本文通过对两种不同颗粒度配比石英砂的熔制结果分析,进行了熔块的气泡试验以及高温观察熔制气泡试验等研究。同时结合生产线实际应用切换石英砂期间,窑炉池底温度波动、玻璃条纹变化,进一步得出石英砂粒度波动对玻璃熔制效果在一定条件下,粒度较小更易使玻璃熔制,而且保持粒度波动稳定性更易保证生产线玻璃的熔制质量。  相似文献

A model of precision surface treatment of silica glass with a grinding tool on a pitch binder was developed. The relationships between the properties of the materials (fused silica, diamond abrasive grains) and the controlled parameters of the process were obtained. 以去离子水为工质,对流过内径分别为45 μm、92 μm及141 μm的微石英管内的黏性耗散对换热特性的影响进行了实验研究。通过对紧密缠绕在管外的细铜丝通电以加热管外壁,得到了Reynolds数在100~2000之间变化时的Nusselt数,同时在考虑到电双层效应的基础上计算出黏性耗散所产生的热量。实验结果表明,Re较低时,黏性耗散效应对微管内部对流换热的影响较小;随着Re的增加,黏性耗散对对流换热的影响增大,并随着微管直径的减小而明显增强。对于内径为45 μm的管,当Re达到2000左右时,黏性耗散效应对对流换热的影响超过14.1%;对于内径为141 μm的管,层流黏性耗散效应对微管内部对流换热的影响较小,基本可以忽略。  相似文献

运用差示扫描量热法对叠氮胶在不同条件下(几种不同类型的含能增塑剂、不同增塑比等)的混合溶液及胶片的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)进行研究,对比了不同增塑剂对叠氮胶的增塑效果,找出了同种增塑剂不同增塑比条件下叠氮胶T_g的变化规律。通过试验发现,混合增塑剂增塑3,3–双(叠氮甲基)氧杂环丁烷–四氢呋喃共聚醚(PBT)胶片的效果可通过2种增塑剂分别增塑PBT胶片的效果,按其在混合增塑剂中的比例计算快速预估。  相似文献

A model permits analysis of the influence of temperature on permeate recovery and energy consumption. The proposed model is based on the following assumptions: (1) membrane morphology is temperature-independent; (2) membrane rejection and other transport characteristics of membranes are position-independent; (3) specific water permeability of membranes was based on exponential dependence of viscosity vs. temperature; (4) temperature-dependence depembrane rejection is assumed to be linear. This allows for analyzing the influence of channel geometry, feed concentration, flow rate and temperature on permeate recovery and energy consumption. Calculated data are included. The solutionpresented can be segmented andbuilt into systems for comprehensive techno-economic evaluation of the RO-based process where temperature-dependence of process characteristics has to be considered.  相似文献

Highly transparent and hard nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) films were prepared on quartz glass by hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD). The effects of total gas pressure, substrate's temperature, and concentration of CH4 on the grain size, surface's roughness and hardness, growth rate, as well as the optical properties of NCD films were investigated. The results indicated that with a low total gas pressure and high CH4 concentration, high frequency of secondary nucleation can be obtained. In addition, low substrate temperature can increase the rate of the hydrogen atom etched sp2 graphite carbon in the film, yielding a smooth surface of NCD films and very high sp3 content. Under optimized conditions, the hardness can be enhanced up to 65 Gpa, with 80% maximum transmittance in the visible light region. The aforementioned reaction platform outcomes a 1.2 μm thickness of NCD coating with a low root-mean-square (r.m.s.) surface roughness around 12–13 nm and a high growth rate around 1 μm/h. The influences of the total gas pressure, substrate's temperature, and CH4 concentration for growing NCD films were also discussed in this paper.  相似文献
