一种多功能可调开关电流双二次滤波器的实现

采用改进的Class AB开关电流(SI)存储单元设计了差分结构双线性SI积分器,由此积分器和栅极接地Class AB电流乘法器作为基本模块,设计了SI双二次滤波器.电路实现了低通(LP)、带通(BP)和高通(HP)滤波器,其截止频率ωo和Q值可通过外部直流电流连续调节.仿真结果表明设计的电路具有良好的滤波和可调性能.     

基于信号流图的开关电流滤波器设计

开关电流（SI）是有望取代开关电容（SC）的一种新型的取样数据技术，鉴于SC技术发展的成熟性及其与SI技术的紧密联系，即SC和SI滤波电路具有互易性，可采用信号流图转置的方法，将SC综合法直接用于SI滤波器设计，而无须提出新的设计方法。本文以二阶巴特沃思开关电容带通滤皮器为例给出了该方法的具体应用。

一种新型高性能开关电流存储单元的设计

利用一种新技术,在低压(1.8 V)条件下,设计了一种高性能的开关电流(SI)存储单元电路.该电路通过在基本存储单元基础上增加一个电压反转跟随器电路(FVF),从存储晶体管的输入端直接消除时钟馈通(CFT)误差电压,从而阻止了电流误差的产生,使得输出端的CFT误差电流降为原来的6%,并通过Hspice给出了仿真结果.结果表明所设计的电路方案正确有效.

用开关电流技术实现小波变换,关键是小波滤波器的实现;小波滤波器传输表达式可通过对小波基函数的有理逼近来获得。基于Padé逼近的方法,采用高斯函数族作为小波基函数,对所选的高斯函数进行频域的有理分式逼近来获取小波滤波器传输表达式,从数学上提出一种设计小波变换开关电流(SI)滤波器的CAD方法。结合SI的电流模信号特点,利用双二次滤波器的性质,用SI单元电路的级联结构来实现电路的灵活设计。设计举例给出了设计思路,MATLAB仿真结果显示这种方法的可行性。     

基于开关电流技术的切比雪夫滤波电路的实现

提出了一种运用开关电流技术实现切比雪夫低通滤波电路的方法。将双二次滤波器的传递函数由s域进双线性z变换,确立了基于开关电流积分器的双二次节电路,利用这种双二次节可以实现开关电流滤波器。文中采用双二次低通滤波器级联实现了六阶切比雪夫低通滤波器的设计与仿真,仿真结果表明切比雪夫低通滤波器的陡峭衰减特性和理想幅频特性符合设计要求,从而证实了该方法的可行性和正确性。     

Accurate SI filters using RGC integrators

The design and implementation of single-ended and fully-differential switched current (SI) biquadratic high-Q bandpass filters to meet the specifications of the dual-tone multiple-frequency (DTMF) system are presented. Both designs use the regulated-gate cascode (RGC) dynamic current mirror to obtain center frequency accuracy of 0.1% and a quality factor of 24. Compared to the equivalent switched capacitor (SC) implementation of these filters, the single-ended SI filter requires 30% less area for the same minimum-sized capacitance, power dissipation and performance

Current mode filters with reduced complexity using a single EX-CCCII

In this paper an active element Extra-X current controlled conveyor (EX-CCCII) is used to reduce the complexity of some existing circuits. Two second-order current-mode biquadratic filter circuits are proposed, each using a single active element and two grounded capacitors. The first circuit is three input single output (TISO) and the second one is single input three outputs (SITO) biquadratic filter. The First circuit can realize all the standard filter transfer functions, while the second circuit can realize LP, BP and HP responses. The study of non-idealities and parasitics of the active element and their effects on transfer functions is carried out. The new circuits are found to be simpler than the earlier ones in terms of number of transistors. The functionality of the proposed biquadratic filters is verified through detailed PSPICE simulations using 0.25 µm TSMC CMOS technology parameters.     

A NEW MULTIFUNCTION SWITCHED-CURRENT FILTER

A new switched-current(SI)biquadratic filter is presented which can simultaneouslyprovide the low-pass,high-pass and band-pass filters in a single building block.A symbol torepresent the universal SI integrator is also introduced.It can simplify the analysis and synthesisof SI networks.     

High input impedance voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter using two OTAs and one CCII

A three-input and single-output voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter with high input impedance, using only two operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs), one plus-type second-generation current conveyor (CCII) and two capacitors, is presented. The proposed circuit can realize all the standard filter responses, that is, highpass, bandpass, lowpass, notch and allpass filters, from the same configuration. The proposed circuit has no requirements for component matching conditions.     

A 28-MHz wideband switched-capacitor bandpass filter with transmission zeros for high attenuation

A 28-MHz wideband switched-capacitor (SC) bandpass filter employs an N-path technique and implements transmission zeros in the transfer function to achieve high attenuation. A modified SC biquadratic filter architecture is proposed to achieve high-speed operation. Implemented in a 0.35-/spl mu/m CMOS process, the bandpass filter operates at 28-MHz center frequency with a 3.84-MHz bandwidth and adjacent-channel attenuation of more than 35 dB. At 3-V supply, the filter measures a dynamic range of 37 dB at the 1% THD3 point while dissipating 19.6-mW per pole and occupying a chip area of 1.65 mm/sup 2/.     

减小SC滤波器中GB效应的新结构
