应急演练作为检验预案、磨合机制、锻炼队伍的重要手段,是攻克食品安全事故时间紧、任务重及影响大等难点的重要方式。本研究围绕我国食品安全事故应急演练建设领域,基于国家重点研发计划“重特大食品安全突发事件应急响应技术体系集成与应用”国家重点研发计划项目相关工作的理解,通过对国内外食品安全事故应急演练研究进展综合分析,反映出我国食品安全事故应急演练领域存在的问题,并针对有关问题结合我国现状研究性地提出有关建议。研究内容将对我国食品安全事故应急演练工作建设具有一定借鉴意义。 相似文献

目的通过对《山西省食品药品监督管理局餐饮服务食品安全事故应急预案》进行分析,得到应急预案中各影响因素对整体的重要性,为决策和评价提供指导和依据。方法运用层次分析法对《山西省食品药品监督管理局餐饮服务食品安全事故应急预案》进行建模,从监测报告、应急保障、应急响应、后期处置4个方面进行分析。结果该预案中应急响应的合成权重最高,占到总目标的59.4%,其次是应急保障、监测报告、后期处置,所占比分别为22%、12%、6.6%。结论评价结果与实际结果具有较好的一致性,该方法可作为餐饮服务环节评价食品安全事故影响因素的有效手段。 相似文献

While consumers are increasingly used to purchasing online, virtual reality (VR) is well acknowledged to enhance consumer experience via immersive and interaction systems. In our research, we recruited 160 participants (80 per experiment) to compare their consumer experiences of choosing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) in a virtual store (via VR) and on an online webpage. Specifically, each participant was asked to choose four FMCGs (foods in Experiment 1 and non-foods in Experiment 2) for the next 4 weeks, and they filled out the Positive and Negative Affect Scale before and after completing choice tasks. Results of the anova showed that there was a significant decrease in negative affect scores following both food and non-food choices (Mbefore = 1.3 vs. Mafter = 1.2). Positive affect ratings were significantly higher for food choices in VR than online (MVR = 2.5 vs. Monline = 2.1), with no significant difference for non-food choices. This highlights the impact of VR on food choice and its potential to transform human–food interactions. The study reveals that VR can narrow the gap between consumers' expectations and actual perceptions by creating an immersive and interactive shopping experience, thus significantly influencing consumer behaviour. 相似文献

The global food supply chain faces significant challenges related to inefficiencies, quality variability, and traceability issues, all of which contribute to food waste and consumer distrust. Spatial computing (SC) technologies, including augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and digital twins, offer promising solutions by enhancing precision agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, and retail operations. This review explores SC's potential across the entire food supply continuum, emphasizing improvements in resource management, supply chain transparency, and consumer engagement. Despite its promise, the widespread adoption of SC is limited by technical challenges and a lack of standardized protocols. The findings suggest that while SC has the potential to revolutionize the food supply chain by improving sustainability, efficiency, and safety, further interdisciplinary research and collaboration are essential to fully unlock its capabilities. 相似文献

In order to prevent food safety incidents from becoming a crisis, a good crisis management structure is essential. The aim of the current study was to compare and evaluate the national food incident response plans of 2 neighboring EU Member States: Germany and the Netherlands. This revealed that the structure of these plans is comparable, starting with initial alerting, assessment of the problem, upscaling, an execution phase and finally an evaluation of the crisis management. However, the German communication structure is more complex than the Dutch one and cross‐border communication between both countries is currently limited. In general, the presence of national response plans does not guarantee a good and swift response to a food safety incident as this is often hampered by difficulties in tracing the source of the problem as well as difficulties in communication between organizations involved in crisis management. A timely detection can be improved through the development of fast screening and detecting systems and through combining various data sources using computer software systems. Mutual cooperation and communication can be improved through joint exercises or projects. This will help to streamline communication toward consumers and trade partners. Such communication should be transparent relaying not only the facts but also the uncertainties in a crisis in order to gain consumer trust and safeguard international trade. 相似文献
