Hydrosilicate nanotubes of the variable composition (Mg,Fe,Co,Ni)3Si2O5(OH)4 with a chrysotile structure have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at temperatures of 250–450°C and pressures of 30–100 MPa in media of different compositions. The conditions and ranges of formation of nanotubular hydrosilicates of the compositions under investigation have been determined. It has been demonstrated that the type of cation of the octahedral layer in the chrysotile structure has a decisive effect on the physicochemical conditions, mechanism, and rate of formation of nanotubes, as well as on their structure, morphology, and sizes.  相似文献

Cobalt oxide [Co3O4] anode materials were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal process, and the reaction conditions were optimized to provide good electrochemical properties. The effect of various synthetic reaction and heat treatment conditions on the structure and electrochemical properties of Co3O4 powder was also studied. Physical characterizations of Co3O4 are investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller [BET] method. The BET surface area decreased with values at 131.8 m2/g, 76.1 m2/g, and 55.2 m2/g with the increasing calcination temperature at 200°C, 300°C, and 400°C, respectively. The Co3O4 particle calcinated at 200°C for 3 h has a higher surface area and uniform particle size distribution which may result in better sites to accommodate Li+ and electrical contact and to give a good electrochemical property. The cell composed of Super P as a carbon conductor shows better electrochemical properties than that composed of acetylene black. Among the samples prepared under different reaction conditions, Co3O4 prepared at 200°C for 10 h showed a better cycling performance than the other samples. It gave an initial discharge capacity of 1,330 mAh/g, decreased to 779 mAh/g after 10 cycles, and then showed a steady discharge capacity of 606 mAh/g after 60 cycles.  相似文献

The processes of phase formation in the Nd2O3-TiO2-Na2CO3 system have been investigated in the temperature range 500–1100°C. The mechanism of the high-temperature solid-phase reaction of formation of the complex oxide Na2Nd2Ti3O10 has been studied. It has been established that the Na2Nd2Ti3O10 compound is formed from the intermediate product Na0.5Nd0.5TiO3 with a perovskite structure in the temperature range 830–890°C and from the NaNdTiO4 oxide with a perovskite-like layered structure in the temperature range 960–1100°C.  相似文献

Lead-free 0.98(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-0.02Ba(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 [0.98NKN-0.02BZT] ceramics were fabricated by the conventional mixed oxide method with sintering temperature at 1,080°C to 1,120°C. The results indicate that the sintering temperature obviously influences the structural and electrical properties of the sample. For the 0.98NKN-0.02BZT ceramics sintered at 1,080°C to 1,120°C, the bulk density increased with increasing sintering temperature and showed a maximum value at a sintering temperature of 1,090°C. The dielectric constant, piezoelectric constant [d 33], electromechanical coupling coefficient [k p], and remnant polarization [P r] increased with increasing sintering temperature, which might be related to the increase in the relative density. However, the samples would be deteriorated when they are sintered above the optimum temperature. High piezoelectric properties of d 33 = 217 pC/N, k p = 41%, dielectric constant = 1,951, and ferroelectric properties of P r = 10.3 μC/cm2 were obtained for the 0.98NKN-0.02BZT ceramics sintered at 1,090°C for 4 h.  相似文献

Tungstated zirconia (WO3/ZrO2 with WO3 loadings of 9.9 (WZ9.9), 15.5 (WZ15.5), and 15.7 wt% (WZ15.7)) and Amberlyst (15, 35, 36, 39 and 45) catalysts were employed to upgrade pyrolysis bio-oil of acacia sawdust through an esterification reaction using methanol at atmospheric pressure and room temperature or 80 °C. The upgrading efficiency was evaluated by measuring the total acid number (TAN) and viscosity. The viscosity and TAN of the resulting upgraded bio-oil were found to be dependent on the calcination temperature of the WO3/ZrO2 catalysts. At room temperature, the largest decrease in viscosity and TAN of the bio-oil and methanol mixture was obtained using WZ9.9 tungstated zirconia calcined at 900 °C. An increase in reaction temperature to 80 °C improved the flowability and TAN of the methanol-added bio-oil using WZ9.9 activated at 900 °C. The product distribution of the bio-oil upgraded using methanol revealed esterification to be the dominant reaction pathway under the reaction conditions of this study. When the ether extracted bio-oil was upgraded at 80 °C using methanol over catalysts, the Amberlyst catalysts were found more effective than tungstated zirconia catalysts in enhancing the esterification reaction and reducing TAN.  相似文献

