利用多孔阳极氧化铝模板和溶胶.凝胶法制备了CoFe2O4纳米线阵列。溶胶是通过真空注入法被填充到模板的纳米孔洞中的,通过高温热处理,形成CoFe2O4纳米线阵列。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对CoFe2O4纳米线阵列的形貌、结构和磁性进行了研究。CoFe2O4纳米线的直径与模板孔径相等.其具有多晶的尖晶石结构。CoFe2O4纳米线阵列未表现磁各向异性,这是由其多晶结构和较大的磁晶各向异性常数决定的.  相似文献

在氧化铝模板的纳米孔洞中,用电化学的方法沉积钴铁合金纳米线,经过550℃、30h氧化处理,成功制备出钴铁氧体纳米线阵列.分别用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁场计(VSM)对样品的形貌、晶体结构和磁学性质进行了表征测试.TEM观察结果显示纳米线粗细均匀,直径约为70nm.XRD显示纳米线的物相结构为CoFe2O4;VSM测试结果表明,CoFe2O4纳米线阵列的磁滞回线矫顽力为1.190×105A/m,比氧化处理前的钴铁合金纳米线阵列有显著提高.  相似文献

制备了具有有序孔洞多孔阳极氧化铝 (AAO) , 并以之为模板通过溶胶2凝胶法制备高度取向的WO 3·H 2O纳米线阵列 , 用 X射线衍射、XPS、 扫描电镜 (SEM) 和比表面积仪进行表征。结果表明 : WO 3·H 2O纳米线线径与 AAO模板的孔径一致 , 且分布均匀 , 线径为 26 nm , 线长为 1. 1μm; 与相同条件下用玻纤布作载体制备的 WO 3·H 2O膜相比 , 其平均晶粒小 , 低密度 , 高比表面积。将催化剂 WO 3·H 2O/ AAO与 WO 3·H 2O/玻纤布两者分别对气相甲醛进行光催化降解反应以评价它们的光催化活性 , 得出 WO 3·H 2O纳米线阵列光催化降解气相甲醛反应速率常数大约是 WO 3·H 2O/玻纤布的 3. 4 倍 , 说明以 AAO 为模板制备的 WO 3·H 2O纳米线阵列具有更高的光催化活性。  相似文献

采用交流电化学沉积法,在多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板孔洞中成功制备出直径50nm的Co纳米线阵列.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)观察了样品的微观形貌结构.结果显示,阵列中纳米线均匀有序,形状各向异性较大,其晶体结构为非晶.在沉积Co纳米线阵列的电解液中添加一定的还原剂(NaH2PO2·H2O),制备出非晶CoP纳米阵列,由TEM观察可知,阵列形貌发生变化,沉积产物为离散的纳米粒子而非纳米线.探讨了交流电沉积纳米阵列的生长机理.  相似文献

采用两步氧化法制备了多孔氧化铝模板(AAO),并利用AAO结合用电化学诱导溶胶-凝胶法制备了锐钛矿型的TiO2纳米线阵列,探讨了形成TiO2纳米线阵列的生长机理.发现TiO2纳米线是由Au基底沿着孔洞逐步向上生长,直接生成纳米线,因而可以通过控制氧化铝模板的尺寸和电化学沉积的时间来控制纳米线的长径比.  相似文献

通过溶胶填充模板法制备了Li4Ti5O12纳米线阵列,采用SEM、EDS、XRD对纳米线形貌和组成进行了表征.实验结果表明:以孔径为100nm阳极氧化铝模板(AAO),于-0.1MPa负压环境中填充0.8 mol/L Li4Ti5O12溶胶,80℃干燥,900℃空气气氛中焙烧20h,重复填充-干燥-焙烧四次,得到平均直径为70nm尖晶石结构的Li4Ti5O12纳米线阵列.其直径和长度分别由模板的孔径、厚度,溶胶浓度和填充次数控制,晶体结构取决于焙烧时间和温度.并在实验基础上,分析了纳米线形成机理.  相似文献

