α厚层测量法的定标方法探讨

本文比较了几种常用的α厚层测量法的定标方法。实验结果表明,共沉淀法是一种比较理想的定标方法,它所制得的标准样品的定标曲线线性较好,探测效率较稳定。     

Experimental studies of new ductile coupling beams and multi-storey shear walls

The span-depth ratios of coupling beams to interconnect shear walls are generally small, so that brittle shear failure may occur and lead to reduced ductility. In order to improve the ductility of coupling beams for earthquake loading, a new type of ductile coupling beam is proposed in this paper. Along the middle depth of this beam, a slit through the entire thickness (a narrow hole) near each end and two lateral keyways along the remaining middle part of the span are made. The reductions of the stiffness under service load and the ultimate carrying capacity of the beam due to the weakening mentioned above are small and the ductility is greatly increased. Tests of 4-storey walls interconnected by coupling beams in three different constructions (monolithic beams, beams with a through-slit and new-type beams) indicated that shear walls with the new coupling beams possess the best aseismic behaviours under cyclic loading. The proposed new coupling beam has been used in a high-rise building.

Effect of Sintering Temperature on Magnetic and Electrical Properties of GdBaCo<Subscript>2</Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">O</Emphasis><Subscript>5 + <Emphasis Type="Italic">δ</Emphasis></Subscript>

In this study, we report the results of an investigation into the sintering temperature dependence of magnetic and transport properties for GdBaCo₂ O _{5 + δ} synthesized through a sol-gel method. The lowering of sintering temperature leads to the increase of oxygen content and the reduction of grain size. The increase of oxygen content results in the enhancement of magnetic interactions and the weakening of Coulomb repulsion effect, while the reduction of grain size improves the magnetoresistance effect. Metal-insulator transition accompanied with spin-state transition is observed in all samples.     

基于波形非线性映射的多局部放电脉冲群快速分类

简单分析了目前基于脉冲峰值-时间序列的局部放电检测系统在模式识别功能上存在的缺陷.提出利用基于单个脉冲波形的宽带检测技术研制多局放检测与模式识别系统,并给出了研制交流下该系统的数据处理方案.重点对研制该系统需要解决的脉冲群快速分类技术进行了阐述:即通过基于局放脉冲时域波形的非线性映射进行参数提取,形成2D或3D的波形特征参数空间,再使用非监督的模糊聚类分析实现局放脉冲群的快速分类.基于2D特征参数平面的仿真试验和3D特征参数空间的GIS污秽试验数据处理结果均表明该分类技术的可行性和实用性.这为多局放电检测与模式识别系统的研制提供了试验和理论依据.     

Integrated solid-state nanopore devices for third generation DNA sequencing

Third generation DNA sequencing relies on monitoring the ionic current blockage during the DNA molecule’s threading through a nanoscale pore.It is still really tough to attain the single base discrimination on a DNA strand by merely analyzing the ionic current due to speedy DNA translocation and low spatial resolution.More integrated configurations are pursued to present versatile comparative dissimilarities of the four bases by enhancing the spatial resolution within a DNA molecule translocation event,such as transverse tunneling current,local potential change,and capacitance oriented voltage resonance.In this mini review,the insight is provided into the status quo on several functionalized techniques and methodologies for DNA sequencing and furthermore concluding remark and outlook are presented.
