蜡染作为我国传统纺织印染工艺之一,因其具有的悠久文化和艺术价值,在纺织品设计当中具有较好应用前景,但随着社会的发展,传统蜡染工艺的传承面临严峻挑战。为弘扬中国传统印染文化,文章以三星堆文化遗址中的青铜人头像为灵感来源设计图案,然后将传统印染工艺和现代喷涂工艺相结合,应用天然靛蓝染料和温变染料制作蜡染纺织品。结果表明,将温变染料应用在传统蜡染纺织产品的设计当中,不仅保留了蜡染的艺术特点,还赋予了其明显的感温变色效果,从而实现了将传统历史艺术图案、蜡染工艺和温变染料相结合的创新。 相似文献

In this study, we have developed color changeable (chameleon-type) printings on cotton fabrics using thermochromic colorants for defense applications. Different colored coatings such as light green, dark green, black, brown, and sandal have been developed using blue and orange thermochromic colorants in combination with turmeric (a natural dye) and graphite. The printed color pattern mimics jungle motif design (classic green and brown camouflage) which transforms to desert color motif on application of heat from external sources (using hot air oven or electrical power). The response time and temperature for each color change and recovery were evaluated in case of direct heating. Further, their performance was also tested by providing heat using different electrical power. The CIE L*a*b* values of the colors were measured using spectrophotometer before and after heating. The printed fabrics’ physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break, flexural rigidity, and tear strength were also tested before and after printing. The wash property of printed fabrics shows reasonably good fixation of colors to the fabric surface. The chameleon-type camouflage printing described in this work shows promise to use the same fabric for camouflaging at different terrains which essentially reduces the time for shifting troops to different locations. 相似文献

Metallized textile has metallic color with reflective effect and smooth handle. The electroless copper plating on fabric using hypophosphite as a reducing agent is feasible process for design application. This study aims to investigate the appearance of the copper-plated Green-PN fabric produced by electroless plating with different deposition conditions including different nickel sulfate concentrations and pH of plating bath. Various colors were produced after the copper-plated fabrics had been exposed to the copper plating bath at 85°C and pH 8.5 for different time. Design application of the electroless copper plating on Green-PN fabric and Black-CVPN fabric was carried out. The electroless copper plating could change the original appearance of the fabric through the deposition of copper particles on the fabric surface. The final pattern was well-defined using many details such as lines and forms created by the design methods. The study laid the foundation of the electroless copper plating for textile design. 相似文献

The aim of the study is to investigate design effects of the electroless metal plated fabrics in order to meet the requirement of high technical and apparel applications by using tie-dyeing technique. The appearance of nickel plated and nickel/copper multilayer plated fabrics obtained under different conditions and tie-dyeing technique was investigated, respectively. Metallized textile design by nickel and copper was developed using tie-dyeing method. The nickel/copper multilayer plated fabric indicates that the color changfe from red to gray is with respect to an increase of thickness of the nickel deposits. The resisting effects by using tie-dyeing on the metallized fabrics depend entirely on the texture and strength of the tie-dyeing conditions used. The study reveals that metallized textiles design by combining electroless plating and tie-dyeing are promising for decorative and fashion application. 相似文献

为了研究织物结构对热敏变色纤维织物呈色效果的影响,经纱采用棉纱,纬纱选用热敏变色粘胶长丝纱,设计织造了5种不同组织结构的机织物,对其变色前后的颜色空间值、三刺激值、彩度以及白度等颜色指标进行了测试,并分析了织物组织及纬密对热敏变色纤维织物呈色效果的影响及显著性。研究结果表明:织物组织对织物明度、彩度和色相偏红程度影响显著,对白度影响不显著。平纹织物的明度和白度最高,缎纹织物的彩度和色相偏红程度最高;织物纬密对明度影响显著,对彩度、白度、色相偏红程度影响不显著,随着纬密的增加,织物色相偏红程度呈增加趋势。研究结果对热敏变色纤维织物的设计开发具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

为获得一种有效的温变色功能纺织品,采用溶胶微球法制备温变色染料对涤纶织物进行染色,探讨染料浓度、染色pH值及时间对织物K/S值的影响,并通过红外光谱分析了染色织物温变色机制,考察了温变色涤纶织物的温变色可逆性、温变色响应速度及时间。结果表明:在质量浓度为6g/L,pH为6,染色90min条件下,染色织物的K/S值为11,干、湿摩擦牢度均在4级以上,水洗变色牢度为4级,沾色牢度为5级,染色性能较好。温变色染料在热作用下由于电子转移导致共轭体系减小使染色织物在30~55℃由深蓝色逐渐变为无色,温度降低,织物颜色恢复深蓝色,温变色差为30,变色响应速度为17s-1 ,响应时间为1s,因此,溶胶微球法温度响应变色涤纶织物具备灵敏且可逆的温变色性能。 相似文献

三维虚拟展示技术能够较好地模拟织物穿着后所表现的外观及悬垂性、光泽、褶皱等物理性能,更好地服务于个性化私人订制。现有的纺织面料虚拟展示系统侧重于二维平面的展示,缺乏对面料最终效果进行立体三维全方位的虚拟展示。使用3DMAX和OpenGL图形库以及一些辅助工具,通过设计系统功能和操作界面、搭建应用场景、三维人体服装建模、纹理创建及映射、光学渲染等,最终完成衬衣面料的三维虚拟展示系统的开发。使用计算机辅助设计系统对不同面料在三维人体模型上进行三维虚拟展示,结果表明不同衬衣面料着装后的三维效果可以直观地展现出来,真实地展示了衬衣面料的颜色、褶皱和贴合度。 相似文献

为探究结构色在织物显色方面的可行性以及织物组织结构对光子晶体结构色显色效果方面的影响,选用不同织物组织结构的黑色涤纶织物为基材,采用经典的Stöber 法制备高圆整度、单分散、粒径为150 ~300 nm 的Sio2微球,通过垂直沉积自组装法将微球组装在涤纶织物上得到显色效果较佳的光子晶体结构色。使用Lambda-35 紫外可见分光光度计进一步验证不同织物组织结构上光子晶体结构色的显色差异。结果表明:在相同自组装工艺条件下,织物组织结构不同造成的反射光强度差异将会影响光子晶体结构色的呈现;相比于平纹织物表面的结构色,缎纹织物的结构色亮度相对较暗。 相似文献
