The extraction and smoothing algorithms for γ-ray spectrum of a CdZnTe detector system

The extraction algorithms for pulse amplitude and smoothing of energy spectrum have a great influence on energy spectrum of γ-rays during the digital detection and analysis procedure. For a CdZnTe digital γ detector system, different extraction algorithms for pulse amplitude and smoothing of energy spectrum are discussed in this paper. The results show that extraction of pulse amplitude using the first-order derivative method and smoothing of energy spectrum using the wavelet transformation method may obtain energy spectrum with good performance.     

背散射成像系统的甄别级CZT探测器特性研究与应用

为设计适用于康普顿背散射成像系统,通过分析成像系统及CdZnTe探测器性能,并考虑到相应核电子学电路的噪声特性,设计了甄别级CdZnTe探测器,并设计了相应的低噪声电荷灵敏前置放大器和主放大器.在常温下,5mm×5mm×5mm的甄别级CdZnTe探测器与核电子学电路系统对于662 keV的137Cs源,其能量分辨率小于4%.     

基于CdZnTe探测器的低噪声小尺寸电荷灵敏前置放大器的设计

通过分析CdZnTe半导体射线探测器的性能,并考虑到电荷灵敏放大器的噪声特性,设计了用于便携式探测器中的低噪声小尺寸电荷灵敏放大器.在常温下,3mm×7mm×3mm的CdZnTe探测器与小尺寸电荷灵敏前置放大器探测系统对于241Am d的59.5keVγ射线的能量分辨率为4.38%.     

Performance simulation and structure design of Binode CdZnTe gamma-ray detector

A new electrode structure CdZnTe （Cadmium Zinc Telluride） detector named Binode CdZnTe has been pro- posed in this paper. Together with the softwares of MAXWELL, GEANT4, and ROOT, the charge collec- tion process and its gamma spectrum of the detector have been simulated and the detector structure has been optimized. In order to improve its performance further, Compton scattering effect correction has been used. The simulation results demonstrate that with refined design and Compton scattering effect correction, Binode CdZnTe detectors is capable of achieving 3.92% FWHM at 122 keV, and 1.27% FWHM at 662 keV. Com- pared with other single-polarity （electron-only） detector configurations, Binode CdZnTe detector offers a cost effective and simple structure alternative with comparable energy resolution.     

CR-39测量中子能谱响应函数的计算

在一定的化学和电化学蚀刻条件下，计算了由聚乙烯、铅（金）和CR－39组成的叠层探测器的响应函数（1－20MeV）。计算结果表明，叠层探测器的响应函数分布近似为高斯分布，由铅组成的探测器的响应函数的半高宽比由金组成的探测器的响应函数的半高宽窄，由前者组成的探讨器测量中子能谱分辨率高于后者。     

涡流板型切割磁铁半正弦波脉冲电源预制研究

预研中的上海同步辐射光源需要为其涡流板型切割磁铁提供幅度高达10kA的半正弦波脉冲电流和相对较窄的脉冲宽度（约60μs)，并且光源需要此脉冲电源具有优良的性能，尤其是输出脉冲电流幅度稳定度和调节范围。为便于维护，将脉冲电源置于电源厅内，经RG220／U高频高压同轴电缆和切割磁铁相连。本文介绍该脉冲电源的设计和研制结果。     

虚拟技术在核谱仿真与处理系统中的应用

介绍了基于图形化编程环境的LabVIEW平台在核谱仿真和处理系统中的应用,该系统具有核谱分布的模拟、平滑处理、寻峰、感兴趣区的计算等一系列功能。     

科学级光学CCD谱响应与面均匀性标定方法

科学级光学CCD已成为激光等离子体诊断实验中最主要的图像读取与记录设备.提出了一种标定科学级光学CCD谱响应与面均匀性的实用方法;对PID1100×330型CCD和TEK512×512型CCD的谱响应与面均匀性进行了标定.实验获得了CCD谱响应曲线和面均匀性数据,为精确处理ICF实验数据奠定了实验基础.     

三单元探测器望远镜的能量刻度

介绍了３０ＭｅＶ／ｕ＾４０Ａｒ＋＾５８,６４Ｎｉ和＾１１５Ｉｎ反应中测得的部分实验结果,着重讨论了３０μｍＳｉ＋５００μｍＳｉ＋４ｃｍＣｓＩ（Ｔｌ）探测器望远镜的能量刻度,给出了一种可靠性好、可操作性强的能量刻度方法。     

光谱和能级寿命自动测量控制系统设计

基于束箔光谱和能级寿命覆量，建立了自动测量控制系统，着重介绍了系统的工作原理、总体设计和软件开发，最后给出了在线实验结果。     

The control system for SSRF injection and extraction

This paper introduces the injection and extraction control system design for SSRF,which is a distributed control system aimed at stability and reliability of the pulse power supplies,PPS(Personnel Protection System)and MPS(Machine Protection System).The hardware environment is mainly based on PLC(Programmable Logic Con- troller),and ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)is also applied for studying stability of the power supplies.WinCC and EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)have been selected as the platforms of SCADA(Super- visory Control and Data Acquisition).For unifying the interfacing to the control computer,all front-end equipments are connected via Industrial Ethemet.     