0.1 Fe/Ti mole ratio of Fe-TiO2 catalysts were synthesized via solvothermal method and calcined at various temperatures: 300, 400, and 500 °C. The calcined catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2-adsorption-desorption, UV-DRS, XRF, and Zeta potential and tested for photocatalytic degradation of alachlor under visible light. The calcined catalysts consisted only of anatase phase. The BET specific surface area decreased with the calcination temperatures. The doping Fe ion induced a red shift of absorption capacity from UV to the visible region. The Fe-TiO2 calcined at 400 °C showed the highest photocatalytic activity on degradation of alachlor with assistance of 30 mM H2O2 at pH 3 under visible light irradiation. The degradation fitted well with Langmuir-Hinshelwood model that gave adsorption coefficient and the reaction rate constant of 0.683 L mg−1 and 0.136 mg/L·min, respectively.  相似文献

The polytherms of ice melting in sections of the Ca(NO3)2-Mg(NO3)2-CO(NH2)2-H2O system with different component ratios were studied in the temperature interval from 0 to −40°C. A series of nitrate and nitrate-carbonate reagents that are promising for the creation of anti-acing reagents were found, which form eutectics with ice at temperatures from −25 to −39°C. Their properties, viz., melting properties with respect to ice and corrosiveness on metals and alloys, were determined. An effective corrosion inhibitor was selected.  相似文献

Iron oxoborate Fe3O2(BO4) has been first produced in solid-phase chemical reactions. Its thermal behavior in the temperature range 20–900°C is studied with the use in-situ high-temperature powder X-ray diffraction. It is shown that Fe3O2(BO4) begins decomposing with the formation of Fe2O3 in the temperature range 660–900°C. Thermal expansion is sharply anisotropic at room temperature (αmaxmin = 7) and becomes more isotropic with an increase in the temperature (αmaxmin = 1.2). The degree of oxidation of Fe3+ has been confirmed by Mössbauer spectroscopy (at a room temperature), and two nonequivalent positions in the structure have been detected, which are occupied by iron atoms with the octahedral environment of the oxygen atoms.  相似文献

Lead-free piezoelectric compositions of the (1-x)Bi0.5(Na0.40K0.10)TiO3-x(Ba0.7Sr0.3)TiO3 system (when x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, and 0.20) were fabricated using a solid-state mixed oxide method and sintered between 1,050°C and 1,175°C for 2 h. The effect of (Ba0.7Sr0.3)TiO3 [BST] content on phase, microstructure, and electrical properties was investigated. The optimum sintering temperature was 1,125°C at which all compositions had densities of at least 98% of their theoretical values. X-ray diffraction patterns that showed tetragonality were increased with the increasing BST. Scanning electron micrographs showed a slight reduction of grain size when BST was added. The addition of BST was also found to improve the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the BNKT ceramic. A large room-temperature dielectric constant, ε r (1,609), and piezoelectric coefficient, d 33 (214 pC/N), were obtained at an optimal composition of x = 0.10.  相似文献

An investigation was made using a continuous fixed bed reactor to understand the influence of carbon deposition obtained under different conditions on CH4-CO2 reforming. Thermogravimetry (TG) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were employed to study the characteristics of carbon deposition. It was found that the carbonaceous catalyst is an efficient catalyst in methane decomposition and CH4-CO2 reforming. The trend of methane decomposition at lower temperatures is similar to that at higher temperatures. The methane conversion is high during the initial of stage of the reaction, and then decays to a relatively fixed value after about 30 min. With temperature increase, the methane decomposition rate increases quickly. The reaction temperature has significant influence on methane decomposition, whereas the carbon deposition does not affect methane decomposition significantly. Different types of carbon deposition were formed at different methane decomposition reaction temperatures. The carbon deposition Type I generated at 900°C has a minor effect on CH4-CO2 reforming and it easily reacts with carbon dioxide, but the carbon deposition Type II generated at 1000°C and 1100°C clearly inhibits CH4-CO2 reforming and it is difficult to react with carbon dioxide. The results of XRD showed that some graphite structures were found in carbon deposition Type II.  相似文献

