资本结构是公司资本运营中的重要问题。国内外多年的研究表明公司的资本结构有很多影响因素。以矿业上市公司为样本，采用单因素方差分析法分析行业因素对矿业上市公司资本结构选择的影响，认为行业是矿业上市公司资本结构选择的一个重要因素；通过对财务特征因素进行研究，初步分析我国矿业上市公司资本结构的影响因素，认为公司规模和盈利能力等因素会影响到矿业上市公司资本结构的选择。

盈利能力是衡量企业经营能力的重要指标之一,资产、资本结构直接影响企业的盈利能力。我国是当今世界上第一产煤大国,煤炭产量占世界的50%以上,煤炭行业在我国第二产业中占有举足轻重的地位。在供给侧改革深化过程中,煤炭行业的工作重点是去产能及产业优化升级,从煤炭企业层面而言,协调资产、资本结构匹配性与盈利能力的关系是长远优质发展的关键。本文以此为切入点,抽样选取2006-2016年我国20家煤炭上市公司为样本进行实证分析,研究发现：流动比率、长期资产适合率与煤炭企业盈利能力成正相关,资产负债率与煤炭企业盈利能力负相关。

本文利用2005～2007年有色金属上市公司的数据,探讨了有色金属行业上市公司资本结构、股权结构与公司价值之间的关系.实证发现,有色金属行业上市公司价值与资本结构、股权集中度、法人股比例负相关,与同有股比例相关关系不显著,与流通股比例止相关.

企业水信息披露影响因素实证研究——基于中国化工行业上市企业的数据

水信息披露正在成为高水敏感企业向资本市场传递信号并获得投资回报的重要因素,企业是否以及如何披露水信息开始成为政府、社会及利益相关者关注的焦点。以2016-2018年沪市A股化工行业上市企业为样本,通过建立多元回归模型,从企业特征、内部治理、财务状况以及外部影响因素4个视角探究了其对水信息披露水平的影响。实证结果表明：企业规模、上市年限、资本密集度、总资产收益率、社会监督压力与水信息披露水平正相关;董事会比例、托宾Q值与水信息披露水平负相关;而股权集中度、资产负债率、设备更新率及企业所处区域经济水平对水信息披露影响不显著,未通过模型检验。为了提高化工企业的水信息披露质量,提出了建立水信息披露制度、完善企业内部治理和财务状况、强化外部监督机制等相关建议。     

矿业企业矿业权资产证券化研究

分析矿业企业实施矿业权资产证券化的重要意义,并研究矿业权资产证券化的交易结构,以期对完善我国资本市场结构,促进矿业资本的优化配置起到积极作用。矿业权资产证券化能有效拓宽矿业企业的融资渠道,加速矿业权资产流动性,将资源与资本有效对接,实现潜在资源优势向现实资本优势转化。矿业权资产证券化的交易结构为由资产证券化的参与者以及能够表现证券化运作特征的主要环节组成的有机体。矿业企业矿业权资产证券化的交易组织结构由资源层、核心层、支持层组成,交易过程结构包括构建矿业权资产池、矿业权资产转让、信用评级与信用増级、发行资产支持证券。在我国现行资产证券化运作制度下,为矿业企业设计了银行间债券市场发行资产支持票据和证券交易所发行资产支持证券这2种交易结构形式。     

我国典型黄金矿业上市公司财务报表比较分析

避险属性决定了黄金价格走势与全球经济基本面息息相关,进而影响黄金矿业公司财务数据。为及时掌握黄金价格震荡下跌背景下我国黄金矿业行业发展情况,本文以我国黄金矿业行业的3家上市公司为例,对其2012~2018年财务年报进行了统计计算,对比研究了3家黄金公司的偿债能力、盈利能力和营运能力,进而结合杜邦模型,综合分析了3家黄金上市公司的财务和经营状况。结果表明：紫金矿业盈利能力较强,而山东黄金资产使用效率较好,中金黄金在盈利能力和资产使用效率方面相对还需全面提升,结合近年来黄金矿业公司生产运营中典型共性问题的总结分析,给出了相应的财务管理改进建议,可为同类矿业公司的财务分析和优化调整提供参考。
