三角帆蚌珍珠质层结构和珍珠质涂层的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
利用扫描电镜和光学显微镜对三角帆蚌贝壳和珍珠的珍珠质层微观结构进行了分析研究, 发现贝壳的珍珠质层中存在异常的结构带, 主要有柱状珍珠质带, 针状晶体带以及棱柱状晶体带. 其中柱状珍珠质带中, 单片文石板片的厚度超过1μm, 是正常珍珠质中文石板片厚度的两倍. 而对正常珍珠的珍珠质层的大量观察却未发现类似的异常结构. 分析认为这可能是因为贝壳珍珠质的矿化微环境与珍珠的珍珠质矿化微环境不同导致的. 并利用圆柱形珍珠囊在钛金属牙种植体表面制备的珍珠质涂层具有沿整个圆周面均匀生长的特点. 相似文献

Aragonite pearl and vaterite pearl from cultured Hyriopsis cumingii in Zhuji (Zhejiang province, China) were chosen for the study. The matrix proteins were extracted using water and weak acid, and classified as water soluble matrix (WSM), acid soluble matrix (ASM) and acid insoluble matrix (AIM). The proteins from both pearls were characterized by sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transformation infrared spectra (FTIR). The results showed that, AIM of aragonite pearl and vaterite pearl had an ordered structure of α-helix. ASM conformations of these two pearls were different from each other. 碳酸钙广泛存在于生物矿物中, 是地球上最普遍的生物矿物之一。贝壳和珍珠的主要组成部分为碳酸钙无机相。我国淡水养殖珍珠多数品质优异, 具有良好的珍珠光泽。该种珍珠以文石晶型碳酸钙为无机相, 称为文石珍珠。近年来, 在我国淡水养殖珍珠中发现了球文石的存在, 球文石的出现是导致珍珠失去光泽、降低质量的主要原因。本文对比阐述了淡水文石珍珠和球文石珍珠的微观结构与性能, 总结了与珍珠层有关的体外模拟碳酸钙生物矿化的实验结果, 提出了珍珠层生物矿化机理未来的研究方向。 相似文献

Vaterite is a very unstable phase of calcium carbonate rarely occurring in nature. We report a discovery of vaterite in the low quality freshwater-cultured pearls of the shell Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea). Experimental evidences are given by optical microscope, micro-infrared spectroscope and X-ray diffraction pattern. The formation mechanism of vaterite in these special pearls is discussed. 相似文献

目的研究南珠化妆品包装设计中海洋文化符号构建的方法、技巧及应用事项。方法以海洋文化符号构建为主线,分析南珠产业发展、品牌形象建设及产品包装设计现状,从与文章研究课题紧密相关的水元素与珍珠中提取并将其转化为适用于本文研究内容的海洋文化视觉符号,并从色彩关系、图样纹饰、文字形态、内包装容器、外包装结构等五个方面深入探讨海洋文化在南珠化妆品包装中的视觉符号构建方式及文化延伸策略,使其符合南珠化妆品品牌定位及目标消费群体属性。结论研究探索海洋文化在南珠化妆品包装设计中的符号构建可赋予南珠化妆品品牌身份识别特性,在一定程度上能强化品牌形象,为南珠及相关产品在包装设计及未来的品牌形象策划与研究方面提供参考。 相似文献

The prismatic layer is obviously different from the parallel layer in seawater-cultured pearls. X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical
microscopy (OM) and micro-infrared (IR) spectroscopy have been applied to characterize the crystallized layers of high- and
low-quality seawater-cultured pearls produced in South China. The result shows that the prismatic layer is not only composed
of calcite as reported in previous researches. Three types of prisms were found in seawater-cultured pearls: calcite prism,
aragonite prism and calcite and aragonite prism. Therefore, we have a new understanding of the biomineralization of the prismatic
layer in seawater-cultured pearls. The result makes us review the traditional viewpoint that the increased content of aragonite
improves the quality of pearls. We discovered that some seawater prismatic pearls almost completely composed of aragonite
have the worst quality. We thought that the thickness and the spatial distribution of prisms are the main factors that can

Ruska在三十年代研制出第一台电子显微镜 ,战后 (195 4年 )又在极端困难条件下发展出带有电子衍射功能的高分辨电镜ElmiskopI。但是 ,从专利优先权角度看 ,他不是电镜的发明人。直到半个世纪后 ,有关的争议人都已过世 ,他才在 1986年获得这个迟到的但却是当之无愧的诺贝尔物理奖。材料科学的几次突破性进展充分说明电子显微镜的重要性。首先是电子衍射与成像的结合使位错的直接观察得以实现。在双束 (透射束与一个强衍射束 )条件下 ,位错产生的畸变区的衍射强度与基体不同从而显示衬度差异 (衍衬像 )。位错等晶体缺陷因此得以成为六、七十年代的研究热点。选区衍射使晶体结构分析进入到微米甚至到纳米层次。迄今为止 ,八十年代发现的各种类型的准晶 (五重、八重、十重、十二重旋转对称准晶 )都是使用这种手段实现的 ,从而扩大了晶体的范围 ,把无周期性的准晶也包括进去。高分辨电镜已发展到分辨单个原子的水平 ,这就为九十年代发现和研究纳米碳管创造了条件 ,开辟了纳米技术的新纪元 相似文献

Transmission electron microscopy, transmission high energy electron diffraction, reflection high energy electron diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were employed to evaluate the possibilities of ion bombardment used in the preparation of electron microscope specimens. The experimental results show that the uncontrolled use of ion bombardment for thinning of metal foils, cleaning layers or crystal surfaces etc. may often lead to incorrect interpretation of the electron microscopy investigations. In contrast, it is stressed that controlled ion bombardment directly in the column of the electron microscope is a very useful method for the observation and study of some very interesting phenomena which occur to the structure of the specimens during ion bombardment. 相似文献

In this study, Ag2S nanowires were prepared in ethylene glycol using single-crystal silver nanowires as a sacrificial templating and choosing suitable sulfur sources for the sulfuration reaction. X-ray powder diffraction and a transmission electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray analysis were used to characterize the products. The results indicated Ag2S nanowires with diameters of about one hundred nanometers and lengths up to several micrometers could be obtained through this method. The selected area electron diffraction pattern and high-resolution transmission electron microscope imaging indicated that the Ag2S nanowires thus formed were crystalline. 相似文献
