葡萄糖酸钠与乙酸钠复配对黄铜缓蚀性能研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用电化学方法考察了在3.5%NaCl介质溶液中葡萄糖酸钠和乙酸钠复配对黄铜的缓蚀作用,结果表明,单一缓蚀剂葡萄糖酸钠和乙酸钠的缓蚀效果都随其浓度的增加而增加,它们复配使用后,缓蚀效率大大提高,显著增强了对黄铜电极阴极和阳极电化学过程的抑制作用。 相似文献

以咪唑啉季铵盐、膦羧酸共聚物、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐共聚物、锌盐为主要成分复配低磷缓蚀阻垢剂,采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验、静态阻垢试验、动态模拟试验评价其缓蚀性能和阻垢性能。试验结果表明,上述4种成分按2.0∶1.0∶1.5∶1.0的质量比复配成低磷缓蚀阻垢剂,该药剂投加量为30 mg/L时,其缓蚀率和阻垢率分别为95.85%和91.62%。将该低磷缓蚀阻垢剂现场应用于鲅鱼圈钢铁燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组(CCPP)的净环水处理系统,也取得良好的使用效果。 相似文献

The precipitation of calcium carbonate scale on heat transfer surfaces widely occurs in numerous industrial processes. For the control of calcium carbonate scale and in response to environmental guidelines, the new low phosphonic copolymer was prepared through reaction of maleic anhydride with sodium p-styrene sulfonate in water with redox system of hypophosphorous and hydrogen peroxide as initiator. The anti-scale property of the low phosphonic copolymer towards CaCO3 in the artificial cooling water was studied through static scale inhibition tests, and the effect on formation of CaCO3 was investigated with combination of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, respectively. The results showed that the low phosphonic copolymer was excellent calcium carbonate scale inhibitor in artificial cooling water. The crystallization of CaCO3 in the absence of inhibitor was rhombohedral calcite crystal, whereas a mixture of calcite with vaterite crystals was found in the presence of the low phosphonic copolymer. For actions of carboxyl and phosphonic acid groups, the calcite was inhibited and the metastable vaterite was stabilized in the presence of the low phosphonic copolymer during the CaCO3 formation process. 相似文献

以水为溶剂,过硫酸胺为引发剂,丙烯酸、异丙烯膦酸、丙烯酰胺为单体,分别合成了低分子量的丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺、异丙烯膦酸/丙烯酰胺二元共聚物,以及不同配比的丙烯酸/异丙烯膦酸/丙烯酰胺三元共聚物.用红外光谱对产物进行了表征。研究了在相同条件下,所舍相同基团的共聚物阻垢剂与复配型阻垢剂对硫酸钙的阻垢性能,以及不同组成的共聚物阻垢剂对硫酸钙的阻垢性能。用扫描电镜观察了共聚物阻垢剂与复配型阻垢剂对硫酸钙结晶形态的影响。结果表明,同一分子链上的基团间具有较好的阻垢协同效应,且基团组成不同,其阻垢协同效应也不同。 相似文献

Copper and brass pigments corrode in aqueous alkaline media with the absorption of oxygen that can be measured gasvolumetrically. These corrosion reactions can be inhibited by certain polymers; the metallic sparkle and the color of the pigments is preserved. The brass pigment is inhibited more effectively than the copper pigment. Some low‐molecular mass styrene–maleic acid (SMA) copolymers are efficient corrosion inhibitors; a low acid number is necessary but not sufficient for corrosion inhibition. At pH 8.5 there is a potential correlation between the acid number of the low‐molecular mass SMA and the oxygen volumes absorbed from brass pigment dispersions; oxygen volumes decrease with decreasing acid number. Furthermore, increasing copolymer addition effects an increase of corrosion inhibition. Polyacrylic acids, polyvinyl alcohols and high‐molecular mass SMA copolymers are ineffective. The most efficient group of polymers examined in this study are the styrene–acrylate copolymers because by addition of these the overall lowest volumes of oxygen were absorbed by the metal pigments. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Polyaniline and poly(aniline-co-o-anisidine) films were deposited on brass (Cu40Zn). The synthesis processes of homo and copolymer film were carried out under cyclic voltammetric condition from 0.12 M aniline and 0.06 M aniline + 0.06 M o-anisidine containing 0.2 M sodium oxalate solutions. Homo and copolymer films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM images clearly show that one of the brass electrodes was covered with a black copolymer film of strongly adherent homogeneous characteristic while the other one with a porous dark green homo polymer one. The corrosion performances of coated and uncoated electrodes in 3.5% NaCl were evaluated with the help of AC impedance spectroscopy, anodic polarization plots and open circuit potential–time curves. The protective effect of homo and copolymer films formed on brass grew in parallel with extended exposure time. It was only observed with copolymer-coated electrode that changes in the charge transfer resistance of copolymer-coated electrode were related to strong adsorption of copolymer film on the brass surface which led to the formation of a protective oxide layer due to its catalytic behaviour. 相似文献

Six apigenin derivatives were synthesized through Mannich reaction by using apigenin isolated from Hypericum perforatum as raw material. The inhibition performance of these apigenin derivatives were investigated as eco-friendly corrosion inhibitors for brass in 1.0 M HNO3 solution by means of weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The obtained results show that the as-synthesized apigenin derivatives act as efficient inhibitors for brass in 1.0 M HNO3. The inhibition efficiency increased with the increase in inhibitor concentration but decreased with a rise in temperature. The inhibition efficiency higher than 90% for these compounds was found even at a low concentration of 30?mg L?1, which is superior to the commonly used synthetic organic corrosion inhibitors for brass in acidic media. Electrochemical studies indicate that the inhibitors are of mixed type but predominantly cathodic in HNO3 solution. The inhibitor performance depends on the adsorption of the molecules on the metal surface. The thermodynamic parameters for inhibiting process were calculated according to the statistical model. The calculated thermodynamic parameters revealed that the adsorption of these inhibitors on brass surface was spontaneous, controlled by physiochemical processes. The adsorption behaviour of these apigenin derivatives on the surface of brass was analyzed utilizing SEM, AFM, XPS, and Raman spectroscopy measurements. The results confirmed that the apigenin derivatives prevented corrosion of brass by forming protective layer on its surface. 相似文献
