酒石酸水溶液提取柚皮果胶的工艺   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用酒石酸水溶液的萃取体系,以果胶收率为主要评价指标,利用正交设计L16(45),优选得到从柚皮中提取果胶的最佳工艺条件:萃取用酒石酸水溶液与柚皮质量比15:1、萃取溶液的pH值1.5、萃取温度90℃、萃取时间60 min.按此优选最佳工艺试验柚皮果胶平均收率达到18.73%.  相似文献

优化了用盐酸提取光叶楮白皮果胶的最佳工艺条件:萃取液比1∶20,萃取pH值1.5,萃取时间2.0h,萃取温度90℃,此时果胶得率为3.96%;碱性H2O2处理的优化工艺条件为:H2O2用量1%,NaOH用量3%,液比1∶6,温度80℃,时间30min。此时细浆得率为47.0%,白度为61.3%。  相似文献

本文以成熟的黄秋葵为原料,研究了Al2(SO4)3沉淀法提取果胶的工艺条件。实验采用正交设计,利用方差分析对萃取温度、萃取时间和萃取的pH值对果胶得率的影响进行了探讨,得出最佳提取条件为:pH4、萃取温度为60℃、萃取时间为90min;在此条件下,黄秋葵的果胶提取率可达25.96%,实验表明,黄秋葵是一种果胶含量高的植物资源。  相似文献

对西瓜皮提取果胶的不同条件进行了研究。通过单因素实验得到重要步骤提取方式,再以正交实验获得最佳提取工艺。经90~100℃灭酶40min,超声波间歇预处理30s,微波盐酸萃取10~15min,提取温度90℃,pH2.0,盐酸浓度为0.3mol/L,果胶产率为16.8%。  相似文献

以热烫后烘干的菠萝皮为研究材料,采用酸解法对菠萝皮渣中果胶的提取工艺进行研究,结果表明:经过热烫处理后的果胶的提取率是3.2%,未经热烫处理的果胶的提取率是2.5%。选用柠檬酸-盐酸作为萃取剂,提取率、色泽优于其它酸萃取剂。酸解法提取果胶的最佳工艺参数为:温度90℃、pH 2.0、时间110min、固液比1:14;在此条件下测得粗果胶的提取率为6.11%。  相似文献

研究了用盐析法从烟末中提取果胶,通过正交实验,对提取条件进行了探讨。试验表明,用水萃取烟末中果胶时,萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取液用量及萃取液pH值都对果胶产量有一定影响;盐析法从10g烟末中提取果胶较为适宜的条件是:萃取温度为90~100℃、萃取时间为1.5h、萃取液用量为100ml及萃取液pH值为1.0  相似文献

研究绿茶在50、60、70、80℃水中不同时段萃取时萃出液中茶多酚(EG、EGC、ECG、GGEG)、氨基酸、果胶等的变化。结果显示,游离型儿茶素在冷水中比较容易溶出,3萃时有80%~90%溶出;酯型儿茶素的溶出较慢,3萃时只有50%左右溶出;咖啡因的溶出特性与游离型儿茶素相类似;氨基酸在1萃溶出量较多,从1萃到3萃前,依次下降,除精氨酸外,其他氨基酸在2萃时溶出率达70%~80%,3萃时溶出率为90%~100%,精氨酸在2萃时溶出率为50%,3萃溶出率为70%;钙、镁、磷酸类在1~3萃取中溶出量依次降低;1萃时水溶及盐溶性果胶的萃取率较高。以上参数为茶饮料的工业化生产及品质保证提供参考。  相似文献

为提高烟草中果胶的分析速度,对酶解流动分析法中烟叶的前处理过程进行了改进,即用5%醋酸溶液萃取代替80%乙醇溶液回流抽提除去烟末中的水溶性糖,并采用两种方法同时测定了20个烤烟烟叶样品中的果胶含量.结果表明:①改进法果胶的回收率为99.5%~105.7%,变异系数2.08%;②改进法的检测结果稍高于原方法,但二者没有显著性差异.  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
