微换热器以换热表面大,易于加工成型为特点,因此受到广泛的重视。实验以制品质量为实验指标,采用正交试验的F值、极差等方法分别对微型散热器成型中的主要工艺参数(注射速度、注射压力、保压压力、保压时间、模具温度、冷却时间等)进行了优化,并讨论了注射速度与注射压力之间的交互作用,同时对制品的密度,以及制品的收缩进行了分析。实验结果表明:保压时间和保压压力,对制品的影响最显著;最佳工艺条件为:保压时间9 s,保压压力90 MPa,冷却时间35 s,背压15 MPa,模具温度40℃,注射速度300 mm/s,注射压力200 MPa;密度方法对于微型换热器的评价不是很显著。实验为微换热器的微注射成型提供有益的技术基础。 相似文献

基于有限元法原理,利用Fluent流体仿真软件,针对多孔微型换热器的几何特性对传热特性的影响进行了数值模拟,分析了换热管道高宽比、长径比、孔隙率、当量直径和截面形状对多孔微型换热器传热特性的影响。结果表明,多孔微型换热器的换热性能随矩形截面微通道高宽比的增大而提高,随微通道长径比的减小而降低,随微通道孔隙率的减小而降低,随微通道当量直径的增大而提高,且在使用等量冷却剂的条件下,截面形状为等腰三角形的多孔微型换热器换热性能优于截面形状为梯形、矩形和圆形的。 相似文献

ACHEMA is an international exhibition for innovation and development in the process industry. Heat exchangers are necessary parts of many process engineering plants. This report intends to highlight the presented novelties in relation to heat exchangers at ACHEMA 2022. The trends and challenges of heat exchangers were explored in discussions with exhibitors and through presentations at the congress. The field of application for heat exchangers broadens as well as their performance increases. Existing designs are enhanced, traditional types of heat exchangers are combined, and software is developed based on both traditional models and artificial intelligence. A numerical study of a double-pipe helical heat exchanger was performed to ascertain the residence time, temperature, and processing uniformity for food processing applications. A range of laminar flow rates were used, with both parallel flow and counterflow configurations. Both heating and cooling in the inner tube were studied. Heating/cooling uniformity was estimated by using a first-order kinetics model for sterilization. Process uniformity is important in the quest for high quality product and this report is a first study for the uniformity in double-pipe helical heat exchangers. 相似文献
