由于常规PI控制器参数整定困难,且对永磁同步电机非线性补偿有限.针对永磁同步电机的特点,提出了基于模糊决策和继电自整定的模糊PI控制方法.先利用分段继电自整定、Z-N公式和修正计算,离线得到不同给定速度和负载转矩下系统的PI参数,再对系统当前给定速度和负载转矩进行模糊化处理,根据模糊规则表推理得到当前PI参数.仿真表明,该方法对系统不同工作状况具有良好的适应性,性能优于单个工作状态整定得到的常规PI控制器. 相似文献

在永磁同步电机调速系统中,传统PI控制的阶跃响应存在超调的问题。采用IP控制虽可消除超调,但会使系统响应变慢。为此,提出带给定增益的PI控制器,在传统PI控制器的基础上,引入输入微分前馈,将误差比例环节拆成给定比例环节和反馈比例环节之差,并在给定比例环节中增加给定增益M。经优化设计,M在阶跃给定时取0.5,可实现阶跃响应的快速无超调;M在时变给定时取1,可实现无误差跟踪。为使系统能够对阶跃给定和时变给定同时具有很好的跟踪性能,在带给定增益的PI控制器的基础上,利用给定变化率判断给定类型并自动选择对应的最优增益,构成一种变给定增益PI控制器。实验结果验证了所提控制方法的有效性和实用性。 相似文献

PI自适应控制器法无速度传感器结构简单、易于实现,而且有一定的自适应能力.对传统的PI自适应控制器法无速度传感器进行了改进,扩大其辨识范围来改善其性能.该方法通过引入非线性函数,根据偏差的大小在线调节PI参数来提高控制性能,从而提高无速度传感器的估计性能.利用dSPACE在一台表贴式永磁同步电动机上实现了改进PI自适应控制器法的无速度传感器,并利用其实时监测软件对实验过程进行了在线监测,实时实验证明了所用方法的有效性及实用性. 相似文献

In this article, an adaptive fuzzy speed controller based on the back-stepping method is designed by considering the existence of parameter variations and load disturbances in the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system. The adaptive fuzzy logic system is used to approximate the non-linear parts of the servo system on-line. An obvious advantage of this method is that servo system parameters, such as stator resistance, stator inductance, flux, inertia, and load torque, are not necessarily known during controller design. Moreover, the influence of parameter variations and load disturbances is effectively inhibited, and the speed tracking performance is improved. By adopting the Lyapunov method, it is proved that both the speed error and the current error converge exponentially. Simulations and experiments indicate that the designed controller performs with better adaptivity and robustness compared with the proportion integration (PI) controller, thus showing its advantages in practical applications. 相似文献

This paper presents a robust sliding mode control (SMC)-based model reference adaptive system (MRAS) aimed at improving the dynamic performance of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drives. MRAS following a speed controller for IPMSM drives is developed. The error signal between the plant speed and MRAS speed is augmented to permit the prescribed specifications be maintained using SMC. The load disturbance is detected using a load torque estimator and is compensated through the q-axis current reference value. The load torque estimator is used to provide a feedforward value in the speed controller in order to decouple the load torque from the speed control. This method can improve IPMSM dynamic performance against the disturbance torque without increasing SMC gain due to both chattering and stability limitations. The complete field-oriented control of an IPMSM drive with the proposed controller is successfully implemented in real time using the DSP-DS1102 control board for a laboratory 1-hp motor. A performance comparison of the proposed controller with the conventional PI controller is also provided. The efficacy of the proposed controller is verified by simulation and experimentation under different operating conditions.
