四核手机概念大于实际，厂商硬件比拼忽略软实力

今年的世界移动通信大会（MWC2012）,“四核”无疑是本次展会的最大亮点。诸如华为、中兴、三星、LG、富士通等厂商竞相在展会现场展示他们的四核手机及平板电脑。有如“忽如一夜春风来,智能终端四核开”的感觉。但笔者认为．从目前的终端市场、移动网络以及移动应用来看,四核对于大多数用户而言都还太奢侈。每一届的MWC大会都是通信行业的风向标．尤其是终端产品．     

Absorptivity contrast in transillumination imaging of tissue abnormalities

We calculate the time-resolved flux of photons transmitted across an optically turbid slab containing a partially absorbing inclusion. An analytical expression is obtained for the flux at a detector positioned opposite a point source (at a distance equal to the thickness of the slab) when the center of the inclusion lies on the line connecting those points. The calculation employs a discrete-time lattice random-walk model of photon transport. The resulting expression is used to assess the affects of time resolution on the detectability of the inclusion.

计算机网络安全防范措施

近年来,计算机网络技术的广泛应用改变了人类的生活方式,但其在给社会生活带来方便的同时,其在安全方面也出现一些安全隐患。据此,本文笔者结合工作经验,浅析计算机网络存在的安全问题,并在分析的基础上,提出有效的防范措施。     

互联电力系统低频振荡的广域Prony分析

基于广域测量系统及机电扰动的传播特性提出了低频振荡模式辨识新思想:在各供电区域选择一台发电机,在某一时刻同时在其机端施加一个小扰动,然后同时对每个区域的发电机电功率信号进行Prony分析,依据振荡的幅值可准确得出所有机电振荡模式.采用基于Prony分析的留数法可得到各发电机对振荡模式的参与程度.基于此提出低频振荡的广域Prony分析方案,由数据预处理、模型阶数选取、振荡模式分析、模式留数分析、预测分析等模块构成,可准确辨识出低频振荡所有模式、确定阻尼控制器的选取和PSS最优安装地点,同时可为电力系统的紧急控制提供必要的预测数据.

Study of features based on nonlinear dynamical modeling in ECG arrhythmia detection and classification

We present a study of the nonlinear dynamics of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals for arrhythmia characterization. The correlation dimension and largest Lyapunov exponent are used to model the chaotic nature of five different classes of ECG signals. The model parameters are evaluated for a large number of real ECG signals within each class and the results are reported. The presented algorithms allow automatic calculation of the features. The statistical analysis of the calculated features indicates that they differ significantly between normal heart rhythm and the different arrhythmia types and, hence, can be rather useful in ECG arrhythmia detection. On the other hand, the results indicate that the discrimination between different arrhythmia types is difficult using such features. The results of this work are supported by statistical analysis that provides a clear outline for the potential uses and limitations of these features.
