探讨了电弧的特性和它造成的危害,提出了故障电弧探测系统(FADS)的工作原理和结构。通过建立探测系统优化了传统故障电弧断路器结构,克服了其功能单一的缺陷。FADS由探测器、控制器和上位机组成,汇集了故障电弧探测、高温故障探测和剩余电流探测等功能。探测器、控制器和上位机通过CAN总线进行通讯,CAN总线的使用降低了通讯成本、提高了通讯质量。 相似文献

当供电线路发生电弧故障时,电弧电流往往不容易使过流保护装置迅速动作,因此电路无法及时切断电弧故障,最终形成电气火灾。为解决低压交流故障电弧的特征提取与准确检测等问题,提出了一种基于奇异值分解(SVD)和支持向量机(SVM)的新技术,所提算法采用LabView开发平台进行上位机程序的设计与分析。实验表明,该电弧故障检测方法能够准确、有效地检测出低压交流电路中的电弧故障,对故障电弧检测具有普遍意义。 相似文献

This paper presents a method for eliminating errors of electronic components in integrating analog to digital converters. Offset error in integrator, comparator and amplifiers of dual-slope converter is a great limitation for increasing the resolution of this type of analog to digital converter. The paper proposes an idea that effectively eliminates offset error of integrator and reduces errors of other components. To validate the efficiency of the proposed method, simulation and experimental results are represented in this paper. As a result, this method can potentially allow a cost-effective design of high-resolution ADCs with low performance Op-Amps. 相似文献

A method is described for converting video signals of analog scanning electron microscopes (SEMs) into digital images of high quality. A plug-in card commercially available for personal computers is used for the on-line analog/digital conversion. A Windows application program written by the authors, together with low-level software drivers supplied with the plug-in card, allow digital images to be recorded, to be displayed simultaneously on the computer monitor and to be saved as a file in a standardized format. Compared to conventional photographic images obtained from the SEM camera system, the digital images possess superior sharpness of outline, excellent image definition, diminished noise and well-defined grey-scale tones. This method provides SEM images of high quality for less than $1000 from most older analog SEMs. In addition, the advantages of digital image processing can be applied to analog SEMs, including contrast enhancement, digital filtering and multichannel recording. 相似文献

In this paper starting from the standard histogram test an overview of alternative methods for histogram based testing of ADCs is drawn. The international and category level standards concerning ADC are first reviewed, then the different approaches to the histogram test using alternative stimulus signals are described. The main aim of researchers is to find stimuli that, compared to the sine waves, are easier to generate within a specified accuracy and require shorter test sessions to fully characterize the ADCs. The research activity is described by classifying the existing histogram test approaches in terms of the stimulus signals, divided in standard, non standard deterministic, and non standard stochastic ones. A particular attention is devoted to stochastic stimulus signals. The use of a stochastic stimulus instead of a deterministic one, in fact, presents some advantages recalled in the paper. The performances of the non standard approaches as reported in literature are compared with the standard ones and the advantages and drawbacks for each stimulus signal are discussed in detail. 相似文献

弱冲击故障检测是故障诊断中既困难又十分重要的研究课题,是实现故障早期诊断的基本手段。本文在分析了现有的冲击检测技术存在问题的基础上,基于盲均衡理论提出一种独特的直接提取和检测弱冲击故障信号的方法。首先根据动力学理论研究和建立了机械系统早期冲击响应模型,分析了较小冲击下的振动响应特征;然后根据盲均衡理论研究和建立了提取弱冲击信号的盲均衡模型和算法,并进行改进;最后用两个冲击实验和一个实际工程实例进行实际检验。研究结果表明本方法能够十分有效地从有噪声和干扰中检测期望的信号。 相似文献
