<正> 当前,自粘性漆包线得到了广泛的应用。在制作小型无骨架线圈时,用此漆包线获得了极佳的效果。如盒式录音机磁头中,就采用以聚氨酯漆为底的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛自粘性漆包线。目前主要的问题是,研制钟表工业中步进电机线圈所用的自粘性微细线。在使用该漆包线时,向高速缠绕的导线喷以热气流,就可以使线圈较容易地粘结起来,而且具有直焊性的优点,所以可获得显著的经济效益。聚氨酯微细线用的热塑性自粘漆,必须适合现代高速漆包机制作聚氨酯自粘性微细线的涂覆工艺。线径为0.014~0.020mm的微细线,自粘漆的工作粘度应为20~30s 相似文献

针对典型飞行器热防护结构脱粘损伤现场快速无损检测的需求,提出了一种基于敲击测量频响函数的脱粘损伤识别 方法。首先,利用有限元方法建立了含脱粘损伤的热防护结构有限元模型并进行了振动特性分析,分析了脱粘损伤引起的结 构局部刚度下降规律以及频响函数对脱粘损伤的敏感性;其次,确定了脱粘损伤识别的特征频率范围,给出了一个脱粘损伤 指标;最后,采用力锤与激光多普勒测振仪对含脱粘的热防护结构进行了测量。实验结果表明,当脱粘面积达到60%时,脱粘 损伤指标比健康件增加了1倍以上,当脱粘面积达到80%时,脱粘损伤指标为健康件的5倍以上,验证了所提出的方法能够 有效识别出热防护结构的脱粘损伤。 相似文献

自粘换位导线在变压器高温运行时,抗短路能力明显下降。为了深入研究高温对自粘换位导线力学性能影响,本文作者对自粘换位导线分别进行了拉伸、剪切以及三点弯曲试验,并建立了导线的三维有限元模型,仿真了自粘换位导线的等效模量与截面的位移与应力。结果表明,铜导线自身屈服强度与弹性模量不随温度变化,自粘漆力学性能与温度显著相关,当温度升高到120℃时,导线粘结强度与抗弯刚度分别下降了83.3%与83.5%,自粘漆等效弹性模量下降了73.9%,绕组截面位移与最大应力增大了135%与300%。研究表明,高温下自粘换位导线力学性能下降明显,为热态下变压器抗短路能力校核提供了依据。 相似文献

The acceleration and deceleration rate of a train depends on the tractive force. When the wheels of a train slip on the rails, the torque is decreased to avoid continuous slipping. This is done because the tractive coefficient between the wheels and the rails has a peak at a certain slip velocity. But this adhesive phenomenon has not been clearly examined or analyzed. For this purpose, we have developed new tractive test equipment. In this paper, we measure the tractive force with this equipment, and clarify the adhesive phenomenon. 实验研究架空线缆的电磁脉冲(EMP)响应。利用有界波EMP模拟器和辐射波EMP模拟器产生的电磁环境,分别开展了架空线缆的响应实验,有界波模拟器下进行了4.6m长、0.5m高的单、多根短线缆响应实验,辐射波模拟器下进行了40m长、3.3m高的长线缆响应实验。实验测试了线缆在端接不同负载时端点处的电流响应,并与基于Agrawal模型的计算结果进行了对比。结果显示,两种实验环境下的测量和计算结果吻合较好。这表明,有界波EMP模拟器和辐射波EMP模拟器均可以开展线缆的EMP响应实验研究,并且实验结果也验证了运用Agrawal模型预测分析线缆EMP响应的有效性。 相似文献

A new test method for internal PD resistance of insulating materials has been studied intensively by a task force at CIGRE for over ten years. Recently, Method II, which was developed by the authors, is now being studied as the international round robin test proposed by a domestic task force. This paper describes the new test method concretely and shows some typical test results. The test electrode system is characterized by adhesion of test specimen to the embedded sphere electrode, and it may be applicable to all sorts of insulating material for the internal PD resistance test under uniform partial discharges. The most important point of this method is to realize the complete adhesion by skillful techniques. It was ascertained that the spread of test data may depend only on the uniformity of materials by this method, and excellent life data can be obtained for some specific materials. 相似文献

This work is related to a medium term research program which aims at studying the behaviour of twisted pair specimens of enamelled copper wires subjected to high frequency sinusoidal voltage waveforms which are used in some advanced types of electrical machines. High frequency voltages due to, for instance, converter operation are not considered in this paper. The following test conditions were adopted: different voltage amplitudes up to 2 kV, selected voltage frequencies up to 5 kHz and test temperatures up to 200 /spl deg/C. The experimental work aims at defining reference-testing procedures and at studying the aging process of enamelled wires which are usually employed in random windings of electrical machines. As final result, a phenomenological model of the aging process, acting in the considered insulation system, is obtained and it is accurately defined on the grounds of the output data. The type of test method adopted and the type of data processing appear worthy to be used in order to characterize enamelled wires in terms of thermoelectrical degradation processes in presence of partial discharges. 相似文献
