Study of Proteolytic and Amylolytic Enzymes for Detergents by Means of Electrophoresis on Polyacrylamide Gel By disk electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gel proteolytic enzymes for detergents are separated into a number of protein fractions varying from one to seven, although by gel chromatography only one protease (and in certain products one α-amylase) could be isolated. The densitometric diagram of the gel cylinder is a valuable aid in the identification of different commercial enzymes.  相似文献

This contribution presents coupling of laws for shear flow and wall slipping by the shear stress at the slipping interface. It includes the special case of Coulombian friction postulated by Uhland as well as the assumption of a constant sliding velocity along the flow channel according to Mooney. As an example, Ostwald and de Waele's law of shear thinning flow is combined with a shear stress of sliding depending on internal pressure by a power law. Examined feedstocks for metal injection molding showed a rheological behavior according to the model presented.  相似文献

Labelling of Mono- and Diglycerides from Baking Aids in the Ingredient List of Pastries Ready for Consumption Baking aids are dressings from food and food additives, which are used in the pastry production. “Baking aids” is a sufficient designation within the meaning of the food labelling order from the 22nd December 1981. With respect to the amounts of baking aids, which are usually applied the designation “emulsifier” has to be used for indication of mono- and diglycerides of edible fatty acids if the mono- and diglycerides have still a technological effect in the final product, ready for consumption. The application purpose is the key point for the judgement of technological effect with respect to food legislation. According to the application purpose pastries can be divided into three groups: 1. Pastries from creaming masses: no indication to the emulsifier in connection with the applied baking aid; 2. Low fat pastries: Emulsifier, added by baking aids, has to be indicated as e.g. “baking aid (emulsifier)”; 3. Fat containing pastries: No indication to the emulsifier in connection with the added baking aid.  相似文献

Quantum Chemical Investigation of the Cycloaddition of Phenol to Phenylcyanate as an Example for the Study of M.O. Correlation Diagrams of Systems without Symmetry Elements in the Transition State. There is experimental evidence, that the N-monomethylaniline-catalyzed addition of phenol to phenylcyanate proceeds via a six-membered, cyclic transition state, in which N-mono-methylaniline is involved, whose presence as a catalyst is necessary. In the present work is investigated by quantumchemical considerations, whether an analogy can be found between this reaction and a symmetry-allowed [2 + 4]cycloaddition of π-systems. Using the CNDO/2-method an energy curve has been calculated, having only a small activation barrier. The wavefunctions at some points of the reaction coordinate have been localized to bond orbitals, which are then taken into some linear combinations. These do not show any change of their nodal behaviour at points belonging to the starting resp. to the final state of the reaction. This shows, that the above mentioned analogy is valid. For the [2 + 2]cycloaddition in absence of the catalyst, on the contrary, the energy curve shows a very high activation energy, and the nodal behaviour of the combined localized orbitals is changed on passing from the starting to the final state.  相似文献

The possibility of the application of atactic polypropylene is investigated as graft base for the preparation of graft copolymers of vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride respectively graft copolymers from vinyl acetate onto polypropylene as graft base for the preparation of graft copolymers of vinyl chloride in relation to the composition of the original mixture. After compounding of the graft products with polyvinyl chloride or ABS/polyvinyl-chloride mixtures selected mechanical properties are presented in relation to the quantity and composition of the incorporated graft copolymers.  相似文献
