Conclusions -- It has been found that to remove hydrogen fluoride from a gas-air mixture at a concentration down to 15 mg/m3, one should use the chemisorptive fibrous sorbents VION AN-1 or VION AN-3; this ensures a high degree of clean-up down to a concentration considerably lower than the limiting allowable one in the workplace.-- In the sorption of hydrogen fluoride from a gas-air mixture, it is recommended to use the KHVF filter instead of scrubber purification; this ensures high technical-economic indices for the process.Translated from Khimicheskie Volokna, No. 5, pp. 22–24, September–October, 1990.  相似文献

Conclusions The sorptive properties of VION fibre with carboxyl groups have been studied. The thermokinetics was investigated and the enthalpy of sorption of Zn(II) ions from solutions of different concentration with VION KN-1 carboxyl chemisorption fibres (Na form) was determined. It was found that the time of attaining sorption equilibrium and the value of ΔH of sorption of Zn(II) ions is a function of their concentration in the solution. Conclusions Using a dynamic assembly of the Mikrogaz type for the preparation of gas mixtures of known composition, the sorption of hydrogen chloride and of ammonia has been studied in the concentration range from 0.5 to 1000 mg/m3, under dynamic conditions on the nonwoven chemisorptive fibrous material VION, type KN-1. The mechanism of the reaction of hydrazidation of Nitron fibre in aqueous and alcohol solutions of hydrazine hydrate in the 10–75 wt. % concentration range was investigated. The conditions for fabrication of an anion-exchange fibre with a static exchange capacity (SEC) of up to 3 meq/g by successive treatment of Nitron fibre with solutions of hydrazine hydrate with a concentration of 10 to 50% were developed.
