coated surfaces were measured. It is also argued that the anomaly of the water contact angle—in the sense that the measured contact angle is much higher than the expected ideal value—is due to specific interactions between water and Teflon®.  相似文献

A composite thin film composed of multiply-alkylated cyclopentane (MAC) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) is prepared on a silicon substrate. The rGO sheets were covalently assembled onto a silicon surface by mutilayer deposition. Meanwhile, MAC was synthesized as a hydrocarbon lubricant. The chemical composition, structure and morphology of the film were characterized utilizing the measurement tool of Raman spectroscopy, attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and film thickness with ellipsometric method, and by the means of high resolution transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopic analysis. Results show that the MAC/rGO composite thin films possess good load-carrying capabilities, adhesion resistance and anti-wear performance. This strategy can be applied to many other surfaces, such as metals, glass and semiconductors, by simply changing rGO assembly.  相似文献

Photochromic dye has recently attracted much interest in optical applications because of its reversible photoswitching properties by light irradiation. To apply those aspects of photochromism to actual photonic devices, the form of the thin film must be favorable to the photochromic molecular system. In this study, a polymeric thin film and self‐assembled monolayer were constructed with a photochromic spiroxazine derivative that is well known for its good fatigue properties. Their photoisomerization properties were characterized through surface plasmon resonance (SPR). As a result of ultraviolet irradiation to these thin films, the SPR angle shift clearly appeared as the optical thickness (Refractive index × Geometrical thickness) change in both of the films. The Fresnel calculation based on measurement results showed that the angle shift of the polymeric thin film mainly corresponded to the change of the refractive index. 研究了含全氟壬烯基丙烯酸酯的聚合反应和拒水性能。含氟单体N-乙基-N-p-全氟壬烯氧基磺甲酰胺基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(I)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)在K2S2O8(KPS)存在下,通过半连续乳液聚合法,制备了带蓝色荧光含氟丙烯酸酯乳液(Ⅱ)。用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了聚合物薄膜的结构;考察了乳液(Ⅱ)的稳定性和水在乳胶膜上的接触角;织物以10 g/L含氟整理剂(Ⅱ)、室温浸渍40 min、100℃烘干后,180℃焙烘10 min,防水性达到5级,水接触角158°,具有优良的防水性能。  相似文献
