The specimens were implanted with aluminum ions with fluence ranging from 1× 10^16 to 1× 10^17 ions/cm^2 to study the effect of aluminum ion implantation on the aqueous corrosion behavior of zircaloy-2 by metal vapor vacuum arc source (MEVVA) at an extraction voltage of 40 kV. The valence states and depth distributions of elements in the surface layer of the samples were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), respectively. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to examine the microstructure of the aluminum-implanted samples. Glancing angle X-ray diffraction (GAXRD) was employed to examine the phase transformation due to the aluminum ion implantation. The potentiodynamic polarization technique was employed to evaluate the aqueous corrosion resistance of implanted zircaloy-2 in a 1 M H2SO4 solution. It is found that a significant improvement was achieved in the aqueous corrosion resistance of zircaloy-2 implanted with aluminum ions. Finally, the mechanism of the corrosion behavior of aluminum- implanted zircaloy-2 was discussed.  相似文献

To simulate irradiation damage, argon ion was implanted in the Zircaloy-4 with the fluence ranging from 1 × 10^16 to 1 × 10^17 cm^-2, using accelerating implanter at an extraction voltage of 190 kV and liquid nitrogen temperature. Then the influence of argon ion implantation on the aqueous corrosion behavior of Zircaloy-4 was studied. The valence states of elements in the surface layer of the samples were analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to examine the microstructure of the argon-implanted samples. The potentiodynamic polarization technique was employed to evaluate the aqueous corrosion resistance of implanted Zircaloy-4 in 1 mol/L HzSO4 solution. It is found that there appear bubbles on the surface of the samples when the argon fluence is 1 × 10^16 cm^-2. The microstructure of argon-implanted samples changes from amorphous to partial amorphous, then to polycrystalline, and again to amorphous. The corrosion resistance of implanted samples linearly declines with the increase of fluence approximately, which is attributed to the linear increase of the irradiation damage.  相似文献

To protect the surface of NiTi from corrosion, an ion implantation method was proposed. In the present work, a surface oxidized sample was implanted with nitrogen at energy of 100 keV. The corrosion resistarwe property was examined by the anodic polarization method in a simulated body fluid (SBF) at a temperature of 37 ℃ and contrasted to non-implanted NiTi samples. The composition and structure of the implanted layers were investigated by XPS. The experimental results from the electrochemical measurements provide an evidence that the nitrogen ion-implantation increases the corrosion resistance of NiTi shape memory alloy.  相似文献

It was reported that both dielectricity and magnetism at room temperature were appreciably improved in Bi4Fe2TiO12 film compared with Bi4Fe2TiO12 bulk. X-ray diffraction profiles reveal similar crystalline nature and random orientation of the two, but X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) experiments indicate that it is 1.4 eV lower binding energy of core-state O1s in the film relative to that of the bulk, so the improvement of multiferroics in the film is attributed to oxygen vacancies and high fraction of interface. The results have promising applications in multifunctional integrated devices.  相似文献

Microarc oxidation (MAO) coatings were prepared on 2024 aluminum alloy in a Na_2SiO_3-KOH electrolyte with KMnO_4 addition varying from 0 to 4 g/L. The microstructure and phases of the coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD), respectively. The corrosion resistance of MAO coatings was evaluated by electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization in 5% (mass fraction) NaCl solution. The results show that when KMnO_4 is added into base electrolyte, the growth speed of oxide coatings is increased obviously. The main phase of oxide coatings is Al_2O_3, and the contents of MnO_2 and Mn_2AlO_4 phases are increased at the top of oxide coatings with increasing the concentration of KMnO_4. The solute elements participate in forming the oxide coatings. When a proper concentration of KMnO_4 (2.5 g/L) is added into the base solution, the micropores of the MAO coatings are small and compact, and the corrosion resistance of oxide coatings is increased largely.  相似文献

利用NH3-(NH4)2SO4体系,对印刷电路板(printed circuit boards,PCB)生产过程中产生大量的含铜污泥中的铜进行浸析。对PCB污泥中重金属的质量分数进行了测定,其中铜在污泥中的质量分数为33.500%,其余金属质量分数较小。重点探讨了氨-硫酸铵浓度及pH、浸析时间、液固比、温度等条件对浸析率的影响。NH3-(NH4)2SO4体系对PCB污泥中铜浸析的最优条件为氨、硫酸铵浓度分别为3.0mol/L和1.5mol/L,液固比为20mL/g,浸析时间为180min,浸析温度为25℃。在最优条件下进行了浸析应用试验,结果表明铜的浸析率可达到97.5%,此方法的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.63%。  相似文献

The CaO-doped Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anodes were prepared by the cold isostatie pressing-sintering process, and their corrosion resistance to Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-Al203 melt was studied. The results show that the relative density of 5Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet sintered at 1 200 ℃ increases from 82.83% to 97.63% when 2% CaO (mass fraction) is added. During the electrolysis, the relative density of cermet inert anode descends owing to the chemical dissolution of additive CaO at ceramic grain boundary, which accelerates the penetration of electrolyte. Thus, the corrosion resistance to melts of Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anode is reduced. To improve the corrosion resistance of the cermet inert anode, the content of CaO doped should be decreased and the technology of cleaning the ceramic grain boundary should be applied.  相似文献

Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2的(3b)位有序-无序效应研究

创新点说明:

提出了有序度的概念,通过理论模拟了过渡金属在3b位不同有序度下的衍射情况。

研究目的:

借助理论衍射研究镍钴锰在三元材料中的占位情况,为实际得到的衍射数据分析起指导作用。

研究方法和结果:

借助Powercell程序模拟不同结构下的衍射情况。结果表明:对于Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2,基体衍射线的强度不随有序度而变化,有序度增加时,超点阵衍射线强度增加,但是即使对于有序度最大时,超点阵线的相对强度只有0.225%和0.043%。

结论:

3b位的有序无序很难通过常规的衍射实验观测到,必须提高X射线源的强度才可能观测到。