Straight In2O3 nanowires (NWs) with diameters of 50 nm and lengths ≥2 μm have been grown on Si(001) via the wet oxidation of In at 850°C using Au as a catalyst. These exhibited clear peaks in the X-ray diffraction corresponding to the body centred cubic crystal structure of In2O3 while the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum at 300 K consisted of two broad peaks, centred around 400 and 550 nm. The post-growth nitridation of In2O3 NWs was systematically investigated by varying the nitridation temperature between 500 and 900°C, flow of NH3 and nitridation times between 1 and 6 h. The NWs are eliminated above 600°C while long nitridation times at 500 and 600°C did not result into the efficient conversion of In2O3 to InN. We find that the nitridation of In2O3 is effective by using NH3 and H2 or a two-step temperature nitridation process using just NH3 and slower ramp rates. We discuss the nitridation mechanism and its effect on the PL.  相似文献

Although aqueous ammonia solution has been focused on the removal of CO2 from flue gas, there have been very few reports regarding the underlying analysis of the reaction between CO2 and NH3. In this work, we explored the reaction of CO2-NH3-H2O system at various operating temperatures: 40 °C, 20 °C, and 5 °C. The CO2 removal efficiency and the loss of ammonia were influenced by the operating temperatures. Also, infrared spectroscopy measurement was used in order to understand the formation mechanism of ion species in absorbent, such as NH2COO, HCO3, CO32−, and NH4+, during CO2, NH3, and H2O reaction. The reactions of CO2-NH3-H2O system at 20 °C and 40 °C have similar reaction routes. However, a different reaction route was observed at 5 °C compared to the other operating temperatures, showing the solid products of ammonium bicarbonates, relatively. The CO2 removal efficiency and the formation of carbamate and bicarbonate were strongly influenced by the operating temperatures. In particular, the analysis of the formation carbamate and bicarbonate by infrared spectroscopy measurement provides useful information on the reaction mechanism of CO2 in an aqueous ammonia solution.  相似文献

A simple and mild wet-chemical approach was developed for the synthesis of one-dimensional (1D) In(OH)3 nanostructures. By calcining the 1D In(OH)3 nanocrystals in air at 250 °C, 1D In2O3 nanocrystals with the same morphology were obtained. TEM results show that both 1D In(OH)3 and 1D In2O3 are composed of uniform nanotube bundles. SAED and XRD patterns indicate that 1D In(OH)3 and 1D In2O3 nanostructures are single crystalline and possess the same bcc crystalline structure as the bulk In(OH)3 and In2O3, respectively. TGA/DTA analyses of the precursor In(OH)3 and the final product In2O3 confirm the existence of CTAB molecules, and its content is about 6%. The optical absorption band edge of 1D In2O3 exhibits an evident blueshift with respect to that of the commercial In2O3 powders, which is caused by the increasing energy gap resulted from decreasing the grain size. A relatively strong and broad purple-blue emission band centered at 440 nm was observed in the room temperature PL spectrum of 1D In2O3 nanotube bundles, which was mainly attributed to the existence of the oxygen vacancies.  相似文献

The results of studying the thermal behavior of natural boron albite–reedmergnerite NaBSi3O8 and aqueous boricilicate–searlesite NaBSi2O5(OH)2 obtained by the method of hydrothermal synthesis are presented. In the investigated temperature range, reedmergnerite (30–780°C) does not undergo phase transformations. Thermal expansion is sharply anisotropic, which is a characteristic feature of the expansion of feldspars. Aqueous borosilicate searlesite (25–750°C) is amorphized above 400°C as a result of dehydration and cristobalite crystallizes from the amorphous phase. The expansion of searlesite is relatively isotropic.  相似文献

The water gas shift (WGS) reaction has been investigated widely in fuel cell technologies due to the potential for high fuel efficiency and lower emissions during the production of pure hydrogen. Industrially, the WGS reaction occurs in one of the following two ways: (a) high-temperature in the range of 310–450°C with Fe-Cr catalyst, (b) low-temperature in the range of 210–250°C with Cu-ZnO-Al2O3. In this study, a mesoporous catalyst was prepared, with a large surface area and uniformity in both pore size and distribution, by using a one-pot synthesis method. The prepared CuO-CeO2-Al2O3 brought high CO conversion (82%), and was suitable for WGS reaction at low temperature (250 °C). This article is dedicated to Professor Chang Kyun Choi for celebrating his retirement from the School of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Seoul National University.  相似文献

