Shell buckling of cylindrical sandwich shells with a new elastomer as composite material. Alternatively to cylindrical steel shells a sandwich shell with a new elastomer as composite material is investigated with regard to the stability. The sandwich shell has an inner and an outer steel face, which are bonded adhesively to an elastomer core between them. In cooperation with Krupp Stahlbau Hannover GmbH the institute for steel construction of University of Hannover checked, if the application of this sandwich technology is possible for towers of wind energy converters. Especially the combination with high strength steel is a point of interest. In comparison with numerical buckling analyses the validity of a laminate composites shell theory is proven. Finally the stability of the sandwich construction is investigated against shell buckling due to axial compression and torsion. The results are compared to the stability of cylindrical steel shells.  相似文献

介绍曲阜孔子文化会展中心展厅钢结构工程安装施工技术。作为三角管桁架结构,两个展厅用钢量共8000多吨,所有桁架都需在施工现场拼装焊接,且土建、幕墙等各专业之间施工安排交叉严重,现场协调、配合难,安全隐患多。经过精心组织、方案优化,最终只用66d就完成了现场拼装、安装工作,是钢结构安装施工的一个典型工程。  相似文献

Für den Neubau eines Kernkraftwerkes mussten bei den Fassaden‐ und Dachkonstruktionen verschiedene besondere technische Aufgabenstellungen bewältigt werden. Diese sind zum einen in den lokalen klimatischen Verhältnissen begründet, zum anderen wird mit dem Neubau eines Kernkraftwerkes ein besonderer Anspruch hinsichtlich Betriebssicherheit verbunden. Die statisch‐konstruktiven Beanspruchungen, die Anforderungen aus der Bauphysik sowie die Montagebedingungen erforderten die Weiterentwicklung etablierter Fassadenaufbauten und deren Prüfung in Laboren und Prüfinstituten vor Fertigungsbeginn. Thema des Aufsatzes ist die bereits weitgehend realisierte Gebäudehülle des nichtnuklearen, konventionellen Bereiches – dem “Turbine Island“. Züblin Stahlbau GmbH, Mitglied des IFBS und DStV, führte im Turbine Island neben den Fassadenarbeiten auch die Stahlbauarbeiten aus. Aus der Verbindung beider Gewerke wurden Synergien insbesondere in der Planung der Schnittstellen und der Verzahnung von Montageabläufen vor Ort gezogen. In Summe werden beim Turbine Island ca. 90000 m2 Profilbleche verlegt und ca. 4000 t Stahlkonstruktionen montiert. Facade and roof construction for a nuclear power plant. For the new building of a nuclear power plant, different special technical problems are to be handled with regard to the facade and roof constructions. On the one hand, these are caused by the local climatic conditions, while on the other hand a special demand with regard to operational safety is associated with the new building of a nuclear power plant. The static‐construction demands, the requirements from the construction physics and as well as the erection conditions required the further development of established façade structures and their testing in laboratories and testing institutes before production commencement. The already largely realized building envelope of the conventional area – the “Turbine Island” – is the subject of this paper. Züblin Stahlbau GmbH, an IFBS and DStV member, also implemented the steel construction works in the Turbine Island, as well as the facade work. Synergies were generated from the combination of both trade sectors, in particular in the planning of the interfaces and the intermeshing of assembly process sequences on site. In sum, with the Turbine Island, approx. 90000 m2 profiled sheet metal units are laid and approx. 4000 tons steel structures mounted.  相似文献

The SEQD – Steel Earthquake Design – project for earthquake‐resistant residential buildings. The construction material steel is currently mostly applied in highly‐engineered structures like bridges, industrial halls or high‐rise buildings. The SEQD – Steel Earthquake Design – project had the aim of developing a safe and economic solution for small residential buildings in earthquake regions. The basic idea of the system is to combine an engineered steel frame as primary structure with non load‐bearing infill walls from local materials. The new design includes innovative connections between frame elements and special uniaxial couplings between walls and steel frame. Reinforcement of the infill walls is achieved by applying grids from synthetic materials. In October 2004 experimental tests on a prototype structure were carried out in an assembly hall of the Rudolstädter Stahlbau GmbH.  相似文献

Replacement of the “Schwebeträger” (Canal bridge) of the high‐level brigde Hochdonn – concept and realisation. The paper article treats the replacement of the “Schwebeträger” (Canal bridge) of the high‐level bridge Hochdonn over the Kiel‐Canal near Hochdonn. In less than 11 months the bridge with a length of 121 m had to be planned, constructed, manufactured und erected 40 m above the Kiel‐Canal. KSH Stahlbau Hannover GmbH had to face the challenge to complete the replacement within the short blocking times of the Kiel‐Canal and the railway line Elmshorn‐Westerland. The efforts were multiplied due to the fact that the erection couldn't be realised as planned with a floating crane. A totally new erection method had to be developed. The components of the new “Schwebeträger” were manufactured and painted in the workshop of KSH Stahlbau Hannover GmbH in Hanover. The assembly was done in the harbour of Kiel from where the new “Schwebeträger” was transported to Hochdonn with a pontoon. The lowering of the “Schwebeträger” took place in a 12 hours blocking time of the Kiel‐Canal using the lifting portals that were mounted on the high‐level bridge. Two days later the new “Schwebeträger” arrived in Hochdonn and was lifted with high stranded jacks.  相似文献

