文中介绍了一种电子设备液体相变冷却的技术方案,为验证技术方案的可行性,对液体相变冷却原理样机进行测试和数据采集,对比水冷系统进行测试,了解液体相变冷却的性能.对原理样机进行了4种工况下的测试,对比分析表明,液体相变冷却技术具有体积和重量小、传热性能好、均温性好等优势.  相似文献

(5)主要辅助功能.瞬态掉电监测/复位保护.测试仪在正常使用情况下,驱动通道仅在测试期间打开,测试完成后立即关闭.通道打开的时间,一般都控制在后驱动技术限定的时间之内.但在实际使用过程中,由于强烈的电网干扰或外接电源插头(座)晃动等原因,可能造成瞬间掉电,使测试仪内部电路状态发生紊乱,导致应该关闭的通道打开.如果测试仪不能在毫秒级的时间内发现并重新设置内部电路状态,关闭测试通道,将会由于长时间驱动被测器件而使其特性软化、寿命缩短,甚至当场损坏.这就产生了测试安全性问题.  相似文献

随着电子设备发热功率密度的不断增加,传统的风冷已经无法满足高热流密度电子设备的散热。液冷技术是通过液冷介质与热源接触进行热交换,再由冷却液体将热量传递出去,具有高换热系数、良好的流动性及稳定的工作能力,因而成为现代电子设备冷却系统的首选。为了进一步适应新型电子设备的高性能、高可靠、低成本的发展趋势,液体冷却方式需要在理论分析和优化结构上做进一步的研究。文中首先综述了几种常用的液冷技术的原理、特点、研究动态和工程应用,并提出了液冷技术发展的趋势。  相似文献

The CMD-2 cryogenic magnetic detector used in a set of experiments on the VEPP-2M electron-positron collider at energies as great as 1.4 GeV is described. The design of the detector subsystems and the algorithms for reconstructing tracks in the drift chamber and the CsI and BGO calorimeters are presented. The spatial and energy resolutions of the detector systems have been determined from analysis of experimental data. The design of the superconducting solenoid and the layout of its powering by means of a superconducting transformer are shown. The trigger system of the detector and the conditions for recording “charged” and “neutral” events on a magnetic tape are described. An all-soldered instrument capable of measuring the density, surface tension, electron work function for metals or alloys, and wetting of solid surfaces under high static vacuum conditions has been designed and tested.
