In this work, the theoretical framework for energy-loss magnetic chiral dichroism (EMCD) is reviewed and a new, fast, and easy-to-use software package is presented. This software is used to simulate the dependence of the EMCD signal on various parameters such as sample thickness and sample tilt. The results are found to be in excellent agreement with other theoretical predictions and experimental data. Furthermore, it is shown that the simulations are fast enough for the planning of experiments “on-the-fly” and for live didactic demonstrations.  相似文献

Analytical ways to reach the best decisions are the most preferable issues in many business platforms. During the decision processes, besides the measurable variables, there exist qualitative variables, especially if the decision is based on a selection problem. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and analytic network process (ANP) are two of the best ways to decide among the complex criteria structure in different levels using qualitative variables. When there are interactions between the criteria in different levels of the hierarchy, then AHP cannot be used because of their one-way direction of hierarchy; the ANP has been developed for this kind of need. In this study, a fuzzy ANP method is developed for a multi-criteria facility location selection problem where the criteria set includes interactions with each other on the hierarchy structure. Besides the fuzzy ANP model development and implementation on facility location, sensitivity analysis was also originally performed to indicate the upper and lower bounds for the importance levels of alternative locations.  相似文献

为了对灯具设计效果进行评价,提出了一种快速评价方法。基于实际灯具光强的实测数据,利用软件仿真来获得受照面的照明效果,从而有效控制误差和降低成本。对单个灯具在自由摆放位置和旋转角度的条件下,利用网格法划分受照面,由光度学理论计算得到受照面的照度分布。依据几何光学独立性,扩展到总体方案的照度分布。将照明效果用照度曲线和图像显示,从而对灯具设计状况获得快速、有效、直观的评价。为使图像更具直观性和有效性,提出了图像颜色随照度变化近似满足人眼gamma特性。以研制的天幕灯为例,证明了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

This paper describes the Metrovisionlab computer application implemented as a toolbox for the Matlab program. It is designed to teach the most important camera calibration aspects in dimensional metrology applications such as laser triangulation sensors and photogrammetry or stereovision systems. This software is used in several industrial vision courses for senior undergraduate mechanical engineering students. The application: simulates a virtual camera, providing a simple and visual understanding of how various characteristics of a camera influence the image that it captures; generates the coordinates of synthetic calibration points, both in the world reference system and the image reference system; and can calibrate with the most important and widely-used methods in the area of vision cameras, using coplanar or non-coplanar calibration points. Thus, the main goal is to have a simulation tool that allows characterizing the accuracy, repeatability, error mechanisms and influences for different measurement conditions and camera calibration algorithms. In the realized tests, the software has demonstrated to be a very effective educational tool.  相似文献

A growing increase in the use of simulation for the analysis of manufacturing systems has resulted in a rise in the number of both general purpose and application oriented simulation software products. As simulation software selection is often costly and time consuming, the need for a structured approach to software selection is apparent. This paper presents a methodology for simulation software selection in the form of the actions to be taken and factors to be considered during the evaluation and selection of simulation software. Such an approach, when appropriately applied, should result in more effective simulation software selection and application.  相似文献

Electron holography is leaving its state of infancy and is rapidly becoming a tool for everyday use. This is due to the increasing availability of field-emission electron microscopes as well as the increasing use of slow-scan CCD cameras, which provide the linear image recording so essential to electron holography. At the same time, the continuing boost in performance of desktop computers both in hardware and in software has facilitated the handling of many of the complex reconstruction and processing tasks of electron holography. We describe here the software package ‘HoloWorks©’, recently developed at Oak Ridge National Laboratories. This package is designed for the processing of electron holograms stressing easy-to-use functions and is a plug-in module for Gatan's software DigitalMicrograph®.  相似文献

Software is a powerful tool to help us analyze industrial information and control processes. In this paper, we will show our recently development of a software algorithm/package which can help us select the more eco-efficient control configuration. Nowadays, the eco-efficiency of all industrial processes/plants has become more and more important; engineers need to find a way to integrate control loop configuration and measurements of eco-efficiency. The exergy eco-efficiency factor; a new measure of eco-efficiency for control loop configuration has been developed. This software algorithm/package will combine a commercial simulator, VMGSim, and Excel together to calculate the exergy eco-efficiency factor.  相似文献

Material selection is a difficult and subtle task due to the immense number of different available materials. In choosing the right material, there is not always a single definite criterion of selection and the designers and engineers have to take into account a large number of material selection criteria. This paper presents a logical procedure for material selection for a given engineering design. The procedure is based on a combined TOPSIS and AHP method. The proposed material selection index helps to evaluate and rank the materials for a given engineering design. Two examples are included to illustrate the approach.  相似文献

