齿轮的齿形从渐开线形成原理可分为:z≤41,41>z≤130,z>130等三部分齿形。z≤41齿形设计比较复杂,小齿数的齿轮铣削加工又有根切。在虚拟设计齿形时,需预先、并行、敏捷、综合地考虑加工方法,齿形曲线光滑连接,齿轮的根切,齿轮强度和齿轮寿命等对齿轮工作性能的影响。虚拟制造的齿形设计的建模,优化,仿真等核心技术可优化协调这些影响,虚拟齿形设计是设计齿轮加工软件的前提和基础。 相似文献

Gear plunge shaving is one of the most efficient ways to finish gears. It has been a challenge for a long time to design and manufacture a plunge shaving cutter to induce gear tooth modification. This paper proposes a method for designing plunge shaving cutters to manufacture gears with modifications analytically. By integrating B-spline interpolation, differential geometry, and design optimization, the goal is achieved. Efficiency is greatly improved by avoiding the traditional trial and error method. 相似文献
