《化肥工业＂十二五＂发展规划》解析

引导化肥行业适应现代工业、现代农业发展的需要,降低生产能耗,提高农化服务发展水平,落实现代农业测土配方、精准施肥,近日出台的《化肥工业＂十二五＂发展规划》为行业发展指明了方向。笔者认为,＂十二五＂期间,国家将依然采取市场倒逼淘汰落后产能的方式来促进行业进步。

Transformation of Rubber Industry to Adapt to the ＂New Normal Situation＂

＂The era of fast development in rubber industry has ended. The development of rubber industry went into a new stage featured by step-down growth from 2012, showing a new normal development trend and characteristics.＂ In the World Rubber Forum 2014 ＆ Information Conference held on October 15, Deng Yali, the president of China Rubber Industry Association, said that rubber industry shall actively think about the direction and idea of transformation in development mode, structural adjustment, reform and innovation under the ＂new normal situation＂ and make the corresponding adjustment to adapt to the changes of operation and development environment caused by the ＂new current situation＂.     

4＇,4＂（5＂）-二羟甲基二苯并-18-冠-6的合成及方法改进

优化与改进了用硼氢化钠和氯化锂还原4＇,4＂（5＂）-二甲酰基二苯并-18-冠-6合成4＇,4＂（5＂）-二羟甲基二苯并-18-冠-6的方法，使其产率由52％提高到68％。本方法具有反应时间短，方法简便等特点。     

Micro-Analysis of ＂Sulfate Salt Weathering Distress on Concrete＂：Ⅱ.Concrete

运用环境扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射等微观分析手段研究了稳定环境中,半浸泡混凝土试件在硫酸钠和硫酸镁溶液中的劣化破坏特征,以及混凝土碳化对＂混凝土硫酸盐结晶破坏＂的影响。结果表明：粗骨料界面过渡区生成的大量钙矾石和石膏等晶体是引起混凝土试件劣化的原因;在碳化混凝土内发现了硫酸钠结晶破坏现象。

GB 20055-2006 compulsory national standard for ＂safety requirements of rubber and plastic mill＂ had been issued on January 9, 2006. Since July 1, 2007, the enterprise which produce such products should implement this national standard; the product that does not accord with this standard should stop to sell on market, since October 1, 2007.     

3-羟基-1,4-环己二烯-1-羧酸乙酯的＂一锅法＂合成

以1,3-二丁烯基三甲基硅醚为原料,Diels-Alder反应为关键步骤,通过＂一锅法＂操作以75%的产率实现了3-羟基-1,4-环己二烯-1-羧酸乙酯的合成。

Continuous ＂Slight Growth＂ Age of China＇ s Inflating Valve Core Industry

In the first half of this year, China＇s inflating valve core industry kept the one-digit growth in many major economic indicators such as output, sales revenue and export for earning foreign currency since 2011. The structural adjustment of the industry sped up significantly with obvious effect. The industry holds a positive attitude towards the trend in the second year. In their eyes, growth will still stay at one digit, and the age of ＂slight growth＂ for China＇s inflating valve core industry will continue in the next few years. This is the news from the 2014 Inflating Valve Core Industry Conference by the writer.

5＂套管井分层配注汽工艺技术研究与应用

辽河油田稠油油藏开采方式主要采用蒸汽吞吐及蒸汽驱等开采方式。但随着开采时间的增长和吞吐轮次的提高,7＂侧钻成5＂套管井日益增多,5＂套管井注汽初期采用的是笼统注汽工艺技术。随着侧钻井注汽轮次的提高,笼统注汽存在不可弥补的缺点,针对这一问题,研究开发了一套适用于稠油5＂套管井注汽的分层配注汽工艺技术,通过设计有效的封隔器器及配套工具,完善稠油开采工艺,达到最佳开采效果。该技术近几年已现场实施应用100余井次,取得了良好的现场应用效果,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