The “Deutsche Ausschuß für Stahlbau DASt” (The German Committee for Steel Construction). The Deutsche Ausschuß für Stahlbau DASt is a registered association with the objective to advance and to promote technical progress in the field of steel construction. DASt will be 100 years old in 2008. The members of DASt are representatives of authorities, of the steel construction industry, of science, of industrial branches associated with steel construction, of the Normenausschuß Bauwesen (NABau) [Standard Committee ‘Building’] within DIN and of engineering consultant's offices. Since 1976 DASt has been the steering committee of the NABau sector 08 “Steel construction, composite construction, aluminium construction”. Based on scientific examinations the activities in DASt have impressively advanced within a few decades the state of the art in the field of metal and composite construction with the result that today highly developed construction materials and design methods can be used and applied in a safe and economic way, and ensure appreciable market shares for metal construction. More than in the past DASt is called on also in future to create jointly with the construction industry the scientific‐technical basis for developing innovative products and methods with a favourable price/performance ratio until they can be brought on the market.  相似文献

Congress center “Neue Terrasse Dresden”. The vedoutes of the Painter Canaletto are historical documents of the old town of Dresden. They show that the town of Dresden, totally destroyed in world war II, even nowadays presents itself in accordance with canallettos view. Along the river Elbe are outstanding buildings of different architectural periods like the Brühlsche Terrasse, the Semperoper and the Saxonian parliament building to find. The Congress center continues this chain with its modern time architectural expression and marks the western end of this area. This paper presents the building constructions and the characteristics of the structural design. The main contents are the foundation of the building inclusive flood protection, further more, the inclined solid jointless concrete slab of the halls with its steel‐suspension and technological questions of the construction process. In detail the vibration problems, deformations and fire protection of the steel‐suspension will be described. Innovative details of the structure complete this report.  相似文献

西班牙国家馆是2010年上海世博会临时场馆之一。建筑包括多功能厅、展厅、餐厅、报告厅、SEEI办公和辅助用房。建筑造型借鉴了中国与西班牙共有的传统工艺--藤编,在该建筑立面呈现出柳条编织的篮子形状,体现了东方与西方、中国与西班牙相连的意境。西班牙馆建筑表现效果要求高,形态复杂,存在多处水平和竖向的空间扭转曲面,对结构设计提出了极大的挑战。从结构选型入手,提出几种不同的立面杆系布置方案,以结构性能参数为量化指标选取最优方案。在优选方案的基础上,对西班牙馆的结构体系、抗风抗震以及重要节点进行了分析与设计。分析表明:立面采用杆件正交布置的双层空间框架结构具有较好的受力、变形和抗震性能,相贯节点安全可靠。相关结构杆系选型和分析内容对类似复杂建筑形态结构设计有较好的参考价值。  相似文献

中国国家博物馆为具有国际先进水平的大型博物馆,其内有大量大空间展厅和公共空间采用了钢桁架结构体系,总面积约30 000m2。介绍了钢桁架作为结构体系在本项目中的主要优势。采用SAP2000对结构进行了整体分析计算,介绍了分析设计的荷载取值、设计准则、楼板在设计中的考虑、钢结构预起拱、材料选择、截面形式选择、钢结构合拢、楼盖舒适度计算等大跨度钢结构设计中的常见问题。对钢结构楼屋盖选用钢筋桁架楼板进行了介绍。  相似文献

中国国家博物馆改扩建工程新馆主体结构采用钢筋混凝土多筒体-部分框架结构体系,楼层及屋顶大跨部分采用钢桁架结构。根据材料优缺点、施工特点等进行多方案分析比较,确定展厅、报告厅、演播室等楼盖结构选用后张有粘结预应力混凝土梁,钢桁架结构楼层采用钢筋桁架组合楼板。根据基础受力特点,经方案比选,新建部分基础采用桩筏基础,并进行了地基基础沉降协调分析,采用桩底桩侧后压浆技术大幅提高了单桩承载力,节约造价明显。在工程中采用了型钢混凝土结构以及钢板混凝土组合剪力墙等组合结构。设计中进行了抗震性能化分析以及型钢混凝土结构连接节点等分析研究。  相似文献

From the Mobile Football Ground to the Wide Span Roof Structure. The arena “AufSchalke” and AWD‐Arena Hanover. Although the concepts of the new arena “AufSchalke” and the modification of the AWD‐Arena in Hannover were based on the same aspects concerning modernity and comfort effected by the new FIFA conditions, they were planed basically different. The differences are based on the requirements of the stadiums locations, the individual requirements of the utilization and on the cost of production. This paper describes the basic design concepts of the arena “AufSchalke” and the AWD‐Arena Hannover. Paticularly the roof construction of the two projects will be explained with their individual specifications and the assembling process will be described in detail.  相似文献

该展览中心分一、二期工程、总建筑面积52000m^2,属高大空间,针对展厅冷负荷特点,人流密度主展厅A取1人/m^2,B展厅等辅展厅取0.7人/m^2,A展厅采用长短射程喷口送风与中轴线送风亭百叶风口相结合的分层空调方式,B展厅采用旋流风口送风、百叶风口回风、上送上回的气流组织形式;C展厅采用旋流风口与球型风口送风相结合的逆风方式。空调系统采用BA控制,对冷水系统,冷却水系统,新风机组、空气处理机及排风系统进行自动控制。该工程空调系统已正确运行两年,室内温度和气流组织令人满意。  相似文献