为了使决策者在产品总体设计方案评价与优选过程中可以充分表达各种主观决策信息,提出了一种基于模糊优选和证据推理的组合决策模型.在该决策模型中,针对评价中的完全决策信息,尽可能地利用模糊优选中的属性相对优属度进行处理;针对定性评价中不确定和不完全决策信息,采用分布式评价的方式进行决策意见表达,然后用基于证据的推理方式进行处理.在此基础上,利用模糊优选中的决策相对优属度进行方案优选.最后给出了实例.  相似文献

Material selection is one of the main phases of product design process that has great impact on the manufacturing of sustainable products. One of the best approaches of material selection for sustainable products is life cycle engineering (LCE). But LCE is a costly and cumbersome task and it is not economic to perform this task for a large number of proposed materials in order to choose the most suitable one for a sustainable product. Instead, it is more reasonable to make a preliminary filtering on the proposed materials and obtain a shorter list of candidate materials and then perform LCE on alternatives which are obtained from preliminary filtering. Since environmental friendliness of materials is a critical sustainability issue, so it is a good criterion for preliminary filtering of alternatives. In this paper, a new methodology is proposed to support preliminary filtering of alternatives from environmental viewpoint. The methodology uses the knowledge of experts in the field of eco-design. The knowledge is translated to decision making rules and a decision tree is developed to guide the choice. In order to use the capabilities of frame-based systems, an object-oriented approach for representation of knowledge is also proposed. Moreover, a prototype hybrid expert system based on the proposed methodology called material selection expert system for sustainable product design is developed to support the task of preliminary filtering. Finally, a case study from tire manufacturing industries is presented to show the validity of the proposed system. The results show that the system can determine the appropriate candidate materials and hence improve the possibility of manufacturing of more sustainable products. Eliminating alternatives that do not have the necessary conditions for sustainable product leads to a large saving in time and cost of the LCE evaluation process  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a grey-based rough set approach to deal with the supplier selection in supply chain management. The proposed approach takes advantage of mathematical analysis power of grey system theory while at the same time utilizing data mining and knowledge discovery power of rough set theory. It is suitable to the decision-making under more uncertain environments. We also provide a viewpoint on the attribute values in rough set decision table under the condition that all alternatives are described by linguistic variables that can be expressed in grey number. The most suitable supplier can be determined by grey relational analysis based on grey number. A case of supplier selection was used to validate the proposed approach.  相似文献

目前国内外常用的汽车故障诊断仪(解码仪)功能并不全面,不能诊断不出现故障码的机械类故障.为了解决这个问题,提出了一种利用径向基函数神经网络进行电喷发动机故障诊断的方法.该方法通过MATLAB软件包与ACCESS数据库相结合编制故障诊断程序,从而实现了无故障码的故障诊断.同时还将径向基函数网络与BP网络进行了比较.实验表明,径向基函数网络更适用于故障诊断.  相似文献

A software complex is developed to describe tribosystems with shear processes in the lubricating layer using the methods of computer-aided simulation and molecular dynamics. The work of the central optimizing program module and a series of auxiliary modules is presented. The simulation data are shown to be in full qualitative conformance with the results of triboengineering experiments. The results can be used for developing new lubricating materials (LM) and optimizing the compositions of tribologically active additives.  相似文献

In the complex environment of an automated manufacturing system, decision-making is one of the most important and difficult tasks of a manager in general or a scheduler in particular. Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMSs) are highly automated and expensive systems. The high investment cost of a FMS justifies the use of computer simulation support. Contribution introduces practical methodology of roughness measurement when turning by tool inserts with variable tool face. Methodology makes the most of use standardised chip cross sections from ISO 3685:93. Measuring array consists of combination of four feeds per revolution and three depth of cut while use of two cutting speeds denotes such methodology as 4–3–2 roughness measurement. Minimum replication is used when measuring roughness in order to identify its quantities where cutting starts and stops. Data resulting from minimum replications are treated as pivot half-sums and pivot ranges, quantities following from Horn’s distribution. Four ways of results’ interpretation are expressed which include individual measured values, comparison, relationship as well as multivariate form of measured data. Individual values represent results from just one point in measuring array; comparison covers half-sum results all over measuring area. Relationships among surface roughness parameters show how roughness ranges measuring area throughout. Considerable effect of chip cross section on multivariate form of surface roughness is given by Andrews’ plot. Processing and evaluation of data give well founded information to choice proper tool insert as practical contribution related to machining plans.  相似文献