为结合一维纳米材料和纳米颗粒复合材料的优点,本文尝试进行了在氧化铝模板(AAO)中生长Bi2Te3-Si O2纳米颗粒复合纳米线阵列。通过在电化学溶液中添加Si O2纳米颗粒,制备包含纳米颗粒的Bi-Te纳米线阵列。应用XRD、SEM、TEM等方法对合成的样品进行了分析观察。研究发现Si O2纳米颗粒的加入对纳米线的形貌和结构都有明显的影响。在模板法沉积Bi2Te3纳米线阵列时,添加Si O2纳米颗粒将明显改变纳米线生长方式,Bi2Te3纳米线不再是等径的纳米棒,而是枝晶生长过程,最后形成Z字型的不断反复弯折纳米线,该枝晶状纳米线的直径远小于模板的孔径。这一新颖的现象为制备直径更小,并具备精细界面结构的纳米线热电材料提供了一种新的可能途径。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法在氧化铝模板中制备了直径约为15、30、50、60nm的有序氧化锌纳米线/管阵列.用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对氧化锌纳米线/管的形貌、结构以及相组成进行了分析.结果发现,纳米线的形貌依赖于氧化铝模板中孔洞的形貌,纳米线的长度受控于氧化铝模板的厚度,外径与氧化铝模板的孔径相等.通过控制溶胶的浓度以及氧化铝模板在溶胶中的浸泡时间可以制备出纳米管.  相似文献

使用电化学沉积方法,在有序的氧化铝模板(AAO)孔洞中制备了铁纳米线有序阵列.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、对样品的结构、形貌、进行表征和观测.XRD的结果表明所制备的样品为纯的立方面心铁.SEM的图片清晰地说明铁纳米线阵列是大面积、高填充率和高度有序的.TEM的结果显示纳米线直径均匀、表面光滑且长径比大.磁测量的结果表明纳米线阵列的易磁化轴是垂直于模板表面的。  相似文献

Cu nanowire arrays were synthesized via a porous alumina membrane (PAM) template with a high aspect ratio, uniform pore size (120–140 nm), and ordered pore arrangement. The Cu2O nanowire arrays were prepared from the oxidization of Cu metal nanowire arrays. The electrochemical deposition potential of Cu metal nanowires (?180 mV vs. SCE) was determined from X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns. The microstructure and chemical composition of Cu nanowire arrays were characterized using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results indicate that the Cu/Cu2O nanowire arrays assembled into the nanochannel of the porous alumina template with diameters of 120–140 nm. The valence of copper was controlled by the porous alumina template during the annealing process. Copper nanowires transformed to the Cu2O phase with the space limitation of the PAM template. Single-crystal Cu2O nanowire arrays were also obtained under the template embedded.  相似文献

采用多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)作为模板,运用电化学沉积法在模板的微孔中组装金属Ni纳米线,然后用磷铬酸蚀刻表层AAO模板,暴露出规整有序、具有可控长度的Ni纳米线阵列.分别用SEM、TEM与SAED对Ni纳米线阵列进行了表征.研究了蚀刻时间与AAO模板质量的减少及暴露出来的Ni纳米线阵列长度之间的关系.结果表明,磷铬酸是较NaOH溶液更为温和有效的AAO模板蚀刻剂,通过控制模板溶解时间,可以实现对裸露于AAO模板外纳米线长度的精细有效控制.该蚀刻方法普遍适用于以AAO为模板所制得的准一维纳米阵列结构.  相似文献

γ-Fe2O3 nanowire arrays embedded in anodic alumina template were fabricated by an improved sol–gel method. The morphologies, structures and magnetic behaviour of the as-prepared products were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and magnetic hysteresis analysis. The results show that arrayed γ-Fe2O3 polycrystalline nanowires with an average diameter about 40?nm and an average length about 0.5?µm were prepared. A number of superparamagnetic nanoneedles grew along the nanowires. The ordered one-dimensional arrays weaken the superparamagnetic effect. In addition, a possible formation mechanism about nanowires is proposed. The charge factor, gravity effect and molecular heat movement impelled the Fe sols filling into the pores of the template. γ-Fe2O3 nanowire arrays look forward to the applications of magnetic recording in the future.  相似文献

