蓄热式加热炉内流体流动、燃烧与传热的数值模拟

简述了数值模拟手段对冶金炉热工设备的设计和优化的重要意义 ,并以某钢厂蓄热式加热炉为对象 ,按照 1∶1的比例建立三维物理模型 ,利用κ-ε湍流模型、耦合混合燃烧模型、辐射换热模型以及NOx 生成模型对其进行非稳态数值模拟研究。结果表明 :蓄热式加热炉能获得很好的流场、温度场和浓度场分布 ,满足高质量的钢坯加热需要     

空气射流夹角对蓄热式加热炉内NOx生成的影响

虽然蓄热燃烧技术已经在加热炉上广泛应用，但NOx生成机理还不很清楚。本文以鞍山热能研究院建造的蓄热式加热炉为原型，通过数值模拟的方法，研究空气倾角的角度对NOx生成的影响规律。     

蓄热式台车加热炉加热钢坯温度均匀性数值研究

利用数值模拟技术,对一座采用蓄热燃烧的台车式加热炉加热钢坯的过程进行了数学模拟实验研究。研究得出三种不同烧嘴布置方案的钢坯温度分布,模拟结果符合现场实际,对优化加热炉设计具有指导意义。     

轧钢加热炉蓄热室压力分布试验

蓄热式轧钢加热炉因具有节能环保优势,在钢铁企业应用广泛。然而,强制排烟和供风方式造成炉膛压力高、风机电耗大等负面影响。蓄热室是蓄热式轧钢加热炉的重要部件,弄清楚加热炉蓄热室内压力分布至关重要。与以往冷态试验或数值模拟研究不同,以鞍钢连轧作业区1号加热炉为研究对象,搭建了半工业试验装置,开展了热态试验研究。结果表明,排烟工况下,随着烟气流速增加,蓄热室各点的压力逐渐升高;供风工况下,随着炉膛温度升高,蓄热室各点的压力逐渐增加。对某一固定的蓄热室长度,排烟压力损失均大于供风压力损失;随着蓄热室长度增加,排烟压力损失和供风压力损失均随之升高。     

蓄热式加热炉烟气反吹系统的设计与应用

蓄热式加热炉换向燃烧时,煤气换向阀至烧嘴之间管道里残留的煤气直接被排入大气。为了能够降低蓄热式加热炉能源消耗、减少污染排放,对蓄热式加热炉换向过程开展探究。对唐山市某钢厂一座160 t/h蓄热式加热炉设计了蓄热式加热炉烟气反吹系统,通过科学的时序控制和安全联锁,与原蓄热式加热炉控制程序合理链接,实现整套系统安全可靠运行。蓄热式加热炉烟气反吹系统的投入应用,使加热炉单位能耗由原来的0.882降低至0.823 GJ/t,CO减排率达到94.9%,同时为燃烧控制及维修提供了数据依据。     

基于CFD模拟的蓄热式加热炉燃烧优化研究

当前蓄热式加热炉普遍存在的火焰刚性偏弱及火焰不稳定等特点,为了优化加热炉的燃烧工况,文章通过仿真软件对蓄热式加热炉进行网格划分建立模型,充分对炉内燃烧状况进行分析研究,从而得出蓄热式加热炉的最优化参数。

以某公司热轧厂蓄热式连续加热炉为研究对象,在全面分析其传热机理的基础上建立了该炉段内的传热、流动和燃烧过程三维物理数学模型,并运用CFD数值仿真技术对其进行了详细的数值模拟。对加热炉内烟气流动规律进行了分析,并重点分析了段间隔墙对加热炉内流动的影响。

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