The thermal behavior of natural borosilicate howlite, Ca2B5SiO9(OH)5, is studied by the methods of high-temperature X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis in the temperature range of 30–1100°C. The thermal expansion is anisotropic (αmaxmin = 3.6); the degree of anisotropy increases (αmaxmin = 4.3) with a temperature increase up to 480°C (360–480°C).  相似文献

The origin of the effect of non-faradaic electrochemical modification of catalytic activity (NEMCA) or Electrochemical Promotion was investigated via temperature-programmed-desorption (TPD) of oxygen, from polycrystalline Pd films deposited on 8 mol%Y2O3–stabilized–ZrO2 (YSZ), an O2− conductor, under high-vacuum conditions and temperatures between 50 and 250 °C. Oxygen was adsorbed both via the gas phase and electrochemically, as O2−, via electrical current application between the Pd catalyst film and a Au counter electrode. Gaseous oxygen adsorption gives two adsorbed atomic oxygen species desorbing at about 300 °C (state β1) and 340–500 °C (state β2). The creation of the low temperature peak is favored at high exposure times (exposure >1 kL) and low adsorption temperatures (Tads < 200 °C). The decrease of the open circuit potential (or catalyst work function) during the adsorption at high exposure times, indicates the formation of subsurface oxygen species which desorbs at higher temperatures (above 450 °C). The desorption peak of this subsurface oxygen is not clear due to the wide peaks of the TPD spectra. The TPD spectra after electrochemical O2− pumping to the Pd catalyst film show two peaks (at 350 and 430 °C) corresponding to spillover Oads and according to the reaction:
The formation of the spillover oxygen species is an intermediate stage before the formation of the atomic adsorbed oxygen, Oads. Mixed gaseous and electrochemical adsorption was carried out in order to simulate the Electrochemical Promotion conditions. The initial surface coverage with oxygen from the gas phase plays a very important role on the high or low effect of polarization. In general mixed adsorption leads to much higher oxygen coverages compare with that observed either under gaseous or electrochemical adsorption. The binding strength of the atomic adsorbed oxygen (state β2) was investigated as a function of applied potential. It was found that the binding energy decreases linearly with increasing catalyst potential and work function. Similar behavior has been observed for oxygen adsorption on Pt, Ag and Au deposited on YSZ in previous studies.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of 3,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazoles have been synthesized from N 3-substituted amidrazones and anhydrides using HClO4-SiO2 at 80 °C under solvent-free conditions. The products were obtained in excellent yields within 5–10 min. Therefore, the present method will be of wide application in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry.  相似文献

We describe the usefulness of a statistical fractional factorial design to obtain consistent and reproducible behavior of a membrane-electrode-assembly (MEA) based on a phosphoric acid (PA) doped polybenzimidazole (PBI) membrane, which allows a H2/O2 fuel cell to operate above 150 °C. Different parameters involved during the MEA fabrication including the catalyst loading, amount of binder, processing conditions like temperature and compaction load and also the amount of carbon in the gas diffusion layers (GDL) have been systematically varied according to a 27-3 fractional factorial design and the data thus obtained have been analyzed using Yates’s algorithm. The mean effects estimated in this way suggest the crucial role played by carbon loading in the gas diffusion layer, hot compaction temperature and the binder to catalyst ratio in the catalyst layer for enabling continuous performance. These statistically designed electrodes provide a maximum current density and power density of 1,800 mA cm−2 and 280 mW cm−2, respectively, at 160 °C using hydrogen and oxygen under ambient pressure.  相似文献

Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts with Cu/Zn/Al ratios of 6/3/1 were precipitated and aged by conventional and microwave heating methods and tested in the slurry phase reactor for methanol synthesis. The effect of technological condition of precipitation and aging process under microwave irradiation on the catalytic performance was investigated to optimize the preparing condition of Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst. The results showed that the microwave irradiation during precipitation process could improve the activity of the catalyst, but had little effect on the stability. While the microwave irradiation during aging process has a great benefit to both the activity and stability of the catalyst, the catalyst aged at 80°C for 1 h under microwave irradiation possessed higher methanol space time yield (STY) and more stable catalytic activity. The activity and stability of the catalyst was further enhanced when microwave irradiation was used in both precipitation and aging processes; the optimized condition for the catalyst precursor preparation was precipitation at 60°C and aging at 80°C under microwave irradiation.  相似文献