Highly ordered [Co 0.975Cr 0.025]0.99Cu 0.01 nanowire arrays were electrodeposited by conducting alternating current (AC) conditions from sulfate-based electrolyte into nanopores of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template with 37 nm pore diameter and the interpore distances of almost 50 nm. Fabricated nanowire arrays were characterized using scanning electron microscopy, alternating gradient force magnetometer, and X-ray diffraction. The results illustrated that varying frequency, wave form, and annealing procedure had influence on magnetic properties of as deposited nanowires. The nanowire arrays electrodeposited at different electrodeposition frequencies show remarkably different magnetic behaviors. Due to increasing of the electrodeposition frequency, the rate of ions for reduction was decreased. The nanowires prepared at various wave form illustrated insignificant impact on magnetic properties. X-ray diffraction patterns display that both as-deposited and annealed nanowire arrays expose the same structure. The raised value of coercivity has been determined in annealed nanowire arrays. Magnetization measurements show that the maximum value of coercivity for [Co 0.975]0.99Cu 0.01 nanowires is observed at high temperature.  相似文献

High-density, vertically aligned CrO(2) nanowire arrays were obtained via atmospheric-pressure CVD assisted by AAO templates. The CrO(2) nanowire arrays show remarkably enhanced coercivity compared with CrO(2) films or bulk. It was found that the length of the nanowires is greatly influenced by the pore diameter of the AAO template used. The growth mechanism and the pore size dependence of the CrO(2) nanowire arrays are discussed. The present method provides a useful approach for the synthesis of CrO(2) nanowire arrays. Such highly ordered nanowire arrays within an AAO template may have important applications in ultrahigh-density perpendicular magnetic recording devices and the mass production of spintronic nanodevices.  相似文献

采用二步阳极氧化法制备孔结构高度有序的多孔氧化铝(AAO)模板。在不同Fe2+/Co2+摩尔比的电解液中,利用交流电化学沉积,在模板孔内成功制备了FeCo合金纳米线阵列。分别采用透射电子显微镜(TEM),场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和震动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的形貌,结构及磁学性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备的FeCo合金纳米线排列有序,粗细均匀;其直径与模板孔径一致,填充率较高,且具有明显的[110]择优取向。VSM测试结果表明,不同溶液浓度下制备的FeCo合金纳米线阵列均具有良好的垂直磁各向异性,易磁化轴沿着纳米线轴线方向。随着电解液Fe2+/Co2+摩尔比的不同,可在一定范围内对FeCo合金纳米线阵列的磁性进行调控,并对其原因进行了讨论。  相似文献

借助于电化学沉积的方法,在氧化铝纳米孔内生长Bi2Te3材料,从而形成温差电纳米线阵列.利用SEM,XRD and TEM分析手段对制备的纳米线形貌和结构进行了分析,测量了纳米线的组成和温差电性能.p型和n型Bi2Te3纳米线材料的Seebeck系数经过测量分别为260μV/K和-188μV/K(307K),比同类的块状温差电材料性能高.同时研究了沉积电位对氧化铝模板中纳米孔的填充率的影响,并对纳米线阵列的电阻进行了测量.尝试了利用n型和P型Bi2Te3纳米线阵列制备一种新型的微型温差发电器.  相似文献

Bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) nanowires were deposited into porous alumina templates with 35 nm diameter pores by a pulsed-potential electrodeposition method. For growth at temperatures between 1 and 4 degrees C, the nanowires filled 93% of the pores of the template, and the growth fronts were uniform with nanowire lengths of approximately 62-68 microm. There are over ten billion nanowires per square centimeter with aspect ratios approaching 2000:1. Samples were characterized by scanning and transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and electron microprobe analysis. The crystalline nanowire arrays are highly oriented in the [110] direction, which is optimal for thermoelectric applications.  相似文献

Ordered monocrystalline cobalt nanowire array has successfully been synthesized in a porous alumina template by direct current electrodeposition. The as-obtained cobalt nanowires with diameters of 35 nm, 45 nm, 60 nm, and length of 18 μm have been observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). A highly preferential orientation of the cobalt nanowires has been obtained by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the orientation grows better as the hole diameter gradually reduces. M–H hysteresis loops determined by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) indicate that the nanowire arrays obtained possess an obvious magnetic anisotropy.  相似文献

Ordered Cu3Se2 nanowire arrays have been prepared by electrochemical template synthesis based on anodic alumina membranes at room temperature. After annealing in argon ambient at 300 °C for 1 h, Cu2Se nanowire arrays were obtained by structural change. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) results show that single crystal copper selenides nanowires with a high filling rate are dense, smooth, and uniform in large area. The effects of several electrodeposition parameters on high-filling, stoichiometric and single crystal copper selenides were discussed.  相似文献
