机床上下料机器人能够提高生产效率和机床利用率,研究中选用可编程控制器控制工业机器人和数控车床协调工作,设计其工作流程,并根据工作流程配置了可编程控制器接口和机器人基板硬件,采用梯形图编程方法编写可编程控制器程序,采用示教编程方法编写机器人程序。调试结果表明所设计的数控车床上下料机器人软件运行安全、平稳,机器人动作精准可靠。  相似文献

A programmable dynamometer is proposed where the user can define the steady-state and inertial torque-speed characteristic of the load. Rotating machinery can be tested on this dynamometer to determine their transient and steady-state characteristics with a practical load. The user inputs the desired load characteristics by selecting polynomial and inertia coefficients. The system uses proportional-integral (PI) controllers to control a three-phase induction motor using indirect field orientation. The increasing need of maintenance, the lack of spare parts and the extra requirements of a very complex interconnected electrical system demands a new strategy which can support the reliability of a particular power plant. The present maturity of microprocessor technology makes feasible the development of a Burner Management System based on programmable controllers (PLC's). This paper reviews the retrofit of such system utilizing local PLC's developed by the Institute of Electrical Research (IIE). The problem is described in detail including its main constraints. The concept of renewable energy based microgrid (MG) and its control has been evolved as key area of research in energy sector. In this paper, a decentralized control strategy based on modified fractional order PI (MFO-PI) and two-degree of freedom PI (2DOF-PI) controllers is proposed for efficient operation of an autonomous MG. The autonomous MG consists of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) & photovoltaic (PV) system as distributed generation (DG), battery energy storage system (BESS) as a storage unit and various AC & DC loads. The MFO-PI controller is utilized for controlling voltage source inverters (VSI) and 2DOF-PI is utilized for controlling various DGs and BESS. An evaporation rate-based water cycle algorithm (ERWCA) is employed to optimally tune the proposed controllers. To show the effectiveness of the proposed decentralized control strategy, a comparison of various performance indices such as overshoot, settling time and integral absolute error is made with PI and fractional order PI controllers. The results show that proposed control strategy is efficient in improving the steady state as well as dynamic performance of the system under all operating conditions by effectively regulating the real and reactive power flows among the DGs.  相似文献

在对变风量空调系统局部控制的分析基础上,利用其变风量末端风门的开度作为各区域相对负荷的指示信号,提出送风静压的实时优化控制方案;同时,针对新的ASHRAE通风标准,还提出了基于室内人数检测和焓控制的新风实时优化控制方案。试验结果证明,同常规的控制方案相比,在保证室内热舒适性和空气质量的前提下,这两个方案分别有较好的节能作用。综合采用两种优化方案,系统不仅能够达到节能的目的,而且在较小负荷情况下能够提高室内空气的品质。  相似文献

A 5-kW wind energy conversion system (WECS) having induction generator is designed and implemented. The induction machine is connected to the power system through PWM inverter and PWM rectifier. Two digital PI controllers are used, one of them is for regulating dc link voltage and the other is for speed control of induction machine. The whole system is governed by a single fixed point digital signal processing unit (DSP). A detailed simulation program is prepared by using Matlab facilities in order to predict the performance of the controllers before implementation.  相似文献

This paper presents a complete control scheme to efficiently manage the operation of an autonomous wind based hydrogen production system. This system comprises a wind energy generation module based on a multipolar permanent magnet synchronous generator, a lead-acid battery bank as short term energy storage and an alkaline von Hoerner electrolyzer. The control is developed in two hierarchical levels. The higher control level or supervisor control determines the general operation strategy for the whole system according to the wind conditions and the state of charge of the battery bank. On the other hand, the lower control level includes the individual controllers that regulate the respective module operation assuming the set-points determined by the supervisor control. These last controllers are approached using second-order super-twisting sliding mode techniques. The performance of the closed-loop system is assessed through representative computer simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, the power electronic interface between a DC hybrid power source with a photovoltaic main source and a Li-ion battery storage as the secondary power source is modelled based on the Euler–Lagrange framework. Subsequently, passivity-based controllers are synthesised using the energy shaping and damping injection techniques. Local asymptotic stability is ensured as well. In addition, the power management system is designed to manage power flow between components.Evaluation of the proposed system and simulation of the hybrid system are accomplished using MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the outputs of the hybrid system have good tracking response, low overshoot, short settling time and zero steady-state error. Afterwards, linear PI controllers are provided to compare the results with those of passivity-based controller responses. This comparison demonstrates the robustness of the proposed controllers for reference DC voltage and load resistance changes.  相似文献
