以ABB工业机器人涂胶工作站为研究对象,S7-200 SMART PLC为控制核心,针对工业机器人涂胶工作站在实际的运行过程中存在的整体设计、ABB机器人路径规划、涂胶工作站运行、站与站之间信号通讯等难度问题,提出了一种基于ABB—IRB120机器人的涂胶工作站:机器人I/O信号和西门子SMART PLC通讯连接,完成了工业机器站与涂胶供料站、涂胶装配站之间的信号交互。该系统在设计的过程中完成对涂胶工作站和装配工作站的机械安装、电气接线,对涂胶工作站和装配工作站的系统设计和工作流程分析、PLC设计选型、工作站程序的编写。工业机器人涂胶工作站程序编写与联调:完成工业机器人站程序设计,系统输入设定,系统输出设定,机器人初始化子程序init、取夹具子程序pick、放夹具子程序place、汽车玻璃涂胶子程序tujiao、吸附玻璃子程序xifu的编写,工作站之间的通讯测试、低速调试、全速调试,最终完成对工作站的联调,为工业机器人与涂胶工作站的设计与应用提供了技术参考,提升涂胶工作站的运行效率,乃至为创建智能化工厂提供了基础设计依据。  相似文献

It is difficult to measure the effectiveness of a clinical engineering service for anesthesia objectively. Although the monitoring of service costs can justify the maintenance portion of a support effort, the real benefit derived from improvements in patient safety is less tangible. Ultimately, the number of anesthetic mishaps should decrease as a result of clinical engineering involvement in anesthesia. A comprehensive program has been in operation at Massachusetts General Hospital for four years. During that time, about 100,000 anesthesia procedures have been performed without a single patient injury related to malfunctioning equipment or to an operator error involving equipment. Although this fact may not have statistical significance, there is general agreement among the clinical staff that clinical engineering has contributed to the safe induction of anesthesia by fulfilling the goals and objectives described here.  相似文献

Although current anesthesia delivery systems possess the virtues of familiarity, ruggedness, reliability, and longevity, problems inherent in their design require remedy. These systems consist of discrete subsystems that are unrelated physically, functionally, or by communications. Production of derived values, as opposed to raw data, is almost unheard of, although transformed data may be much more useful in the clinical environment. Future anesthesia delivery systems will use microprocessors to integrate data from multiple sensors with calculation, display, and control functions--without removing the anesthesiologist from the control loop. New ergonomic data will promote design of equipment that can be optimally manufactured, marketed, and used in clinical care. The proliferation of new equipment with advanced design and application features creates challenges for a society conscious of rising health-care costs. Creative alternatives to conventional financing, ownership, and early obsolescence of anesthesia systems must be sought in order to ensure that the quality of and capability for anesthetic care will continue to advance.  相似文献

Although the amount and complexity of equipment and supplies used in the practice of anesthesia have sharply increased in the past decade, the role of technical support personnel dealing with this technology has not been assessed. In an effort to determine that role, a questionnaire survey was conducted of the apportionment, direction, duties, and training of anesthesia technicians in teaching departments. Two-thirds of the inquiries were returned, disclosing a typical allocation of three anesthetizing locations (or 2000 annual anesthetics) per technician. A large majority of these departments have direct control of their technicians. Virtually all of these personnel are responsible for the routine upkeep and setup of anesthesia machines and monitors, although about one-third perform more specialized clinical functions. The preparation of these technicians for their duties varies widely, with almost 60% high school graduates and virtually all reporting training as on-the-job. The authors conclude that the term "anesthesia technician" remains poorly defined and unstandardized, and that current diverse efforts to address this issue deserve attention.  相似文献

The anesthesia machine is a major component in an integrated anesthesia care system. It can be considered in terms of the functional subsystems responsible for gas proportioning, anesthetic vapor delivery, patient ventilation, and waste gas scavenging. Alternative technologies for these functional units should be examined in light of the disadvantages inherent in present machines. Safety features, often added on an ad hoc basis, should instead be designed into the machine itself. The anesthesia delivery system should include feedback about the patient status and device performance, as well as provide for the delivery of anesthetic and pharmacologic agents. Improvements in performance and provisions for automation of some functions should be considered as future design criteria.  相似文献