Simulation and optimization of a double THGEM detector

A double thick GEM (THGEM) detector with thin THGEM foils and small holes was constructed. In order to optimize the operation parameters of the detector, a simulation study of the detector was carried out using ANSYS and Garfield program. Some important characteristics, including primary electron transparency, avalanche development and the secondary electron loss were calculated. Parameters, such as electric field and gas choice were optimized.     

便携式双通道多道核谱仪中数据采集系统的设计

介绍应用FPGA为核心芯片配合峰保电路、高速A／D转换电路以及USB接口电路实现了便携式双通道多道核谱仪中数据采集系统；给出了软硬件的实现方案和实验结果；该系统具有采集精度高、传输快等特点，同时为进一步实现多通道信号采集提供了很好的参考价值。     

基于LabVIEW的虚拟双参数核谱获取系统设计

主要介绍利用最新图形化编辑环境LabVIEW平台和NI公司的多功能数据采集卡进行双参数核谱获取与分析的应用研究。     

低本底伽马能谱仪闪烁探测器的智能化温控系统设计

为了消除环境温度对闪烁体相对光输出影响带来的谱线漂移问题,设计了一种新型智能化温控系统。设计专用循环水路,采用改进的PID控制算法实时调整制冷加热模块输出电流,完成温度采集、控制操作,实现对闪烁体探测器的恒温控制。系统可通过CAN总线或USB接口与主机控制器进行数据交互,兼容现有能谱仪。经试验可知,温控系统温度稳态误差小于0.5℃,核素特征峰基本无漂移,满足稳谱使用要求,具有较高的应用价值。     

混合能谱超临界水堆堆芯设计分析

提出了一种新型的超临界水堆概念设计:混合能谱超临界水堆,它包括慢谱区和快谱区两部分.其慢谱区燃料组件采用双排燃料组件,快谱区采用简单的正方形栅元燃料组件.慢谱区与快谱区的燃料组件都采用同向流动方式来简化堆芯设计.慢谱区的冷却剂出口温度远低于整个堆芯的出口温度,这大大降低了慢谱区包壳的温度峰值.此外,由于快谱区冷却剂密度很小,流速很高,故可采用较大的栅元结构,这有效地降低了包壳周向局部传热不均匀性.所以混合堆在充分继承慢谱、快谱堆芯优点的基础上,弥补两者的不足.     

Investigating the influence of gamma ray energies and steel fiber on attenuation properties of reactive powder concrete

A smoothing algorithm for energy spectrum based on differential nonlinearity (DNL) error elimination with total counts conservation for high-energy particle detector systems is presented.It is physics based and is only determined by the DNL error of analog-to-digital converter device itself.From the experimental results,this algorithm slightly improves both noise performance and energy resolution,while greatly reduces the testing errors by almost a half compared to their original values.In addition,the reduced-x2 statistic for evaluating the Gaussian fitting goodness is significantly reduced by almost two orders after smoothing.As a typical verification example,this algorithm is successfully applied in the ground calibration of the Low Energy X-ray Instrument onboard the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT-LE) satellite,lending it a powerful,nondestructive and low-cost tool for both calibration and data processing for high-energy particle detector systems.     

The development of data acquisition and control system for extraction power supply of prototype RF ion source

A 16 kV/20 A power supply was developed for the extraction grid of prototype radio frequency (RF) ion source of neutral beam injector.To acquire the state signals of extraction grid power supply (EGPS) and control the operation of the EGPS,a data acquisition and control system has been developed.This system mainly consists of interlock protection circuit board,photoelectric conversion circuit,optical fibers,industrial compact peripheral component interconnect (CPCI) computer and host computer.The human machine interface of host computer delivers commands and data to program of the CPCI computer,as well as offers a convenient client for setting parameters and displaying EGPS status.The CPCI computer acquires the status of the power supply.The system can turn-off the EGPS quickly when the faults of EGPS occur.The system has been applied to the EGPS of prototype RF ion source.Test results show that the data acquisition and control system for the EGPS can meet the requirements of the operation of prototype RF ion source.     

硅多条阵列探测器多路电荷灵敏前置放大器研制

本文简要介绍了应用于阵列探测器特别是硅多条阵列探测器的高密度多路前置放大器和前端电子学的发展现状、工作原理、设计要求和设计思路.同时,介绍了一套新开发的用于硅多条探测器中的48路电荷灵敏前置放大器的电路设计和实际测量结果,它具有低成本、高密度、好于1%的能量分辨和良好的长期稳定性.     

光电倍增管的光电子幅度谱测试研究

主要介绍光电倍增管的光电子幅度谱（单光电子及多光电子幅度谱）的几种常用的测试方法及用LED光源、EMI的光电倍增管精密测得的单光电子及多光电子谱。同时也介绍了用LED光源测得的单光电子幅度谱及用热发射法测得的暗电流谱的差异,并分析了两种方法测得的幅度谱的差异的主要根源。
